Cocoa Village is so Historic and Special that I still pinch myself at the fact that I live here now. There are shops, galleries, restaurants, a Historic Playhouse and so much more. Its right on the Indian River Lagoon and just minutes to Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy space center. The Orlando airport is about 40 minutes away so it is just about as perfect a place to live in and visit as anywhere. If youve been here before then you already know what Im talking about. If you havent been here, what are you waiting for? Cmon down to Cocoa Village and youll fall in love with it like we did.See you soon,Rick W

What can I say about a local historical place such as this. As a local for many years running around cocoa. I have seen the village to from good to bad and back. It is looking great now. Their are a nice variety of restaruants, bars, shops and events going on all the time. What ever you are looking for within the means of the village can be found there. One of these places is Travis hardware. If you cant find it anywhere else, you can get it there.

Historic Cocoa Village has maintained its unique character, making it a fun place to walk.During my visit I walked the downtown village area and enjoyed the small shops.I picked a locally owned spot for lunch, which isnt easy because there are a lot of choices. After lunch I continued walking past Taylor Park into Lee Wenner Park. The path along the Indian River waterfront is very walkable, with benches to sit on and enjoy the view.By mid day, during the winter months, this area gets very busy (when I visit Cocoa in the summer it is very quiet). I recommend getting there before lunch to get good parking. The sidewalks in the village are not very wide and easily get crowded. There are plenty of events in the parks, so check their event calendar and plan your trip accordingly. If you like the ambience of unique towns, visit Historic Cocoa Village.

Me and my daughter went to downtown historic cocoa village for the Arts and Crafts festival. We had a blast. There were tons of vendors so there was lots of different items to choose from. They had live music and plenty of food vendors. The village itself was beautiful. All the little boutiques were great to shop at and the area was clean and well maintained. I would definitely visit this village again.

Cocoa Village is a great place to relax, with an array of restaurants both fairly priced, trendy, or more on the expensive side, theres something for everyone. There plenty of interesting shops, art galleries, and a PIRATE store, how cool is that! What a place! Joined friends there for the first time on July 4th, I cant believe this place is in downtown Cocoa. Never have had German food, had the pretzel and the schnitzel with the mushroom sauce, was delicious. The grapefruit bier from Germany was my favorite give it a try if you dont like beer! The entertainement was above all expectations, didnt know what I was walking in until now.. German entertainer is from Disney and the Dueling Pianos made the entire crowd participate! We will be back! The place is so beautiful check out the pictures

Historic Cocoa is a must see if youre visiting the area! From a magic shop to an eclectic antiques store, there are a bunch of neat shops to check out, and interesting places to eat! Most of the shopkeepers are very interesting to strike up a conversation with.My girlfriend and I went on a Monday around noon and Historic Cocoa Village wasnt crowded at all. About a quarter of the shops, however, were closed.Go check it out if youre visiting the area close by! There is something for everyone there!
