I have never enjoyed a place like this so much, from the moment you enter until you leave everything is exquisitely coordinated, observing the grape plantation from a balcony of the building seemed very nice to me as well as being able to observe how they bottle the exquisite wine that later I could taste is priceless some in life, the attention of its unmatched staff, friendly and cordial people. I only regret not having been able to stay longer in that excellent place. Congratulations. I promise you that I will return again.

What a great little gem in our own backyard! From the minute you walk in and are greeted at the door, to your last sip of wine at the tasting, everyone was friendly and welcoming. They offer a 15 minute, short movie describing the beginning of the winery and vineyards. It is centralized around their family, which we thought was informative and sweet. You then go through a self-guided tour (because of Covid-19) - very short tour - and end up in their tasting room. They offer you 6 different wines to try for free and an additional 2 from their private collection for an additional cost, along with the option to buy a wine glass with the winerys logo on it. Needless to say, the wines are all delicious!They have a very well stocked gift shop on the first floor with the entire selection of wines produced locally and amazing gifts for the wine lover. Ample parking is provided with a great view of the vineyards. So happy we took time to visit Lakeridge. We enjoyed every minute of it and walked out with plenty of wine to enjoy at home. We will definitely visit again.

Don’t get me wrong this is a nice place, But we are in a pandemic. USA has more new cases every day, this is not a joke. I went yesterday to the winery and they don’t enforced the use of a face mask. Literally there were no social distance on their back part where the people eat there were more than 100 people all together with no maskThis never will end if places like this don’t work with social distancingOf course I didn’t stay, but please HELPThis is an SOS call let’s work together with this pandemic. It will be the only way to go back to normal.

I stumbled on Lakeridge Winery a few yrs ago driving back to TX & stopped in to pick up a few bottles. I was lucky to stop in during their harvest fest & that an unexpected treat!Now Im living in Central FL so my cousin & I visited the winery while she was here. The self guided tour was nice & we enjoyed being able to sample all of the varieties. It definitely made shopping for new wines easier ;-).They have really good wines, a great selection & the shop is clean, organized, and laid out well. The prices are incredibly reasonable.

Always a pleasure. Big festivals gone for now, but a food truck and desert truck were on hand as well as a nice glass of wine available to purchase on the side porch. Picnic tables and lots of lawn space for your blanket. Tastings still available inside. We actually found this more relaxing than the crowded festivals. A great time to visit.

Ny fiancé and I are hard-of-hearing and it’s hard to read lips through the mask. But Ronda was so helpful and provided the transcript for us. She’s so sweet!!! Great place to go burn a few hours and relax. Bring yard-activities... they have plenty of space under the oaks to do them. The tour is interesting, and there are free wine samples... but dont be a leach... buy a few glasses from their outdoor bar and enjoy your time there!

Great wine and great food trucks.Lots of cute items for purchase in their shop. Also good deals on wines. Always enjoy going. The only thing missing was the inside and outside music. But understood it because of covid.

Great and fun experience! The wine tour was amazing. It was modified due to COVID-19 and was a self-guided tour but it was wonderful. The entire staff was friendly, outgoing and fun especially Dougie. He made the experience 10 times better. Ended up purchasing a case of wine!

The wine was excellent many excellent sweet wines, but I like merlot, the syrah was the best.Durring this visit they had an outing going on with food trucks outside VERY GOOD food. I had a burger with home made beer cheese and fryed onions on it. There were wine tours and much social distancing due to covid. Over all a very pleasant day.

Great little winery...usually. today wine tasting was a line up thru the vats with a station every 12 feet give or take. only one shot glass to taste from regardless white or red. no tour of the wine making process. as always friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff. and as always over priced tourist junque with too much made in china. it seems to me, in chasing the Benjamins, its no longer the classy but comfortable experience it was not that long ago.

We have been to a lot of wineries but this one was by far the best one with all the knowledge they provide to being able to see the fields where most of the grapes come from. All of the employees there had smiles behind their masks and joke up their sleeve. I even got a chance to talk to a lady by the name of Denise, she was so helpful and full of information for a first time wine maker. I will definitely recommend this winery to everyone. Great experience too.

The whole place is lovely. It’s on a hill and you can see the whole vineyard. The staff are so cute and friendly. Everyone wore masks and there were self guided tours which included a cute video and a walk around the building layout finishing with a wine tasting of six different wines. The slushees are yummy!

This was an impromptu stop today for us. Friendly, very helpful and Clean. All appropriate “new normal “ ready. Some very good wine.We came in five minutes before closing and still got great service. In and out in less than five minutes.

Come around noon on Sat. We came late and missed the food trucks. The cheese plate offered outside at the bar was fantastic. Wed love it if they had a fruit and chocolate plate option! We had a great time.

I have been lakeridge several times when visiting my parents in the Villages. Not being much of a wine drinker I needed help in guidance. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, very easy to understand and hooked me up with some wines that I enjoyed. I brought a few bottles home to Key West and several of my neighbors asked me to pick them up a case next time I was at the winery.

