Nice & Neat, affordable pricing , good location & parking. Polite staff. Pop corns smell & taste good. They just generally got even more movies I didn’t get to see elsewhere. Location close to Kenwood mall.

Decent movie theatre centrally located. Terrible parking so head to the back and park underneath while others jockey for a spot in front. Tickets more affordable than nearby Oakley Cineplex which has a luxury vibe that is worth the extra money. For some reason the upstairs concession stand closed at 8 on a Saturday night. Whats up with that?

Always a great experience here. One of my favorite places to go. They have so many options at their concession stands, and the staff are always so nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a locally operated hometown theatre then you should give Kenwood a try. It’s not as fancy as the large chains but we love the smaller theater size and never have a problem finding a seat. The concession bar includes adult beverages and pastries from a great bakery. Only ask is to open the upstairs concession bar when it’s crowded downstairs to reduce wait times.

Order tickets online before you go... Long lines inside! Great, fresh food options! Even a fruit and cheese pack! Baked goods, too. Parking is cramped! Staff friendly. Clean theater and restrooms.

We saw Knives out today. The theatre was comfortable. We did not get any snacks since we came directly from lunch do I cant address that. It was a little weird having the theatre on the second floor and the escalator only going up. When the movie was over the only exit for someone with mobility problems was the elevator. It was okay but I wondered about an emergency situation.

The theatre was clean and comfortable, but the projection was horrible. The light in the middle of the screen in theatre 7 gives off an unnatural purple glow. It is a very big area and its very distracting. The sound and sharpness was very good, but the color was way off.

The movie theater is okay it’s not too of the line but everyone was very helpful. They left the wrong movie times listed outside the door and confused everyone. All in all it wasn’t a bad theater.

One of my favorite theatres in Cincinnati. Its smaller and more low key. They do have wine and beer options.

The first time my husband and I went, we used the coupon out of the Bearcat Cash for “BOGO” tickets and only paid 7.50 because of the student discount. We thought this was great for two broke students to see a movie. The second time we went it was a Tuesday night and we wanted to use a coupon again. The two older ladies working the ticket booth told us it was a better deal to do the bargain Tuesday price with our coupon. I questioned that, especially when it came out to $10 instead of $7.50. They were quite rude and it didn’t seem worth the argument. We thought this was just a fluke. Then we went back tonight (Thursday) and tried to use the coupon...it was the same two older ladies. She said it was $11. I asked about the student price and she told us it couldn’t be used and continues to be rude about me asking. They act as if they can’t believe you would interrupt their night socializing. Overall, the theater is fine and the seats are fine, but the ticket ladies have been rude 2/3 times and their policies seem inconsistent. $11 is steep for one person in the condition that the theater is in with the same price at so many nearby and nicer theaters, so I’m glad we at least use a coupon. But, we’ll steer clear of this place from here on out.

Rating the theater a three on the outside they have advertisements for movies that they are not premiering. On the inside they have a small area to purchase tickets. When asking the person selling tickets about the posters outside he gave me an explanation that those posters for advertisements for other theaters. Lobby area needed some attention popcorn and trash on the floor. The actual theater itself has cloth seats not a fan of cloth seats and its been a long time since Ive been to the theater and I did not remember this

Never been there before and no likely to go back. I prefer the new recliner chairs but even with the old chairs the teater was dirty. They do not clean between the movie showings and no one directed us to which theater our movie was in. Didnt even know there was an upstairs.

The last time we had to change rooms twice before we saw the movie we went to see.

We received giftcards as a Groupon deal I believe from my parents. Partner and I decided a weekday matinee around 1040am was an awesome if not best time to go take the kids to see Frozen 2. Kids in tow, four steps ahead pulling our arms, we get a preview of what looked like a very long line for the overpriced movie buffet. Luckily we planned ahead my purse was stocked. The ticket booth was deserted and no one present to watch people go into the theater. An onlooker informed confused us that the buffet line (that was 15 parties+) was the only cash register or worker available. We waited thirty minutes in the line with impatient kids. We missed our 10:40am showing. The workers were rude- None were a bit apologetic. We didnt finish up until 230. We wont be coming back..

You know for an older theater it was a great experience. From the time we entered and bought our tickets it was very welcoming. It was clean and easy to find out way to our theater. Once we entered it was nice. Even though they had the older seats the sound was good and it provided a nostalgic feeling. The usher welcomed us and pointed out the restrooms and exits and away we went. I would totally come here again, very reasonable prices and they accepted our Groupon.

Older theatre in need of deep cleaning and replacement of uncomfortable seats.Gnats were visible,even in the dark. Picture quality was poor for an $11.00 ticket price. Will not return after new theatre opens nearby,hopefully soon.

