Was just passing through, as i was lost....so i noticed as i was looking for a turn around spot to how clean and how well maintained this mobile home park is......So to me it appears that the mobile home staff has pride in their community , it also appears that the people that own or rent their units also have a since of pride in the park......very very clean place.....jim farley....

This place is a joke throw people out. Even if the rent is always on time if u got problums get ahold of me befor we go to court

TRASHIE PLACE ITS ON SOUTH HIGH STREET LOTS OF HOMELESS

Not great but getting better. They have gotten rid of the drug dealers and this has made it much safer and pleasant to live here

All i have to say is its a place to stay it was pretty cozy and if you knew your neighbors it was all cool it is what it is there where a few shady details here and there but nothing deadly me my mom and sis lived there for a while it was alright not a mansion but it was decent as to be expected from a park

If I had a choice I would give it 0 stars the manager kicks people out for no reason targets certain people that are not a problem.

Fairlane Mobile Home Park is an affordable, great family oreinted, properly maintained, and well managed place to live!

They were very good to me too exchange a vaccum I had problems with...no hesitation... good customer service

They are rip offs there im saleing my mobile home and getting out of there cause they charge you what they want on the water bills its like living in a prison camp

Its just junky... not to be mean but i wouldnt move there... its trashy!!!!!
