The park is nice and clean. Parking is on the street. Well kept area that is not on a busy street. The kids will love it.

Good local park plenty of space for the kids and dogs to run around, there is even a basketball court. Nice community, but beware of broken glass and shady characters. Plenty of walking paths to get some exercise, and good views of the Rockies. Overall will come again just beware of your surroundings.

This park is huge. It has tons of space for a summer family picnic in the sun. It also has beautiful scenery and the playground equipment is great for the kiddos.

Fairly small park but the vibes are nice and it seemed like a comfortable community park. There was a nice play area for children and a cool field for other sports and the sidewalk loops around so if you want to just walk you can do a few comfortable laps.

Really feel like the open space this park has can be converted into an ecosystem or Japanese style garden. The location is beautifully situated overlooking directly east of the pikes peak mountaintop. Wish they would also consider adding workout stations here.

Great area to live in. The trail is peaceful and kept clean. But watch for garden snakes. The trail takes you by the creek.

Great place to walk in nature. I enjoyed taking my dog.

It would be a great park if people did not think it was a dog park...people feel like its okay to walk their dog off leash at a public park. This is not a dog park at all and it frustrates me because my dog has been attacked twice

My granddaughter wanted to leave after about 15 minutes. Outdated play equipment and little else. There are a few picnic tables, but not any shade.

Sagebrush Park used to be a fun place to hang out with friends but the water fountains dont work, the playground is always in trash condition and the field looks like a warzone. please renovate this park so you can get a better review. I prefer Wildflower Park because there is more things to do there.

Nice little park. Pretty popular. Right off of the trail which is really nice. Usually very clean. Dogs are usually on leashes. Very kid friendly.

Nice little neighborhood park, easily accessible. Only downfall is its doggie doo doo dumping ground for the apartment complex co-located. They just dont care!

Nice walking trail, but other than that there is not much equipment or amenities. It would be really nice if they would put in a water fountain and/or bathrooms.
