Clean park but there were a lot of children still playing on the play area despite covid restrictions. Quite a few people with dogs off leash and tons of dog poop in the open field. Such a bummer for this nice park to be treated like this.

Tempo Park is a great place to take the dogs to run, they have very nice walking trails ,tennis courts. Been going there for years. They do have a few homeless folks who live there, but I have never felt unsafe . I would never let my child walk there alone, but I do see it.

Amazing park, plenty of space 2 large grass fields, 2 tennis courts w/backboard for lone players, water fountains, bathrooms, playground. And large seating area with picnic tables/grills. with a trail going all the way around, you often can find wild Turkeys along with other wildlife by the creek that runs through the side of the park,

Cute little park with a very nice mini trail lined with flowers and trees. Very enjoyable.Parking near the play area. Public restrooms.

By far the best park Ive ever been to. Its huge! It also has a scenic trail, 2 soccer fields (with goalposts), and tennis courts. It has a picnic area with 3 big grills and benches located around the trail. It has an okay playground and the restrooms are superb for a public park. The park gets cleaned regularly.

Its a decent park with plenty of space for exercise, running, hanging out, or playing with kids. The two grass soccer fields are open a provide a great area to do anything from play with your dog, your child, or exercise. Only note is that the grass is rarely kept well, its usually just trimmed to keep from overgrowth. Theres a covered sitting area great for small events like a birthday party or picnic, or just a place to rest. Amenities include a restroom, water fountain, and little library. Parking is plenty and spacious as well. One of the best qualities is how well connected the park is to the surrounding neighborhoods. It may not be perfect, but I quite like it and always go there for any multiple reasons.

This is a great park, its huge there is something for everyone and the bathrooms are always clean.

When its not overrun by undesirable folks, this park is amazing. Lots of shade, green grass and a great quiet spot right on the middle of the city. Single, Private restrooms are handy, as well as picnic tables and bar b ques for day use. If course its known for the tennis courts, but an enjoyable spot for anyone.

Not bad. Pretty good open spaces an okay medium sized jungle gym. Downside of bad divets in the fields so be careful with ankles.

Nice park. Clean. Has a small creek/ditch running through its east side (I think East). Anyway if there was anything sketchy, it would probably be over there.I didnt look for the posted signs but its a perfect place to play Frisbee with your dog. Which is probably not allowed. A lot of open space, 2 tennis courts, a nice cabana for a birthday party.

It has a practice board inside tennis court so you can play tennis by yourself if your partner doesnt show

New to the area. Bringing the dog here so he can stretch his legs and get in a good run. Ground are maintained. Water available for the pooches. Each time Ive gone to the park there have been some characters. A couple unpacking their car across the parking lot. A gentleman parked his truck in the middle of the lot and kind of wandered around mumbling. Another lady camped out in the back of the park with her dogs and living out of her van. To give them all credit. They were all polite and kind...who knows what their life is like. Anyway, be alert and have fun. For as many strange people Ive easily seen several dozens more, playing soccer, playing on the playgrounds, jogging/walking and just enjoying themselves. You should go enjoy it too.

Its a really pretty park

Great place to have a picnic they have tennis courts and a nice play ground the restrooms are always clean for a park . They also have a space you can reserve for partys. The park has alot of green grass and shade. Ablot of soccer games to watch if you like that . A great place to walk your dog or run around. Very safe place so far A very.Nice Park. BJM

This park used to be a really nice but we went during the middle of the afternoon on a weekday and there were a lot of homeless people and drug addicts using in the covered picnic area.

Nice grass field, feel like you are in nature walking in the woods.

It has two soccer fields for u12 and u14 so go there if you want to play soccer. It also has a small bark area where little kids can play, so Id only suggest it for people who like soccer and wanna practice.

Tempo is a nice little park in Citrus Heights. There is a picnic area, a playground and ball courts. Arcade Creek runs through the northern edge. Its nice to walk in.

Doing some house shopping in Orangevale and stopped here for a picnic lunch. Watched some guy washing his clothes in a bucket and hanging them on the railings to dry. Other homeless using the place for their hang out, smoking dope. They didnt bother us but still disturbing to see. Guess its happening all over. Still makes us wonder about relocating here. Nice green park, looks well kept.

Great park to take your dog in the early mornings. There’s two large fields to alternate between if one is occasionally too muddy. I’ll run my dog here with the frisbee for a couple hours, and often see people walking the perimeters with their dogs. Everyone seems generally friendly and unopposed to bringing your dog here to run some of their energy out. Come during early hours though, as the park is utilized by athletes or anyone else during the afternoon-evening times and it’s just courtesy to respect others since this isn’t a ‘dog park’

Its a great Park great for walking bring the dog very cool place thankfully doesnt have the horrible nickname that it used to have a lot has been done to clear up this park recently yes there are some homeless at the Pavilion but they mind their business and keep to themselves its still a great Park never had a bad experience here

Kind of an interesting layout, but two stars because the layout makes for too many blind spots, so its kind of hard to keep an eye on your kids if they want to leave the play area.

Lots of parking. Great pathways for walking or pushing a stroller around. Nicely updated restroom. Excellent play equipment for kids. Only downside is overhead power lines create constant hum.

I run in this park all the time and its great. There are a few different loops you can run through it and the longest is about .6 miles and includes a good amount of shade. I like this parks path because it connects to the surrounding cul-de-sacs allowing you to change up your run every day.The park is generally pretty quiet during the day on week days and has people playing soccer, disc golf, or other sports at night and on weekends. It also has a tennis court, well maintained bathrooms, and a park for children.

Enjoy coming to this park its always kept up and has individual bathrooms and the community center also a playground in the tennis court with plenty of parking
