My 1st choice theatre whenever my family and I decide to go to the movies. I really enjoy using the cinemark app for deals on concessions and tickets. The recliner seats are really a great reason to choose this theatre. It is so comfortable and there is plenty of space between rows so you do not feel like you are on top of each other. It is a great place to set plans with many family members whenever you get the chance!

Watched It Chapter 2. Very comfortable reclining seats. The bathrooms were clean as well. Fresh popcorn and really good soft drinks. Really decently priced. Very happy with this experience.

The staff was very friendly and the customer service was excellent. I had a private showing and everything was spectacular from the clean theater to the restrooms. I will definitely be returning!

My friends wife rented a private showing for 20 people. Im not going to tell you the exact cost because you can always look it up but the experience was phenomenal the staff there was exceptional the place was clean and it was a very very enjoyable evening

This place rules. Tons of food, the seats are super comfy electric recliners, and Lord they have butter dispensers that you can add your own butter to your popcorn. Pizza, chicken nuggets, wings, hamburgers etc. Good stuff. Never had any problems with seating....buy reserved online before you go. Love it.

The cleanest theatre we have been too. They take the sanitizing seriously.

We come here almost weekly. Nice and comfy recliner chairs in every theater. Sound system is very nice. My only complaint is that one of the theaters has a recliner that no longer works. I was very disappointed. Yet, the staff is nice and friendly. They even dress up for movies and make your entire night an experience!

I have been here many times and it has a nice vibe. They show movies regularly, and the staff are all friendly. It does sometimes feel really dirty. The seats are very comfortable though.

The parking lot was easy to access and it seemed like anywhere you park is close to the door. The snacks were fully stocked and they even sold fleece blankets just in case! The theatre itself was very clean and tidy. The restrooms were also in good shape. Prices werent too bad, will be back!

Love their luxury reclining seats. They just had a inside renovation. It is east to get around and clean. Bathrooms are well kept. Food area also looks clean also. There is plenty of parking. Employees were very helpful.

This theater had been recently updated and greatly improved. My wife and I are thrilled that we have such a nice theater in the West side. The interior is attractive, the seats are comfy, the sound is great quality, and the projection is digital. We love this theater!

My wife and I love coming here to see the movies because of their reclining easy chairs. Also I love to sit very near the front and the seats are all reserved.

I love this theater!!! I spend all my time here. I just love the new additions they have added to the theater! The cafe and bar is always a nice touch! And they have such great Staff as well. I would not mind having to spend all day here stuck in these super comfy seats. Some of my favorite employees that I have had great interacts with and made my day were Sara, Reagan, Hailey, Katie, and Hannah. It was just so nice a refreshing to have a nice day off and see a movie. Highly recommend for anyone

This cinema has awesome reclining seats with a lot of room! My kids loved watching Frozen 2! It was my 3 year olds first movie. We will definitely be back!

A nice place to catch a movie. They have the reclining leather chairs, so its definitely comfortable. You can reserve your seats ahead of time so you dont have to worry about rushing to get there. Concessions are your typical theatre options, i wish they had better food options. Some hot items include cheese sticks, hot dogs, etc. You can get wine and beer here and bring it into the theatre. Im glad the west side has a nearby option for seeing movies.

This is my second time going to this theater. The theater is usually clean and the staff seems friendly. The seats are decent but Im not a fan of the flat level seating. Its not a bad location, just wish they would remodel. My friend had asthma and he showed them the note and they said that he had to wear the mask and then 5 min later he passed and was rushed to the hospital

Was kicked out and 30 other people chairs had white stuff on them plus it was a private veiwing party so and not all 29 was ours only 19 had previews on a 100 movie I hope this place goes under plus the manager wanted us to freeze out side

The theatre is great. Nice recliner seats. Clean. Staff is kind and helpful. Only issue is the concessions are mismanaged. They never have the back section open for quick refills during the movie. Its like they dont understand what its for. They want you to go stand in the front line and it always takes forever.

Ford v Ferrari was awesome. Their surround sound theatre with power reclining seats knly makes it that much better.

Super friendly staff. Everybody genuinely seemed happy to be working there, it was refreshing. The man who took my ticket said the movie we were going to see was amazing, and he hoped we liked it as much as he did. Ultra roomy seats that are made from leather and have power reclining functionality. Delicious popcorn (duh). Superior sound system. Ample parking.

We love going here for $5 Tuesdays. Its an older theater, but the seats have been updated to nice oversized seats. They have a free refill option and a butter station for great popcorn if you cant do without.

Western Hills Cinemark is a great place for seniors to watch a movie - especially on senior day WedsThe aisles are wide and passable; even with the comfortable reclining chairs. The refreshments are expensive but that is true at any theaterHave fun!