Kenwood Theater is ok, but they need to work on theyre concession stands, they have 2 floors where you can see movies with concession stands on each floor, the second floor stand is never open and you would have to go down to the first floor concession and stand in an very long line with one or two cashiers ringing up people, 3 stars can change to 5 if they fix this issue.

Totally enjoyed the movie screening of Jumanji II. However, I was really displeased that one of the workers wiped her nose with her hand after preparing popcorn for someone. Additionally, this same worker swept up popcorn behind the corner and used her bare hands to pour the discarded snack in the garage. At NO TIME did I see this worker wash/sanitize her hands! Total disappointment!!!

We like going to this theater. It is a nice alternative to the larger auditoriums with recliner seats. This theatre is comfortable, smaller, excellent sound and screen. It feels like a modern version of the back in the day theatres. Like all theatres the concession stands are expensive. Theyd upped the ante some offering fancy desserts, wines and cheeses in addition to the expected popcorn and candies.

No complaints, friendly service, and clean facility. They do have an upstairs concession stand that I rarely see open..... Spiderman was a really good movie.

The theater itself was nice but about 30 minutes into my movie I went out to get an iced drink and the crew was cleaning the snack bar already and putting everything away. I asked if I could get an iced still and a young girl said it was shut down already. Why would you shut down concessions before the movie is over? Theyre losing money for the theater.

Went to see a movie and signed up for the movie club, you get a free small popcorn when signing up. I tried to redeem my free popcorn using my phone only to be rejected because its not printed. ...Because I have a printer at home? Its not even instructed that you need to unless you click on the link to the coupon. She couldnt even print it either... Thats highly inconvenient and Im slightly disappointed. The coupon should redeemable regardless. Kinda ruined my movie experience... this place is nice but waaaay too old fashioned.

One of the last “first come first served” seating arrangements in the city! Intimate and clean, this is a nice, central place to catch a movie.

Its small and cozy. Small screens but stay in the 2 front rows. This surround sound makes you forget youre in a small theatre. The candy price is decent. I ate before I went....it was a 2 1/2 hour movie. I would Definately go Again!

This was a very good movie theater to take my son to. I used a Groupon. We were able to go to the movies, and visit the concession stand. Still had money left over. It was clean in a nice area and they experience was wonderful.

Its a smallish movie teather that plays independent, international movies and films that have already been discontinued at other venues. The quality of the seats and the sound system could be better but I cant complain. If you want all the bells and whistles for a blockbuster you can find better options. If you are looking for non-mainstream stuff, this is a great place.

Nice theater with plenty of food and beverage options. A bonus is they accept MoviePass. The Staff does a nice job of cleaning each theater and making sure there is plenty of help up front, when it gets busy.

Varying theater screen sizes. On this day we got a small screen- for some reason the best three rows of seats all blocked with yellow tape so the view was either super super close or really far back only????!!!

I love Kenwood Theater, way better that the commercialized ones like Western Hills, Springdale or Disaster on the Levee, (hey trust me, I use to work for that joke of venue.) Kenwood despite the stadium style and boney college kids serving boos it still has the old feel of going to the movies.

Kenwood along with the Esquire are easily the best theatres in town. Better ticket prices, beer and wine, nice theatres to sit and enjoy. Cant recommend enough.

Avengers: Endgame is one of the biggest movies of the year. Pretty hard to ruin that, right? Wrong. The beginning of the movie (9:50 showing) was so quiet we couldn’t hear anything. Multiple people complained and instead of being helpful the volume was TURNED DOWN even farther until there was no sound at all.. My boyfriend tried to call and ask for the volume to be raised and after being rude in response to his simple request, they. Hung. Up. On. Him. Are you kidding me?? So about 20 minutes of silence until I guess enough people were angry they turned it up... some. But still not really loud enough and definitely not “movie theater” loud. The people behind us asked them to rewind it, but they refused. We spent the rest of the movie trying to figure out what the hell was happening because the beginning was muted. I and everyone else in that theater was excited to be there for the biggest movie of the year and our experience was beyond unacceptable. We will have to see the movie again because we missed so much dialogue. Terrible customer service and they couldn’t even provide the basics of a theater- sound! After the movie I wanted to speak to a manager but there was not a single staff member to be found. They were just gone. Ridiculous.

Great, locally owned theatre. Multiple screens - from large to small, blockbuster to art house films. Besides first run movies, they often run special showings of classic films or have film series on different themes. They also have specials on certain days of the week with discounts on tickets and/or drinks. Nothing like enjoying some cold suds or wine while watching a movie, responsibly, of course. Much prefer these guys to any giant cineplex.

Good popcorn, but the place is a little outdated. The seats aren’t very new and the screens can be small, but besides that it’s a great theater.

We went to see uncle Drew and the theatre was really small. Was expecting something different since it is Kenwood. My friend enjoyed a beer with the movie so that was a nice bonus.
