This was our second time visiting the store from out of town. The first time, a year ago, we were on a time crunch and could not stay long. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2nd visit and although they were a little busy, were checked on by several employees. The owner is extremely personable and will assist you in any way he can. We walked out with some great Black Friday deals- My husband and I found a great Prodigy bag, some awesome discs, a towel, and put a name in the drawing for the disc golf basket! This is, by far, the BEST disc golf store that I have ever been to! The selection is massive and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.I was visiting with a friend of mine from out of state, and we were discussing what the best option would be for me to add as a straight shot disc. Jeff overheard our conversation and approached us with a recommendation in hand of the H3v2 from Prodigy. He explained in detail on why he recommended this disc, so I purchased one.We went and played a few rounds in Tampa, and I immediately fell in love with how that disc was performing. We had to go back that afternoon so I could purchase 3 more.HUGE shout out to Jeff for his amazing customer service, and I will continue to always shop here for any of my disc golf needs!!!

I am new to the area and getting back into the sport. Stopped in here to possibly get a new bag and to look for some discs. Not only did they have a full stack of an ace race prototype of the Archer I really like, but they showed me around the store and really took the time. Also got my new Zuca! They even made sure to help me set it up and give advice on regular maintenance. I have never been to a disc golf store with such a big selection and good people.

Amazing store with the largest selection of Innova, discraft, discmania, west sides, mvp, prodigy, you name it. Super knowledgeable staff and friendly. They can pretty much hand pick you a bag if you need help as a beginner or amatuer looking to get better equipped.You can also order online if you cant make it to the store!

This was a great store and had all our disc golf needs. He also customized a package deal for a beginners. We got 5 discs for super cheap and they play really great!

WOW! It is a SWFL Disc golf mecca. Super friendly and knowledgeable- new discs and accessories from multiple manufacturers as well as a chain-banging used catalog they say if you hunt the used discs there may be a couple of Calvin Heimberg volunteers....you could spend a week looking.

Prices are pretty standard, no huge markups. But the selection is what you go for, hundreds of disks from every manufacturer. Including a great used section!

Went to Local Route while visiting the Clearwater area from Atlanta. The guys there were SUPER helpful and the selection was fantastic. Wish we had something like Local Route up here!

The guys that work here are legit disc golfers, so they know how to help you get the right disc for your game! They are always willing to share their knowledge and they are stocked with literally THOUSANDS of different discs for every level of player!

Located in the middle of two great courses Cliff and coachmen. Local Route is run and owned by disc golfers so take advantage of this if you have questions. They get new shipments in every week it seems so if they dont have it check back. They are known to collect your lost disc and get them back to the throwers or a drop off store if you find someones disc. They call it karma give back for free if they got it free. They dont always have the disc I throw but if you throw Innova or DD worth checking to see what they have. They are starting to stock all your zuca and cart needs also. Store is hard to find if you dont know the area so best to give a call for directions before traveling to.

This is the store that has mostly all the disc you will need to be a pro . Great help and awesome prices

Great place to get discs! I was in town from Nebraska to play some courses in the meantime I stopped here because a local told me to and wasnt disappointed from what I got. This is a good place to look around, a good place to learn more about throwing and just a good place to hangout. Someday Ill be back, and I definitely would recommend to anyone that is looking to buy some discs. 10/10 if I could.

I’ve visited this store many times over the last 5 or so years on family vacations in the area. I’m glad to see the store is still open, but the owners really need to step it up if this place is going to stay in business. No prices on discs...if they were there, they were mostly wrong. No website with discs. Dog running around the store and did his business right in the middle of the floor (almost stepped in it!). Overall layout and organization of discs didn’t completely make sense. Used discs were pretty much the same price as new discs. A little more attention and effort would go a long way....used to love coming here!

Bought a disc there today. Trevor was very helpful with all of my questions and added some great insight that Im sure will help with my throws. The disc that I bought ended up being too fast for me. I told Trevor about it, after throwing it, and he was nice enough to take it back and give me a disc that I could throw. Local Route will be the ONLY place I buy discs from now on! Thanks again!

Great store right by our home course! I frequent often and would highly recommend anyone to do so. they have new discs, used discs and even well priced snacks.

Awesome store and great staff. Huge selection of disc and staff is very knowledgeable. Customer service is OUTSTANDING. I had an Innova umbrella for less than a year when it snapped because of wind. Innova wasnt willing to help but Local Route went above and beyond to replace it.