Love this winery. Started going there in the summer of 89 since then I fell in love with the pink crescendo. I’m amazed how the selection has grown. If u haven’t gone to lakeridge u need to go. Best winery ever

This place is awesome! We got there and immediately did the wine tasting tour. The admission is free and same with the tour. Although the wine was a littttle sweet for me, it was still such a cool experience, especially for Florida! The rolling hills look like it should be in Georgia or something. They had food trucks and ice cream out by the live music as well! Such a great way to spend a Saturday

I love wine and was so pleasantly surprised to find great wine within a reasonable distance. I fell in love with a Red Wine in CA and was ordering online. Super Expensive. Thanks to Lakeridge Southern Red, I save Lots of $$$.Also discovered Wine-A-Rita there! Must try!

This is something I like to do, the tour @ Lakeridge winery. I can taste some fine wine and food and the kids can play around on festivals.Every other weekend they offer a live music with kiosk for souvenirs and homemade stuff. It usually is 10$ with well service of parking and shuttle. Great place to spending a morning or afternoon with family and friends

This place was an amazing experience for me and my friends. We are visiting from Philadelphia and decided to try this place and it was great. Our guide, Dougie, was so much fun and well informed. He definitely made the experience ten times better. I ended leaving buying a bottle of the Sunblush Wine it was definitely my favorite. Overall, it was a great experience and will recommend it to anyone!

Amazing place, we had a free demonstration wines tasting.Your spent around 40 min or 1 hour there, in the begging they explained and showed how they make the wine and all the process the grapes pass after become the wine.After you pass to tasting area to try some wines and in the end I loved almost all the wines and I bought 3 excellent bottles of wines.

Beatiful vinyard and great tasting wine. I felt like this is the only place in florida with rolling hills. I highly recommend coming here for the views alone.

Came for a couples trip. Stayed in Clermont just a 15 min drive to Lakeridge. What an Amazing Vineyard and Winery. You do your own walkng tour with signs to guide you and then finish with a great complimentary wine tasting. Very friendly staff. Cant wait to come back.

I highly recommend Lakeridge Winery and Vineyards. We enjoy their tours and especially when they have events. We always go home with several bottles of wine and/or ports.

Great Florida winery! The tasting was free and included 6 different wines, all of which were very good with the Sunblush, Cabernet, and Southern Red coming out on top. We then took the free tour which was very informative-- included a 12 minute video and a walkthrough of the premises. The staff were very kind and made the whole experience even better.We will definitely come back when we are in the area again and will be purchasing from Lakeridge years to come

Beautiful place such a shame the girl at the register was horribly mean and not helpful. JILL was her name, while she was checking the products I was buying she was already mean, and after that I asked her about turning on the fans on the area where you sit and she just said “I have no idea” without offering help at all. She messed up the whole experience for me even though the wine tasting attendants were amazing. I regret buying anything from her

This winery is really beautiful, loved the wine tasting and cheese. The wine was delicious. The gift shop had a lot of cool things. It was a lot of fun, I recommend this winery, we had a wonderful day there.

Wine tasting is always a treat!!! The sales people are wonderful as well as helpful. I purchased the St Augustine Red wine, what a beautiful bottle, with precedes to the First Lighthouse Maritime Society.

I was actually blown away by this winery. We went on a Saturday and there was food trucks.One of the trucks there was lobster themed food truck and it was too die for my family and I had lobster hot dogs and lobster French fries it was so delicious. We went on to order wine we had sunblush, cab and southern red and we dont regret it. We ended up buying 2 boxes of wine. also there was a wine tour taking place which was helpful and enjoyable we learned a lot and will be backAmazing experience recommend to everyone. We didnt have any kids with us but I did see alot of kids outside with families so this a great family activity as well

I have had the pleasure of visiting twice and both times were amazing.This vineyard offers free wine tours and tastings, or each singularly if you so choose.It starts off with a video from the founder and his son, explaining how this came to be, super informative and funny!The tour takes you through different parts of the wine making process on their premises, and wraps up with tastings of their wines with entertaining presenters.You wrap up with the option of purchasing some of the items you’ve tried, and it’s so hard to choose, though they help by offering discounts for different purchases.They also have wine infused chocolates made by a local chocolatier and paired with their wines.They have wine related gifts, chocolates, treats, bottle openers, stoppers, cheese boards, dips, dressings, you name it!!They also have events throughout the year demonstrating local artists with a bar for items to purchase.Absolutely would recommend anyone who lives nearby visit, and visitors make this a stop point.

First time visiting Lakeridge Winery, and like the video in the tour says youll learn more here than any other tour. I thought I knew what wine I liked but was not drinking wine correctly. I think I like most all wine now. Learned about cleansing the pallet, this made the wine so much better. Our tour guide Cody was the best. I recommend you ask for Cody as your guide if you can. Awesome experience! The people that work there are knowledgeable about the wine process and the tour is really interesting. We saw the pressing of the white muscadine grape and all the aging tanks. Afterwards the wine tasting was great and we figured out which wine was to our pallet.

Latter we discovered that cane sugar is added to fermentation process and that different grapes are blended for better taste.Vivino app rates quality btw 3.2-3.9WiFi is open to guests and streams at 60/12 Mbps.Jalapino hopping dip sold in gift shop is made with to much viniger smell and taste on the palate.

Went by motorcoach with Brevard Tropical Fruit Club on weekend of festival. We sampled some enjoyable wines they produce.Food vendors were just OK. Cowboys BBQ was unremarkable. Potato salad must have come directly out of the Publix factory.
