Very helpful associates. $200 for a beginners ladies bag and clubs - great deal for someone just starting out. The mats with the computer visualization is really great! We got some apparel, gloves, shoes. All the golf items you want. Even PINK TEES!

Club fitting was fantastic. Cliff was knowledgeable and instructive. No pressure to buy, showed me my data, and explained the metrics. Got fitted for driver and irons, must have hit 50 balls in 90 minutes and got a good evaluation. We tried many combos and went back and forth to make sure I could compare results objectively as well as by feel. Got more beneficial info than the lesson I got from a related company.

To many staff with clearly not enough to do! I dont mind being asked if I need help, but to be asked every two minutes by the same staff & others is overbearing & annoying; once theyre told, I will ask for help when needed, should be enough!!

Just ok. The guy who helped us was ok, but another staff person practically shoved us out of the way so his customers could be where we were. I imagine his customers thought he was good, too. We were able to find the driver we wanted, try it out on the analyzer, and walk out with it, so a successful visit overall.

Seemed knowledgeable & willing to help (reps get commission, so they are going to engage). Lots of inventory. Prices seem rather high - I get they are a specialty store, but seemed they felt like theres no comp...

Kyle Roberts worked with me and fitted me with a new set of irons. I was in from CHICAGO and did not want to wait a couple of weeks to get them shipped. He found the exact set in the area, had them brought to the store, adjusted the lie and I had them in the same day!!! He was patient, knowledgable and clearly wanted the best set for me and not just the sale. A pleasure to work with and a real pro! Love my new set of Callaway Apex irons and hit them great!

Nice selections, and they also have some clearance and sales items that you can’t find online, so it’s worth a visit. Saw a pair of Nike Air Max 1 G’s on sale for $84... original for $120. Might drive back and get a pair.

My wife and I went into the store on 8/1 to look for her a new set of clubs. We were greater by a gentleman named Mike. After talking to him about different clubs he recommended that we stick around and talk to a guy named Drew who was a Master Fitter stating he would be able to help us get fitted and check out my wifes swing. When Drew got there he was awesome, this guy spent more time with us then Im sure he was supposed to, (we didnt mind). He was very polite and professional. I know he had an appointment that was after us and those people told him dont worry take your time they would wait. We ended up buying a nice set of Adams clubs and a Ping driver. I think that this store is very fortunate to have this individual as an employee. I would guess the gentleman who waited got the same great service from him. Had a great time. Partick was very helpful with fitting me for a new 3 wood. It was my first experience doing this and I look forward to doing it again. Process was seamless and smooth. Taylormade M4 was the club for me.

Stage was super friendly. I called to put a set of Nike irons on hold and they had them waiting as well as a 7 iron I was able to hit in the bay. Al took care of getting me all squared away. Its a hidden sir not easily seen from the road.

Mike Ray, outstanding instructor. He found my problem and fixed. Im hitting the ball much better. My distance has vastly improved.

If I could give them a 0 rating I would. All the sales people were standing around doing nothing. I wanted to get fitted for clubs but they said you have to make an appointment. Worst customer service on the planet. Andrew was too busy watching TV and Chase was hitting balls.

Originally I came into Goldsmith to look for some ideas with my wife for my birthday. Allen greeted us at the door and worked with us the entire time. He was very kind and patient with a novice golfer like myself. He answered all my questions and even let me try out several clubs. I did not buy any clubs that day but Allen was the reason I came back on my birthday to golfsmith for my clubs. When the clubs were not in stock that day at the store, Brian Roderick, went out of his way to find them for me. He even drove over an hour away to get the right clubs for me on my birthday. He made sure I had the clubs I wanted and was able to play golf on my birthday. Brian and Allen are the reason I will continue to visit Golfsmith and encourage others to go there as well.

Best golf shop ever if youre shopping for stuff you need to go there and talk to Drew this guy is amazing not only did he set me up with an amazing deal on golf clubs he improve my game by showing me the correct way to be gripping my club, was driving to 220 with incorrect grip things driving 300 after he showed me the right way to hold my club this guy rocks thanks for everything Drew!

Love to try new clubs before buying.

Last week I had a club fitting by Drew Peterson. He patiently spent over 3 hours trying a variety of brands and settings. He even took the time to compare clubs to my old clubs. Finally, I decided on a set of Callaway Apex Irons and Callaway woods.Basically, this guys love of golf, club fitting knowledge, and passion to help clients achieve a better game were very apparent. I had fun trying a variety of options and learned much.As an unexpected bonus, Drew and the other staff members had my custom clubs rush delivered from Callaway so that I would have them in time for my Christmas vacation.In short, Drew is the BEST golf equipment sales associate I have seen in over 30 years!!!

Not impressed! The lighting inside is very dim & Gray. The employees stood around and stared at us then when we asked for assistance the employee had an attitude & rude tone. Also they need to rotate & update apparel stock.
