It is mostly filled with Hispanics most are pretty nice some don’t really care at all about anyone else but there trailer/vehicle, drugs aren’t so bad ‘anymore’ .... kinda trashy when you look around into the wooded area.. but that technically belongs to the home owners on the other side by Murray hill. Trees that could be a danger to homes and trailers are a definite. How do I know ? Sadly I live here

Dyers Mobile Home Park is an affordable, great family oreinted, properly maintained, and well managed place to live!

Not as bad as most trailer parks!

Run down and violent people live there. Bad drug scene and police there almost everyday. Owners dont really care about it as long as they get their money from Rent.

Its OK. An okay area, nice trailers, play area is outdated though
