Oct 16, 2920: A well maintained and quiet Park. Family oriented with picnic tables and a nice playground area. Tennis Courts are in front of the parking area. A large open field awaits on the other side of a small hill. Great place to fly a kite it seems.

Nice quiet little park right in the middle of everything.

This was a favorite spot of mine for as long as I can remember. Not any more. Although the outward appearance is as good if not better than I have ever seen, the park no longer has the positive vibes that once radiated from within it.

Huge park, beautiful old growth trees and a large well manicured grass area.Cool elevation changes for tiring out yourself or your dog. Big playground and court area.A lot of bums but they seemed pretty friendly.

Water the grass. Most of it is dead. Mow it too. Why are there homeless living in the park? Is this ok now? I dont find it attractive or hygienic having people take up residence in a public park.

I used to play tennis there. I heard those courts have become pickleball courts. If so, oes anyone know if there is a drop-in program? Which days?

Huge and kept pretty clean and not covered in the garbage and things most other places have nowadays

Nice large park for an event and a good place to let your kids burn some energy

Needs mower done but good place to let kids be kids and run scooter or bike

Newly updated courts

Great spot to have a Barbecue let the kids play and have a nice volleyball game. Shade near the Barbecue s are very limited so bring an easy up or two if you have them.

Excellent park for a walk. Dog friendly. Family friendly. One of nice nicest parks in a 5 mile radius. Clean restrooms. Tennis courts. Recommend seeing a sunset. Stunning purple/Orange/Pink sunsets.

Beautiful park for getting into shape. If there was only a handicap swing for the different able children.

Awesome Little Park, Just needs a complete walking path, instead of the short path thats there, Also needs Parallel Bars.... & More lights inside the Park for the evening, its Very dark & scary at nite...

Definitely a good park! There were a few hobos camped on the side and 1 in his car! If it wasnt for the drug deal that happened 6 feet from my son and I, I would give this park 4 stars!

My lab Sterling and I love coming to San Juan park! Lots of grassy areas to run around chasing the ball! Also a great place for a picnic!♡

Very maintained place.The best times to take your dog out or just soak in the weather are 6am or 7pm the sun hits you just right at night and the smell of the fresh cut grass and the beauty of the park are enticing.Needs to be more security patrol there in the midday due to people in there cars smoking pot or drinking but those times of days i said you dont see any thats when the park is the best.

Always love relaxing in this calm and quiet space. A nice getaway right in the busy sunrise mall/birdcage area.

Its a nice park. The Citrus Heights Police Department really like to mess with people out there otherwise it would be great place to spend the day.

2 Tennis courts. Play equipment for kids, exercise equipment for adults. Lots of wide open space for running, playing fetch with dogs, & flying objects like, frisbees, boomerangs, kites, gliders, drones, Remote controlled planes & helicopters.

Update 2018Cool park. Great for outings with your family. Big open grass area in the back for soccer ( no goal post) or foodball. Walk way throughout park with multiple seating on upper half (street view and parking ) where the play structure is. If you go to the back of the park (drive down Kalamazoo Dr off of San Juan) theres more parking and good shade. Great for relaxing in the car eating some food or watching some movies. Closes at Sun down. They will kindly kick you out if you stay later. 5/5

Large park with tennis courts, small playground and a ton of running space to play sports, have bbqs/parties. Soccer fields at the other end. Bathrooms, drinking fountains. Also has minor workout equipment and a concrete walkway around the premises.

Looked like a great place for a family day but lots of dogs off leash one charged my daughter and knocked her off scooter.

Its so pretty no homeless

Could use a few more garbage cans , but still a very nice useful park

It was nice, unfortunately grass had succumb to drought, but all in all nice, kids were practicing soccer, families enjoying the new workout apparatus, and tennis courts. Negative is 0 water fountains! Bring drinks, otherwise plenty of room at this park to find your own spot or have a large gathering.

I like that they had an area for adult workout. I found it very disturbing to find a car driving through the park on the pavement and getting to the end near the bathrooms and making a u-turn on the grass. I wish I would have taken a picture of the license plate.

A kid got stuck with a used syringe in the grass during soccer practice. Not a safe, well-maintained park.
