My family has rented a lot from them for 40+ years. We finally just brought this to an end, as I bought a home elsewhere. They have been so patient and understanding with me. Very helpful with many situations, and allowing me time to get my mobile home relocated. A lot of rules but nice neighborhood. Cant say the same for neighboring communities.

Nice and quiet! Nice trailers and roads

Just a little piece of heaven.. the lawn is kept like a golf course.. its very clean well maintained.. theres a large park and play area that is well kept and well used by all the children in this area.. theres no clutter or trash anywhere..the lot rent is cheaper than any other park around water sewer and trash are all included in the lot rent..so after that we only pay one utilitie.. that makes things easy all the way around.. its a peaceful place for people of all ages...

I love this mobile home park. Homes are kept looking nice and outside decorations are pretty.

Quiet place to live. Comfortable area with mobile homes, it has parks for kids to play and they have affordable lot rent pay.

There are some nice families here, cute little swing sets in the middle fun for kids. You can normally hear sirens later at night though. Dont know what for.

The place was kept up nicely looked nice and clean organized and up to date.
