This place is very cool!!! Ive driven by coming down Sunrise and always wondered what was here. Im really glad I stopped today to find out.It has a really nice mini-trail and lots of awesome outdoor exercise equipment!One of many great outdoor areas in the Sacramento area. Get out & explore!!!

I absolutely love this park. Its absolutely beautiful, and has several things for kiddos to play on. Bonus points for having the exercise equipment next to the main playground, I love when parks have this!!!!!

A hidden treasure in Citrus Heights. Something for all ages. Plenty of nature, play areas, places to explore, some grown-up exercise equipment, and even a zip line! Check out the audio tour along the walking path, and learn about the wildlife found in this busy area close to Sunrise Mall.

Arcade Creek Park Preserve is a relatively new, relatively small park, following Arcade Creek from Sunrise Boulevard to Sayanora Drive. It has a childrens playground and a few exercise machines. Its mostly shady and is good place for a quiet walk, observing the changes in the plants and animals over the course of the year.

Great hidden gem of play areas for kids, workout equipment for anyone, bike and walking trail with nice spots to sit and enjoy the gorgeous scenery! Ill be visiting often now that I live in the area. Its a great place to start walking, or biking if you havent done it in a while. Its the perfect size not to get exhausted, but to also have room to have some quiet, if thats what youre looking for. Highly recommend during the day!

The grandkids had a blast on the climbing stuff... But the zip line was not useable.

Nice park to walk or ride your bikes. Kids like the small zip line, slides and swings. Careful on hot days as the playground equipment is not covered and gets hot quickly. No restrooms but they do have a porta potty that you should try to avoid at all costs.

Its a small but good park. Its nice to look at the creek on rainy days, and not to mention the zip line is a pretty nice addition too! A playground as well for little kids. A nice place to bike as well.

Great walking trails. Interesting playground equipment. Along walking trails they have informational boxes about the natives that lived there and about the types of wildlife that live there. My only complaint is there is no bathroom. Otherwise great

Great place to walk around! There are a whole bunch of structures for kids to go on, a trail, and they have two sides to park at. The start of the park, and the end of the park.

Awesome Beautiful park is a hidden gem! A nice playground but with a walking trail that has great little spots for the kids to play and the best part: they have a zipline!! My kids LOVED it!!

Awesome park to walk around and bring kids to. Lately Ive noticed a lot of trash thag homeless leave behind. Would be nice to see city of CH keep it a bit more maintained and clean.

Nice paved trail easy walk. Fun playground for kids. Zipline is super fun. Work out equipment thru-out the trail. Lots of signs telling you about the preserve and its wildlife. Sadly creek is a bit of a mess due to garbage.

This is a beautiful park. It has an awesome trail that I love to walk my dogs on. Covered picnic benches, water fountains for humans and ones that are the perfect height for your dogs. It also has a zip line that the kids (and adults) love. My only complaints are that there is no bathrooms, and almost Everytime I take my dogs on a walk there, there is usually someone walking their dog OFF leash. Event though there are signs posted in 2 different spots stating that you must walk your dog on a leash. There are leash laws in place for a reason and that is for the protection of the dogs. Even if your dog is the most well behaved dog in the world. Also ... Can people PLEASE clean up after their dogs? It isnt pleasant to walk by literally pile after pile of dog poop.. trying not to walk in it. Please people.. dozens of people walk through this park everyday. Children play without watching where they are going. Have some respect and clean up after your dogs.

Great park, book it twice for daughters birthday.Easy to reserve , just have to drive to the San Juan park district.We booked the tables under the roof and there is also some tables that are not under the roof that can be used.Has outlets for speakers, phones, etc. they told us we couldn’t use the outlets for the jumping house, so we got a generator but it was broken so we ended up using the outlets and it was just fine.We could only use the vendors for jumping house that they provide, not sure why. But it worked for us.Small playground with no swings but everything else is there and a cute trail to the nearby homes.

Great area for 2 to 92 years old. The zipline was hold people up to 250 lbs. The walk is on flat ground. There are benches every 200 feet to rest.

Great park, unfortunately there are only porta potties, but this is not like any other park. There are so many play structures and we love taking walks on the trail. Always learn so much here and weve even spotted a woodpecker. There is a zipline that is great for the kids.

I love this park. My son loves the playground. I think the workout machines placed throughout the trails was a really neat idea. The only thing this park is missing is a bathroom.

Great park and really nice walking trails. There was however a broken toy in play area when i went there with my son. I Dont know if they have fixed that or not.

This park is great much bigger and better than it looks. Needs more parking though.

Nice park for walking in. Several places to sit and just enjoy being outside. Also a nice little play area if you have kids. My three star rating is because of all the mosquitoes. I understand not wanting to overspray because it is also a preserve, but mosquitoes in our area are still carrying things like West Nile and it seems unwise to invite people to come enjoy a space with a thriving mosquito population. Definitely consider bug spray, or save it to enjoy outside of mosquito season!

