Absolutely wonderful, charming, friendly and lovely site! Was there for the first time tonight for a Halloween celebration and was thoroughly charmed! Felt like home! Fun things to do, great area for children to play, great bats and restaurants, intriguing shops to visit...I wish I had more time to spend there! I highly recommend it for a visit or a staycation... Looking forward to visiting again!

Nice sizeable park to relax and have some lunch at. Plant yourself at a bench facing the water and youll enjoy a nice breeze and a great view of the double bridge going over to Merritt Island. Lots of small sailboats rest here that add a nice harbor feel. Theres a flight school directly across the river from the park, so youll often get to enjoy a Cessna flying in circles or practicing their landings over Merritt Island. Seen my fair share of dolphins here too!

Quaint little park on the Indian River which has plenty of benches to sit on and view the river. It has a small playground for the kids plus a jumping water fountain play area for those hot, sunny, Florida days. It is also surrounded by the most unique little shops, bakeries, and restaurants. As well as the local theater being about one block away, Cocoa Village Playhouse. Many events and concerts also held here, art shows, food trucks, etc. If in the area, it is definitely a nice little place to check out.

This little cove between Cocoa and Merritt Island is full of neat shops, artists, restaurants and other small business. The Florida Historical Society Head Quarters is also located here. Taylor Park is here as well. I recommended visiting Cocoa Village to grab a bite to eat at any of the restaurants, or small business shopping.

Nice boat ramp. Wish there was more parking for boat trailors. I like new additions of floating docks for boat parking and the new concrete boardwalk they are working to complete. Looks nice. I saw a bit of trash in the water and around the boat ramps. It only takes a moment to pick up trash. Please help keep our community clean. I picked up trash, so can you. If you see trash of any kind, please pick it up. Trash bins are convieniently located.

Very loud and adults drinking, etc. Decent bathrooms but they ran out of tp.

Stray cats are pretty but seem nervous, please show them kindness if you see one. All the grass isnt the most eco friendly (it uses up a bunch of water and gas to maintain and has very little purpose) I wish there were more and different plants. Its pretty at night, but it can be sketchy. The bathrooms are absolute garbage, insects, dirty, smells disgusting, taxpayers are willing to pay for decent bathrooms. It would be nice if the lights were motion activated instead of always on.
