Very sketchy mobile home park. SWAT and local police are constantly raiding the area. Management is a joke. They never respond properly, they claim everything is the fault of the tenant, even when documentation proves otherwise. It takes filing a complaint with the courts and threatening to put rent in escrow before they will tend to major issues. Even so, problems are NOT resolved properly or legally. When issues arent resolved through management, they refuse to give any other contact information for the park owner etc. Save yourself the money, headache and time, and find another place to live. This park is honestly terrible, and there is no sign of it changing any time soon. My disabled daughter resides here. Big mistake on our part thinking this would be a good/safe place to live for her. Management/owner will I am sure, respond back to this review blaming my daughter, its common practice for them to fault the tenants. Rest assured, I am speaking the truth.

My name is Lacie Armstrong I live on lot 2772 i payed 500 $ to hold my tailor till i could move in Feb 2017 and then payed 2.600.00 to move in..with no heat and then constant electric problems then no water all winters and from 2017 Dec to 2018 April had no electric in there rent to own water and mold in the walls....and all the time i payed my rent and begged for help...now im being wrote up for bogus things like my grass which is very short I hardly have any in some areas and my parents come weekly to check up on everything my house is infested with bugs I need help I put all my money into this place and now theyre trying to take my place from me by writing me up on bogus things...were are my writes

5 months ago my mom put her rent in escrow we ended up in court my mom asked the court to fix the leak in the ground the court gave the money back to the mobile home park and the mobile home park fixed nothing we still didnt get no heat through the rest of the winner we still have water problems now the water has flooded our entire yard flooded the neighbors yard gone down the street and the ground has caved in the neighbors have said the water pipes underground have broke before I thought our pipes broke but all of our water pipes are new wrapped with heat strip are water pipes have not been broke plumber came out gave an estimate set the main pipe in the ground was busted took it to court the court gave them their money and did nothing no orders to fix anything no orders to do anything 5 months of rent you cant get help from the court you cant get help from the owners you cant get help from anybody this countrys gone to s*** only way you can write this kind of stuff is on GPS after they fix GPS aint nothing going out and if it does they will control it

This whole rating system is a freaking lie. I lived with an old friend here and management CONSTANTLY raised issue with us and other tenants. We did nothing wrong, got rent paid on time until THEY simply stopped cashing the rent check. They then took us to court and evicted us for failure to pay when it was THEIR DAMNED FAULT! They changed up park rules just to catch violations THEY CREATED! In short, STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS HELLHOLE!
