When I first moved out here it was nice, I had really good neighbors we were respectful of one another. Now every week some man child feels the need to sit in his car and blast his music. It’s getting unbearable.

Ive been here since Feb 2018. I have never had a problem getting anything fixed when needed. Staff to me are nice at times I chat with them in the office. Yes there are a lot of kids and teenagers, the parents need to discipline them not the staff. I never feel unsafe, and never had a safety issue or concern. No roaches or any bug problem in my home. No complaints from us.

1ST OFF, ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES. THIS TRAILER PARK IS TRIFLING. THEY R CHEAP AS HECK! SOON AS YOU LEAN AGAINST THE WALL ITS READY TO COME DOWN. CANT EVEN HANG MY SHOWER ROD BECAUSE THE WALLS R SO THIN. NO INSULATION BEHIND THE WALLS EITHER SO UNITS GET VERY HOT AND VERY COLD. THE MANAGER TOMMY IN THE OFFICE LIKES TO SPREAD OTHER TENANTS BUSINESS TO OTHER TENANTS AND HE USES NAMES. THE MAINTENANCE MEN ARE WORSE. I FOUND OUT FROM NEIGHBORS THAT THE MAINTENANCE MEN LIKE TO TALK ABOUT EVERYBODY BUSINESS AND MY MOTHER TOLD ME EXACTLY WHICH UNITS WERE GETTING EVICTED BECAUSE TOMMY GAVE HER THAR INFORMATION TAKE YOUR 575 AND MOVE INTO A HOME OR APARTMENT . MY BROTHER GOT ROBBED. TENTANTS LEAVE THERE DOGS OUTSIDE ALL DAY. THIS PARK IS TRIFLING AND WILL BE REPORTED. MY LEASE IS UP THANK THE HEAVENS SO I CAN MOVE OUT THIS NASTY PARK. THE BLACK GURL IN THE OFFICE DONT WANNA PUT ORDERS IN FOR MAINTANCE TO FIX STUFF SHE JUST WANNA SIT IN THE OFFICE AND THINK SHE PRETTY ALL DAY. I KNO SOME PEOPLE DONT HAVE NO WHERE ELSE TO GO OR THEY ARE LIMITED TO WHERE THEY CAN GO. BUT PLEASE IF U HAVE OTHER OPTIONS..? SAVE YOUR SELVES. OH AND IF YOU HAVE KIDS THIS PARK IS COVERED WITH ROACHES!!! NOT EVEN SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR KIDS .THE PEST CONTROL???? THEY DONT EVEN DO IT

Good place to live. But always being harrassed by office worker who thinks the rules of the property do not apply to her and her visitors.

This place is not for you the staff are very rude. they drive around on the weekends and holidays to spy on the tenants. my girlfriend arrived from Texas to be with me for the Christmas holidays she was only here for 3 days when the office called me about someone in my home that is not on the lease and threatened to evict me if she wasnt gone by nightfall. i was flabbergasted. especially when my lease says that i can have over night visitors for up to a week. i terminated my lease and i am leaving on the 1st.

The speed bumps will tear up your car, and if they dont the pot holes will. They really need a upgrade on a lot of the homes.

I live here now but we are soon moving out. i advise you not to come to this trailer park. my neighbor was robbed at gunpoint for his wallet and phone. he went to the main office and asked the staff to call the police. the staff told him to get out of the office and that the robbery had nothing to do with them. i never in my life want to live in a place that if you need the police or ambulance or rescue that the office will not help you. that is just so strange. the staff is so rude they are so unprofessional. if you are reading this then again i advise you to not move here i am leaving next month never coming back to this dump

Some one broke into my car last night. Management neglected to be helpful but instead blamed me for not having a car alarm. I blamed them for not having cameras for safety. This morning management fined me 100 dollars for having broken glass in my yard which came from the burglary of my vehicle. Really..... Im so leaving here.

This place is has horrible management they are so disrespectful. they have a serious cat problem. maintenance never fix anything. there are no cameras for your safety. the juveniles run lose breaking into cars and trailers. i advise you not to move into this hell hole and dont say that i didnt warn you.

Do not move here! The staff is very rude and unprofessional! They have people watching your every move and it is so unsettling and discomforting! Please everyone I urge you to think twice before moving here!

I live in Pine Meadows of course you have those who do not care about the community, does not matter where they live they will not keep it clean. Maintenance need a overhaul I have had issues with water coming through my doors since Ive resided there, the men have no clue of how to fix things. They always do a quick fix and two or three weeks later they same problem. I like the set up and location however Im searching for another place to live.

The landscaping could be better. Overall a quiet neighborhood.

This park has done a complete turn around since Ive been here.The new manager is getting the job done&maintenance comes and does their job awesomely.

Nice community here

The park is nasty. Trash everywhere no one cleans up or fixes nothing. The owners are mean and nasty toward us for whatever reason. Roach infested. Cracks in the trailer lets in bugs and lets out all the cold air my light bill is sky high because of it . neighbors always call the police for fighting. I dont too much like it here. Im gone leave to avalon in 2 more months

Horrible staff lots of plumbing issues and juevinilles that cause property damage i would not recommend raising your children here maintenance staff dont fix the problem they just look at it and tell me and my husband they will come back and never came back called the cops multiple times.
