Always clean with the help of the communityThat visits there. I have attended/gone to birthday parties here for YEARS. I am now 25, and have memories from when I was 5 going here. Still a classic place here in Columbus to visit. Just do your part and pick up after yourselves and keep it alive!

Nice set up but really dated. Needs a once over with sanding, paint/stain. Bathrooms also.

One of the previous reviews said something about chiggers at this park. I can confirm. The kids had a really good time, but I have chigger bites all over me.

Its so neat ... Not huge but lot of lil activities for the kids to do love the castle s and wooden set up ... Great area for small children as the area is completely fenced in and they have a smaller play area for toddlers and for grade school kids plus its creative and unusual and a tucked away lil adventure for children to experience.

Awesome little park in the middle of town!!

Its a great park. It just needs a little restoration. But, we still love it.

This playground was so well-built. Its a nice place for kids to play, and there are usually plenty of nice kids there for your kids to play with.Remember to clean up when youre there, folks!I always tell my kids:Always try to leave things BETTER than you found them.

This is a pretty nice park. Its big and has good slides. My kids enjoyed themselves. They are 3 and 6.

Excellent park. We stopped for a picnic and let the kids play before hitting the road again. Picnic tables are covered and theres a free little library here.

Restrooms are poorly kept and Ive been told that parts of the area have Berry bugs also known as Chiggers especially in the rear pavilions.

Need sprucing up lots of wasp nest probably go back later

This park is a hidden gem. Visiting a friend in town, I did not expect little old Columbus, MS to have one of the best childrens play areas i have ever seen.

Nice park. Someone or some entity spent some time and money planning and designing it. Unfortunately, its in the hood. Couldve spent an hour picking up litter. Cars with loud bass constantly driving by. Not the safest place for families.

Nice park, but theres too many random people without children, chillin, taking lunch breaks, or stopping to use the bathroom. It dosent feel safe at times.

Small park on north west side of Columbus. Playground. Picnic area.

What I wouldnt give to go back and see this park in its heyday! Lovely castle-like wood structure, several slides and climbing attractions. Swings, a toddler area, and a sandbox. They also have pavilion space if you want to throw a birthday party.There is often trash strewn about when we go to the park. I try to pick it up while Im there but I have three small children and Im usually busy watching and chasing them. Keep your eyes peeled for anything that might be dangerous especially to small children, like plastic bottle caps.

Great place for the family

Great place for kids who like to climb. The structure is mostly closed in so younger kids can climb and not fall.