Worst experience in the theatre I have been faced in my life.we bought 5 popcorn combos and when we went for the refilling no one was there to refill and it is closed.How can it be closed when the shows are running and why you people should sell the popcorns if you are not giving the refill.When we asked them if we can refill it they said yes and after that when we went for refill their is no one there to refill.we don’t have any satisfaction in watching movie with this unsatisfied mood. We are very much irritated about this matter.

My only complaint about this theater, is the same as any theater...concession lines as soooo long lol. Thats par for the course though. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. We went to see Wonder Park. It was an amazing experience. The staff was friendly all around, big beautiful smiles. The seats are very clean and comfort, their ticket prices are reasonable if you go before 12. I usually pay $6 a ticket. The prices on snacks are great as well. A kids snack pack is $5.50 (includes small popcorn, small drink(icee or fountain), and fruit snacks or m&ms).

The theatre was clean and the staff was really friendly. I hadnt been there in a long time, so I was expecting the old theatre, but was extremely surprised by all of the upgrades. The seats were top-notch too.

The theatre is horribly freezing? No need for shivering an hour into the movie with long sleeves, long pants, socks and a hooded sweatshirt as a blanket. Find a happier temp and save energy. Seats and movie were great.

I love this place. Great concessions, good movie times, and comfy seats. The rewards program is so worth signing up for. It pays for itself every month in discounts. Although, when I went last week, I sat in a broken recliner and it made a lot of noise. I hate making noise in a theater, so I felt super anxious that I may have ticked someone off. And, even though they remodeled only a couple years ago, they didnt do anything to their sub-par bathrooms. But their staff are wonderful, food comes out quick, and their audio/visual is awesome.

As a patron who likes to bring in outside food, I didnt enjoy the fact that the usher made my friend take her goods from her purse back to the car. The movie was fine. Lower the prices if you want patrons to have a better experience.If I spend money on an experience I want to be able to do whatever I want. I havent been back since and dont recommend.

There was garbage all over the floor in the lobby and theater. Also the theater seats were old and torn. Too many better options in the city for this to be acceptable

This is a nice theater overall. Especially after the renovation. The only complaint I have is that the concession stand is slow. If you plan on getting popcorn I recommend showing up 10 minutes before you originally planned because thats how long youll be standing in line for food.

I havent been here in awhile, theyve done some upgrades. The seats are roomy and they recline. We went to a later showing of Upside, so it wasnt too bad crowded. Very good movie. The concession prices are still too high, but thats just a given.

The place is really showing its age even after the retrofit. If they didnt have a one and done screening of something that I wanted to see then I wouldve without hesitation went to Excape in Northgate as its newer and vastly superior in every way.

This is where we prefer to watch movies. Its not that far away and is comfortable. The seats can be like love seats and lay back. I have never had any complaints with this theater or staff. It is not cheap but common to most others in pricing. I would recommend it to anyone to watch movies here.

This used to be my favorite theater until today. I came to the 1:25 showing of Avengers: Endgame. After the movie started a couple came in with a back pack. Clearly no one working for the theatre enforced the no large bag policy. Thankfully they only had soda and snacks in the bag. Of course everyone around the had to listen to the rustling as they rummaged through the bag and opened their snacks and soda cans. Not going back to a theatre that cant or wont enforce their own safety policies.

It was nice and clean. The theater I was in didnt have stadium seating but I cant say whether other theaters here so or not. The seats were comfortable and the concessions were fresh and priced about average. Plus 6$ for an early bird ticket was nice. Bought my tickets from Fandango and had no issues getting in

The Cinemark Western Hills theater was easy to find and plenty of parking. We bought our tickets online which made checking in very easy and quick. The staff is friendly and helpful. The reclining seats are so comfy as long as you do not find yourself in a broken one. Which happened to me a couple movies ago.

We saw Dumbo at this theater yesterday. They recently updated the interior, so its very nice inside.Very polite at the ticket counter. At concessions, they were training multiple people, so it took ten minutes to get pretzel bites, a hot dog, a kids pack and a drink.The girl taking my order kept stopping to help the trainees, which would have been fine, if we werent trying to go get seated.Luckily, we only missed the first trailer.Other than that: the theater is well maintained.The reclining oversized seats are amazingly comfy, lots of leg room, clean bathrooms floors, etc.Wonderful as a date or family excursion.

You can pick your own seats. Would have goreen 5 stars if people near us want on their cell phone throughout the whole movie.

Luxury seating is blowed out ripped up recliners that sag when you sit. Flat floor seating so you have to look up the entire time. Floor covered in popcorn at a noon showing. Nobody at the concession stand. Had to go to the ticket counter to get help with drinks.
