This is a mini park. Nice playground for 2-8 age group and a baseball field. Lovely walk along a brook. But 10 minutes gives you the full measure.

We come here a lot. Nice little park with a walking path. Next to a baseball field so we often bring sports balls and hang on the field. Bathrooms are not well kept is my only complaint.

Peaceful, safe playground in beautiful Clemson. A short nature trail that runs alongside a babbling creek. A fun play structure over a safe rubber surface. Swing sets. Baseball field. Covered picnic area. Bathrooms can be a little iffy.

Sometimes you need a babbling brook and some tall shade trees. This is your place. Great kids playground, walking path, ball field, and aforementioned creek.

Playground is perfect for little ones. Totally fenced in. We went late Sunday afternoon. No one was there and almost the entire play structure was in the shade.

This is our favorite park in the Seneca/Clemson/ect. area. The playground itself is perfect and its shaded which is great for those hot summer days. Theres other parks that Ive been to where people dont really care and end up trashing the place. Thats not the case here. Theres this super cute path you can walk down too.

Forgot to add that there is a little library that my daughter found a great 1st/2nd grade prep book. My only complaint would be the swings are off in the sun too hot!

Love it! The fenced in play area contains two play units. One is for climbing, my big kid nephew loved it! Next is a paved trail with a stream. Theyve added a nice bridge we love, and I especially love that I can play with him in the water! The sidewalks make the park a nice destination if you walk along Berkeley Street which is well lit and well traveled.

So quaint...walking was so peaceful. My husband remembered playing in this creek as a child. He said it was much easier to get to now...

Ashley Dearing is great, especially for younger kids. The surface is recycled rubber mulch, so your babies & toddler wont be eating bark, and if they fall, it doesnt hurt as much. I have two kids (3 & 5) and think its the perfect size for them. Theyre not too scared to play on anything (like at Nettles) and theres no big kids knocking them down. Its also shaded, theres a place to eat, its now fenced in, and has restrooms.
