We LOVE Sunview! Everyone is amazing. Our neighbors are kind and helpful without being overbearing. Mike and Dwayne are the absolute best! They take such good care of us all. They plowed our lots so our cars could get in and out, which is huge for me and my little front wheel drive. Its like family here. Everyone takes care of each other, the way it should be. The site is stunning, and even being off 115 the traffic noise is near to nil and getting in and out has never been an issue. In all honesty, we have never been happier, we only wish we had come here sooner. *This place is for long timers, not vacations, adult only, and no dogs (those here are grandfathered in)*

They dont allow service dogs. Left Colorado is so fake.

I have stayed at Sunview for over a year and there is no better place in the Springs. You will not find a more welcoming environment with people that go out of their way to make you feel at home. I recommend this place to anyone that asks.

Dont answer the interview questions. If you have one answer they dont like they tell you they dont have spots available.

Had a couple spots open, but without transportation....it didnt fit in my schedule

Great full timer RV park, very quiet, stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys - if your lucky enough to get a spot! Its family owned and it shows with their pleasant disposition and attention to the needs of their tenants. Lots of local wildlife, crisp views of the stars at night and its relatively shielded from the hazardous weather thats abundant to Southeastern Colorado by the mountains on three sides. Its about 5/6 miles to the local shopping center and about 15 minutes away from Old Town Colorado. Theres not much on the amenities side of the house but its full hook-up and theyre tailored for full-timers, it is not a KOA for the passer through-ers.

Been here for 4 years its a great place to park and stay managements great and does a wonderful job keeping track of the property and making sure the park looks nice There is a waiting list to get into the park but its very well worth it its a great park its clean quiet and everyones friendly

Great Place to live away from the city. No frills just the basics, more room than most and the best rates around. They do not cater to vacationers and those passing thru but to those who will stay here by the month long term. Road noise from nearby highway but you get use to it after awhile.

I called to ask a question. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, and she hung up on me before I could even finish my sentence. Ill never camp here and Ill make sure to warn everyone I know to avoid this place and its extremely rude staff.
