Very disappointedIm on my husbands account.But my sons father got approved to live here an he is a violent felon.All while I and my husband got turned down for something way less its pretty messed up considering the fact he has a steady job an income an we could afford the place. They just didnt want to approve us for no reason.

Very polite staff and knowledgeable about what their pricing and expectations were out of renters, would highly recommend if someone is trying buy their first home or get there credit built up.

Has sign up along 65 N. stating RVs wellcome. But there not set up to acomidate RVs. VERY SAD

Management getting better: 1)needs to trim or remove older trees. 2) find out why coop bills are much higher than city.

The managers and their crew have been absolutely wonderful. They have been great about ensuring any problems I have had get taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Renting from this place is exhausting priced too high for amenities that you receive which really arent anything but to the owners. Constantly hound you about what you can and cant do on your lot, which you cant do anything cant have anything in yard or on your lot. Its ridiculous really...

Its a really nice place

I filled out an application and never heard back. When I would call Sara, the girl in sales, was never available. She would never return any messages. When I would stop by her car was there, but her office was always locked. I dont know if she was hiding or what but that upset me more than getting a no from them would have. I now have a nice house in a very good neighborhood. I would not recommend going there unless you had months to waste trying to get an answer.

Great place for a get away. Nice and cold. Snow on the ground while all cuddly in my favorite Batman PJs.

Beautiful place

Not what you would expect a trailer park to be, more like a suburban neighborhood with mobile homes instead of houses. Clean, quiet, and family friendly. Close to Taylorsville/Edinburgh area, and not too far from the Columbus city limits.

We have liked her 9 years and several managers have came and gone. Jim & Sherri have done a great job so far in 10 Days . I understand people don’t like change but if you have a problem the go to the source. I have seen a lot of stuff get done over at the office and still more to come...

These people seem to take advantage of people. They rent to people and then try and tell who you can sale or rent your trailer to.

This was the best place to live when gean was managing heritage heights in 2004, I ve been living h ere for 15 years, and I know all the managers that have pass thru heritage heights, ,we obey all the rules , but now with this new managers all rules have stay behind, and they are putting new rules that are taking us crazy, we really dont know what to do to have a little peace and be happy in our homes, if this messages reach the corporate, please let Mrs Tracy know that when Ted was here in our community he was the most wonderful person to treat you, Now everything has change, if you recomend a person they are supposed to give you a bonus, Corporate how long does it take to give you that credit 60 days 90 days or nothing, well thats what they say ,Tracy is taking care of that, I know persons that they havent give anything, that doesnt make you secure in a place that was very nice to live years sgo, now this is awful, because the new managers here say they dont care if ower homes are moved from heritage heights, that tells you they dont care nothing of the community of heritage, So do you think a person that talks that way loves ower community? If I could give zero stars I would. We had an appt at 10am, didnt have anyone come out for 13 mins then the whole time were waiting there were residents worried about breakins and replacing their shed. The older lady in the office said theres been alot of break ins and they are working on it... Bad vibes from the start then to top off my bad experience when the residents left the lady was talking bad about them saying I dont know what theyre talking about those sheds look nice So we finally get told to go to a mobile home where they have their leasing office and we get told its 5000 to move in! Not wasting my time with that. By the way if youre looking for a mobile home I recommend going to Candlelight Village theirs are new and cost a third of the price

The only reason there is 3 stars for this community is because of the ladies at the office here n the trailer park. The corporate office is the issue i have. I hate being lied to by the corporate office people who come once every few months. Making false promises and then disappear and leave u with no contact information. Its sad these wonderful ladies have to take the brunt of the anger because they cant do thier job because corporate says one thing then to turn and change thier minds... like making someone the promise you would right the wrong that was done over a year ago and when it came time to fill ur promise u tell the office to make it right and when they try to u deny them the only way to fix the issue by not allowing them to make the price comfortable for the person. Shady in my eyes. It makes my husband ready to pack up and leave there is only one person here that we trust to even speak to about our issues and its is the reason we are still here she isnt from corporate. But maybe now corporate will see this and make the wrong right because i am tired of being lied too.

Cozy place to live

The Manager and staff, are nothing more than lying, deceptive scam artists.. We paid $140.00 for two applications, That we were told were $70.00 each!After finding out that, they were NOT $70.00 each. But $35.00 each. And, had I not called office, demanding we get the money orders back.and wed just pay the balance owing on the fee .Our money order would have been cashed, and the extra $100.00 in someones pocket!The manger and her staff, NEVER return calls, and I also had office person hang up on me, three times in a row last week. We have been lied to by the manager and staff, involving everything from down payments costs, leasing and mortgage options. And,leasing vs.rental options!Mgr. told us when we met with her. That we could rent the first year, then after first year, it would be OUR option whether we puchase outright. Or, just continue to rent...We explained that we DID NOT want to purchase. And she was perfectly okay with that! Only for mgr. to tell me one day later. That she JUST totally forgot, that the (only) home that my boyfriend and I, were interested in. And have been working on getting. For over a month now.DOESNT QUALIFY FOR RENTAL OPTIONS.. That it only qualifies for a lease to own option.Seriously, Are you kidding me?This whole situation in dealing with these unprofessional scam artists. Have been a total waste of time..From start to finish! They kept us hanging, knowing full well, That they had already decided not to lease/rent to us. Because, we were questioning deceptive practices, And, only after the assistant mgr. got caught,and questioned about the application fee she overcharged us...

Needs better back ground checks on residents

Awful to deal with. They never answer the phone and when they do, they take a name and number and never call back. We did this for over a month. We wasted 2 application fees and a months time to be told things we shouldve been told on day 1. We were lied to and were given false promises. I dont recommend this place at all.

Big place close to the interstate and hwy31 but not too close you have to worry about kids being hit

The new management dont care about the people who live there they just want their money.They wont call those people who behind on rent & wait intill they are not home to put a notice on there door, whomever is looking for a place look elsewhere.

Really enjoy living here. My kids love bike trails and we love being close to everything.

For what they pay in monthly rent here, Id rather buy a home or rent elsewhere. The empty lots says it all.

Managers are scandalous, they make up their own home inspections , that they have to* come in and do a walk through every so many months...bunch of crap. they change the rent amount all the time, or go around saying they need to raise the rent due to this and that...crappy management.

Too small and trailers were too close to each other

This place is a dump. The rent used to be reasonable. Now, theyre the highest in Columbus and one of the crappiest trailer parks.

You never know who you will be talking to from year to year because management changes so much. I think that they have to many properties to keep track of.

Low quality housing, constantly changing lot prices, does NOT do regular maintenance on amenities. Cheap place to live, if you wanna literally be living cheap. Offered units are 10+ yrs old, not updated.
