Love this pool! Had 2 lifeguards n had a lane to do laps n had 2 different exits! Real nice clean bathrooms n the lodge had a gym n conference room. So very nice for families!

One step above a hotel gym. This gym lacks in the selection of weight available to someone who lifts. Dumbbell selection increases by 10lbs past 50lb dumbbells. Limited plate selection as well, only a few 25lb plates and only one easy bar. At least they have to clamps for it! I understand that my particular HOA dues are high because of the included land care and trash services. However with an HOA due of over $160, one would think Banning Lewis would step up their game and put pressure on the YMCA to beef up their gym. Overall a weak workout....

Excellent settings to have farmers markets for the neighborhood. Great vendors and a very happy vibe all across. Definitely recommended to visit!

Operations Director was absolutely horrible and rude. As a person who pays for the usage of the facility, I expect to be treated with a little bit of common decency. You can get your point across in a professional manner instead of leaving a completely inappropriate voicemail while Im at work and causing a problem when my family attempts to use the facilities, especially from someone with that title. This experience will definitely make me apprehensive about future use if Im forced to interact with the aforementioned individual. Being new to the neighborhood, I would definitely advise anyone looking to move into the community to proceed with caution if they consider this facility a positive aspect of the community.

Most excellent facility for the residence of banning Lewis ranch

Beautiful ranch house with a small gym that is normally pretty slow. Nice large pool with plenty of seating with a BBQ area. Great place for residents to take the kids on the weekends. Co located is tennis courts and a playground. I love living here.

Social events and special occasions make this a perfect spot for the community.

First time at the pool today. Loved it! Such a nice set up and the splash pad was so sweet for my granddaughter!

Rudest people. Not even from around here and the employee behind the counter wouldnt even give me the time of day. Its a recreation center people! Not some snooty private clubhouse. Will do everything in my power to annoy and piss them off from here on out. I hope they treat everyone else better than the way I was.

Its a Fortress in Wizards unite sooo imma gonna be over there a lot. The playground next to it is also an inn so its def a hotspot if you play the game a lot like me. It also has a pool... aside from game standards, its a pretty cool place.

Nice place, and very convenient to come and get some exercise. They got weights, treadmills and more.The employees are kind, and offer events happening each day.Also it must be noted, that they got complementary coffee (for members of the neighborhood)!

Nice club house. Does not look gaudy. Workout equipment and a quiet, comfortable places to just sit and read a book. Staff is very attentive. They have a farmers market on Thursday to provide a change of pace.

Lovely venue for baby shower...large room for desert table and tables for seating... adjacent to outside seating area where gifts were opened. Beautiful facility.

Worst neighborhood I have ever lived in, my entire family hates it here. The neighbors are always up each others A** about everything if it offends their fragile personality even a little they are crying and screaming that its bad and everyone must fall in line our they will throw the biggest hissy fit ever. Nobody knows how to train their dog so you constantly have barking dogs and disrespectful neighbors. The facebook page for this neighborhood is run by Stacy Jensen an insecure elitist who thinks everyone needs to be christian or a good little obedient neighbor or they will basically call you out and block you from their facebook group if you have your own opinions even tho all the facebook page is good for is whining about stuff that offends them. I would not recommend this neighborhood to even someone I hated. My family and i were threatened multiple times by Samantha Fish an employee of Oakwood homes oakwood owns the neighborhood That is a really bad public image there oakwood. So in closing i would not recommend this neighborhood to really anyone and would advise you to stay far away from here.

Love the facilities but the way the rules they have for the pools in quite ridiculous. They evacuate & make every one who is enjoying the pool get out for 10 minutes so kids can ride the slide. But yet they have 2 lifeguards always on duty. Why cant one supervise the slide while the other watches guests in the pool so they dont have to be rudely disturbed?

Fun, clean, great staff

We were there for a wedding reception. It is a clean, beautiful facility that seemed to accommodate many groups. There are rooms of all sizes in addition to lovely outdoor seating, including one area with a pool.

Every thing you do the principle tell you parents also you teacher never cares about you or you life all they care about is teaching and if you just talk they will give you a think sheet or call you parents just over saying something or ruching someone

Quite good, save for some needed equipment maintenance. A box to drop notes to that end would be useful.

I live here so yeah.... Maybe they will have a bigger gym for the residents. Thats my only complaint.

It is a nice park I went to hear a band play it was a good concert I believe they have free bands through the summer on Thursday nights

The recreation center is beautiful and well appointed and a great asset to the community. It really should get a 5 star rating. The reason for the downgrade is that the community has really outgrown it. Exercise equipment is constantly broken and the pool is overcrowded. Currently the staff is often under trained and under qualified to be the face of banning lewis.

Great workout equipment for people who want to do cardio or weights. Wish they had more classes

The gym is small but well stocked, the pool is awesome for laps for just relaxing in, the sprinkler area is great to keep yoyr kids dsitracted during the breaks, and the common area is beautiful. The staff is generally knowledgeable and helpful. There are always different things going and the space can be used for any sort of BBQ or gathering youd like.

Their pool is not open yet, and its almost July. I know they had an issue, but it doesnt take a month to fix it.

Clean facility and well maintained. We love the parents night out where the kids get to have a movie night with popcorn and pizza while mom and dad get to go on a romantic date...ooor just go home, vedge on the couch while eating Chinese and watching criminal minds till 9.

Banning Lewis Ranch, by far is the best place to live! I wanted to move there because I also had the privledge of working for BLR as a field manger at the start of the project. I loved coming work everyday. I had the best team of people to work with from our downtown office to our team in California. I miss them all and wish we could be back together again!