Everyone is going to love the way they set up this park!!!! As you follow the trail there is work out starting set every so often. I just loved the setting. Even a zip line for the kids. Lots of things to see and do. Go check it out for your self pleasantly surprised from the last out to the beautiful landmarks

We adore the nature walk and zip line. As a mom I appreciate the soft turf underneath the play area. Always a good option for homeschooling families who want to teach about Sacramento plants and animals in the area!

This is a great park in our neighborhood. My son loves it. The zip line is a fav with all the kids who frequent the park.

Clean multi zone playground/park. Nice shaded trail and a variety of equipment to entertain the kids. Look out for black widows and wolf spiders! Limited parking.

Nice small park

The park is clean. No trash on the ground. They offer plenty of trashcans around the area. They are park seatings so you can sit down and eat. Walking trail that has stuff for the kids to do while youre walking. Zip lining that people seems to enjoy the most. I truly love taking my kid here. And Ill be coming back more often

Great park for the entire family. This place has an outdoor gym that is set up alongside the walking path.

Was there last night enjoying the nice cool air. Some loud hoodlums talking about oral sex and a few drunk people walked out of the trail. It was pretty funny and nice.

This place is fantastic during daylight hours. Exercise equipment for free, a great bench area to sit and draw or contemplate, some bridges and some nature. Its really nice and quiet and sweet. Once it gets closer to evening time and especially after dark, I would avoid this place because it gets overrun by tweakers and other unsavory types.

We loved this little park, just one thing, please authorities, this park needs a supervision there is some young people doing nothing but drinking and smoking, we were there Sunday around 7 p.m. taking a walk after dinner and we saw this 2 young man holding a bottle of alcohol and drinking, they both look drunk. Theres a lot of kids playing and some adults people walking with their kids.

One of my favorite places to visit.

The homeless community practically lives here. The police (as usual for citrus heights) do nothing about it and there is no private security to reference these issues to even start. Not to mention the lack of changing area and decent restroom. There is how ever a porta-potty about half way through the park if your little one REALLY needs to go right now.

My little one likes it, shes only 17 months old though, they really cleaned this place up, although the jungle gym off the trail is dirty and its become a homeless persons home, there was a sleeping bag, an old ipod and some gold clubs in the base, and reeked of urine, but otherwise the main play area for the little ones is well maintained.Keep away from the park near dusk, millions if not billions of mosquitoes come out, it is surrounded by ponds and a creek so unless you have bug repellant come during the earlier part or the day.

Its a really nice little Park very quiet it has even a little Creek running byand a couple places outward from the Park area swings its relaxing

One of the coolest little parks Ive ever been to! Has little workout machines here which I thought were so cool and necessary for a park to have! We never had a park like that back in NY! So cool!

Beautiful walking trails, play structures, and work out stations. Well maintained & clean. Great place for kids all ages and accommodations for special needs kids.

Great place will definitely say its worth a visit for family to enjoy. Will not come away unhappy. Good for all ages. Ability for each person to find something to enjoy.

A beautiful park with swings, slides and all for the small children and an exercise course that for a moneymaker you forget you are still in the city.

Even though its a small trail theres about 6 activities along its path. A drinking fountain at the parking and a Porter potty along the trail.

Here for 15 minutes someone busted my car window to steal whatever they could. There was nothing but still. Be cautious.

Its a great adventure for the little ones and it is free.

By far the best park I have been to in the Sacramento area. Its almost hidden so it isnt very crowded. New-ish equipment, any kid would have fun here, plus there is a nice little trail to walk on or ride a bike. Its somewhere between a quarter to half a mile.

It has a zipline! And those exercise machines. Only a port a potty though.

What a gem. The planning and layout of this park allows you and your family to get a glimpse of nature. Great walk ways, really nice toddlers play area and even a area for older children. Oak trees fills this park with shade.

Great park! Fun play structure with a great walking trail, theres also a bunch of fun play structures along the way and kinetic exercise machines.our favorite structure is the one that resembles a tree. Theres also a portable bathroom and a zip line

My kids love the small Zipline. This is an amazing park!

Good design. Short bike or walking path through the trees. Each exercise stop has a kids play item as well. Not a lot of parking and only a porta potty.

I really just go there to place Ingress.Overall its a really nice park. At night the tweakers and junkies of citrus heights move in. Only once Ive seen a crack pipe there.

Recently remodeled park that has a creek and cemented pathway throughout that connects Sayonara street and sunrise. Has a playground with swings and climbing area with slide. Also a zip line for kids. They added workout machines throughout the entire park. Water fountains and a portable bathroom. Beautiful grounds, but a lot trash.

Fun park. Great trails. In the summer the slides get extra hot since theyre so dark, but otherwise lots of fun.

Was great had zip line.

Had a great time with my grand children. Everything was clean and all equipment was in good working order.
