We saw Summer Gods Tour 2019 at PNC Pavilion with Ra Ra Riot, Jimmy Eat World and Third Eye Blind. It was a great show. Terrific perfomances. We had some outstanding seats. The Pavilion is a pretty nice place for a concert.Traffic afterward is a hot mess.

Great venue that is inside of riverbend. It’s significantly smaller so you get different acts than would normally play at riverbend but the seating is arranged well so there isn’t a bad seat because it’s a small venue. The pit area in front of the seating is relatively small but great for getting up close to the show.

PNC Pavilion is one of my favorite places to see live acts in Cincinnati. The venue is big, but not so big that you can’t see the band. My girlfriend and I saw Vampire Weekend here about a month ago, and the acoustics were great in the venue. Beers are not cheap, but what do you expect at a concert. I would say Bogart’s is slightly better because it’s more up close and personal, but PNC Pavilion is a close second favorite of mine in terms of venues.

Adjacent to Riverbend, this smaller venue is an awesome place to see concerts. With a smaller pavilion and no lawn, there is not a bad seat in the house. In addition, shows here are normally priced cheaper than those at Riverbend so it really is win win! If your favorite band has a gig here, be sure to go see them.

PNC Pavilion is an okay venue. It is fairly small which gives the benefit of not feeling too far from the stage no matter where you sit, but the numbering on the walls is kind of confusing and I saw many people accidentally in the wrong seats. We saw Jon Bellion and although this has nothing to do with PNC itself it was the best concert ever. If you have a chance to see him, just do it.

We saw the Christian band needtobreathe and my friend had VIP tickets, dining, parking, restrooms, and 3rd row seats from Great American Insurance. It was a very hot evening but I was impressed by the two large, er, humongous ceiling fans that kept the breeze going all night! The only complaint was the floor was not tiered but sloped and was hard to stand on for the whole evening.

This was a decent place for a concert. It is covered but out doors. Afternoon concert was extremly hot. It was over 90 degrees and even being under cover you could still feel the heat. They did provide cups of water at no cost which was appreciated. Sound was good and place was very clean.

My mom and I saw Yanni here for the acropolis anniversary tour this summer and we had a great time. The view from our seats was wonderful. Thankfully the weather was nice and not to hot or you would bake. Big drawback are the seats which are just metal chairs and very close together as we were in the lower floor area about 13 rows back I believe. View was great . But unless u are a normal size person its not comfortable. The lighting was very good as well as the sound. The large overly sponsored monitors do make it very nice to see the performance. Maybe something to help air circulate a little more would help. Overall I enjoyed the concert and the venue. Im sure we ll go back again. But I think they could take what they have and make it better.. thank you ...

Went to see Trombone Shorty and the New Orleans Avenue bands at the Voodoo Threuaxdown. The music was too loud for my tastes but it was excellent. I highly recommend that you invest in earplugs before paying the outrageous price that they charge, $2/pair of foam earplugs. Since this was my first time there, it was easy to get in and out - pleasantly surprised. I would recommend going to this venue. I would definitely recommend Trombone Shorty.

Horrible concert venue. I saw third eye blind in Indiana initially and wanted to see them again and went to their next show at the PNC pavilion and got the pit tickets. The placement of the speakers in the pavilion are horrible. We could hardly hear the singers vocals, or guitars. The bass guitar was overpowering and we could literally hear the sound of each different bands guitarists pick hitting the strings instead of actually hearing the sound of the guitar. Pretty big letdown.

As huge pavilions go, its average. It does have a roof to protect you from rain, but if its a hot night, you will be hot. We went there to hear Yes, and it was a great show with decent accoustics. Parking appears to be free. Keep track of where you left your car.

PNC Pavilion is inside of the Riverbend Music Center. It is a bit smaller and lacks a lawn. But it has great views in every seat of the venue. Not to mention the pit tickets tend to be very affordable. And in some cases they actually put chairs in the pit for even better comfortable views of your favorite artists.

Review №56

Honestly I was amazed at how high quality this venue was. For the price I paid to get in, plus parking being included... easily the best venue Ive been to for any big shows. It does get a little stuffy in the seating area if youre not under a fan, and the constant +80% humidity weve been having lately isnt helping, but the breeze is nice when it comes. Seats themselves are EXCELLENT. Ballpark style seating, but like 3 models of ballpark seating ago kinda seats, where theres cupholders in front of you on the back of the next row, the seats themselves have room to accomodate larger and squirmy guests, and the row & numbers are actually clearly & easily visible. And the amount of restrooms there is just so good. Consessions seemed to be more than a touch pricey, I think a little more than most other places even.Overall, will definitely back next time. Coney Island being closed was a huge plus to todays experience, considering you have to drive through the middle of it to get in or out, and the parking was very easy too, but again, this venue is amazing. Design, acoustics, planning, layout. Its all beautiful.

Great concert, great sound, but Ill never get over having to pay 6 bucks for a soda. At least Im not a drinker though it was 14 dollars for a bud. They did at least hand out some coupons to try some of their craft beers for free and at a discount. I will never get over how tight the seating is I much prefer to sit in the grass across the way at riverbend i dont think i could handle an actual sold out event theres just so little room I couldnt help but feel suffocated.

Huge venue for music. Cant complain too much, but being open on the sides, the stage view is subject to external lighting and random noise from neighboring Coney Island. This is especially true for soft (not very loud) gigs that start earlier in the evening.
