It’s centrally located and great for parties, picnic and pot-lucks. It well kept and a true park... mainly one playground, bathrooms, pond with fountain and a lot of open space. There were 5 parties that day I went. It’s nothing to write home to mom about, yet is sweet, pet-friendly and kid-friendly (pond is deep) and there are ducks, brown and black squirrels and humans beings . I will visit again especially with kids from 4-10 years. PS- Handicap friendly too.

BEST PARK in all of Colorado Springs!!! Very well maintained with a large pond that have ducks, geese, fish & even turtles in the water with large lily pads and decorative rock formations. Great playground area that also has an assortment of various pieces of adjacent workout equipment! This is a great park for a picnic of any kind with a large gazebo & clean restroom area.

Excellent park! Very busy - what a park should be! Plenty of green grass and beautiful scenery to enjoy for hours. Lots of kids on the playground and people walking around. Parking is ample despite no actual lot. I did see people try to drive down the service road to the east - theres no parking there and youll have to turn around. Plenty of ducks and geese at the pond. Theres a pavilion too but it requires reservation. Plenty of other benches and tables thought! A great park in a quiet neighborhood.

The park had a nice view but it was really dirty and not clean at all. The sidewalks had poop everywhere it was so hard NOT to step in it. I couldn’t even stroll my little one around bc of all the mess. Definitely wouldn’t return, I’ll stick to cottonwood.

Nicely updated accessible playground: swings, slides, music area, bridges, climbing, scavenger hunt, croquet field, picnic tables, benches, and restrooms - and a cushioned surface beneath the play areas. Plus therapeutic equipment including resistance machines, steps, and a recumbent bicycle. A duck pond with a water feature, large grassy expanses, a distance marked path, and a sand volleyball pit round out the area for everyones pleasure. There is some destruction and unattended (poorly behaved) kids, but overall a great park regardless of age.Recommended for toddlers plus.

Nice park with a big open field and playground. There’s only street parking. There’s a nice pond with lots of ducks and geese. The only problem is there’s droppings everywhere. You’ll get it all over your shoes, and if you’re walking the dog, they’ll get it all over their paws too. Don’t let them roll in the grass.
