Great fun! Our kids love it here. The staff is always helpful and accommodating. They are quick to answer any questions or assist, when needed. We usually pay for one or two extra attractions because our kids really enjoy the different options. I think the price is very reasonable. We have never purchased food or drink from this location so I cant speak to the quality of those

A well run, safe place to skate. Beginners to experienced skaters are all made to feel welcome. Adult skate nights from 9:30-12 are a blast (30+)

Nice place to go skating because they have more then just skating there. They have games, lazier tag, rock climbing and bumper car. They staff is really nice and helpful as well. I took my son for his bday and the DJ gave him a shout out and let him pick a song to play, he thought it was cool.

I wish i got the young mans name running the bumper cars today around 7p.m. because Im telling you what he impressed me! A young lady used some profanity and we was with our daughter whos 6th birthday was today but this young man heard it and made us feel like we were the only people that mattered! You should feel very proud all around though because your staff is top notch! I will be back for sure and that young man makes me happy about our future! Thank you for a great experience

Came here for a birthday party. Never knew this was here. They have bounce areas and room rentals available for parties. I would not recommend this place UNLESS you are here for a party as it appears a bit secluded. Not sure how much business they get, but it was ok for the kids. Theres not much area for seating. They have a few picnic tables inside where you can sit, if the area is not already is use by an unpaid party. Kinda like the open tables at Chuckie Cheese.Not sure how many kids come for open jump or if thats even an option. The entrance is not easily visible from the street as its located in the plaza.The bathrooms were in an area that doesnt appear safe for a child to go alone (unless theyre a teen). Even then, Id be wary. They offer character interaction, limited to their discretion. The party we attended was Super Hero themed and SUPERMAN appeared and stole the show!All the kids loved him and roughed housed him. He stayed professional and went right with the flow. The BIRTHDAY WAS EXTREMELY EXCITED and after watching all the interaction the parents were just as excited as the children.We really enjoyed the party. It was AWESOME!

Had not been skating for several years, I can say that I truly enjoyed myself. The music was very good and I plan to return next week.

Music alright but need a spot for kids who cant skate good. Especially for the ones who use the rack to help them stay up. The rack is a really cool idea. But to many of them and all of them go in all kinds of directions at the same time. Very dangerous for everyone on the floor. Just remember the picture to this place shows it still being under construction so I put where the new entrance is now. So it needs updated big time.

Havent been in a rink in over 20 years and I had a blast!!! Friendly staff and security. Went on a Saturday seems like the best time to go is around 7pm or after since you only get 3 hrs to skate. Kids seem to start leaving 8.

Staff at The Place is highly knowledgeable about roller skates. They are up to date on the best skating equipment on the market. Most rinks don’t have experience with anything other than entry level skates. I dealt with the owner and one of the younger managers and I was highly impressed! It is great to see a business that specializes in family function.

I used to go here as a kid, and let me tell you, it is nothing like it used to be. The skating area has an updated look. The expanded part of the building has so much stuff to do! Climbing wall, games, and laser tag. I was there for a birthday party, and there was no shortage of things for the kids to do.

Went to Cincinnati and had to change plans last minute. Our family had a blast, and everyone had a different favorite thing to do! Would definitely recommend The Place for a fun family day. It was clean and the staff was professional.

We were in town and decided to invite relatives here for my children’s birthday. They had fun my only complaint which I failed to address was that I told them to cut off allowing those who did not show up in time a band and four children came after 4:30pm against my wishes and got in which the party is over at 5:30pm. I briefly stated they were not supposed to get in but did not press the issue but it surely is a waste of my money paying for a child whom missed most of the party.

Lots to do. A kids paradise. One star off for the other customers is allPricing is very reasonable. Didnt have a b-day party but I may book one in the future.

It was ok. They were doing work on the skating rink, so that attraction was out. The only good thing is that they discounted the other attractions for just $10 for 3hrs. Its good for older kids, but not so much for smaller kids. Nothing for them to do. The games were a bit more pricy than I expected. It was like a souped up Chuck E. Cheese.

We were there for a birthday party. The kids had a lot of fun, it was a good party. My only problem was there didnt seem to be enough people working- At the counter at the entrance, the place you redeem your tickets for prizes, the skate rental and the refreshment counter. Either you had to find someone to help or wait until he/she could help you. I understand they were busy, but having to look for a person to help or having to wait 10 minutes with a 3 year old to redeem tickets for that toy he cant live without another minute is something I can live with out.

Its decent. Not a big, big floor, but okay.

Many things to do for all ages

Went a couple weeks ago was 11$ now it’s 12$ this place is a joke ! The girl Angela who doing music was very rude !! Smh please hire nice and respectful people !

Great for birthday parties or just a day out for your family. Everyone had a great time except for the skating. The shoes need a better disinfectant spray because the order was bad in them. Also, the wheels need to be clean so that the skater can have a better experience in the skating area. Food was great though! Overall, its a great place.

Very nice place we spent 3hr there.plenty of games to stay interested. And roller skate .very fun and refreshing place to be.

We had a blast! However, I tripped on the cost of myself and four lil ones which was $55 bucks entry fees. Not including food, drinks or storage of our belongings Im from another part in the Midwest, and $11 per person (adult & children) was steep considering I had to pay a grip toI would have been better off having paid for a party package of some sort, considering I needed three lockers and bought a party size pizza package also Next time, I will do the party pak if they have one

It used to be a good skating rink but they upgraded and expanded. Now it has many other attractions. It is still a great place for young children to learn to skate. They have equipment to accommodate 1St time skaters.

Awesome choice for kids birthdays in the colerain area. We took the kids for my god sons birthday party and there was something for everyone to do (which says alot for my big crew). My gamers had a great selection of games to choose from, my adventurous ones got to enjoy the rock climbing wall, my skater got to roll bounce all night and everybody loved lazer tag. They even had a big screen showing the NCAA games so all the husbands were content

Really nice set up for a roller rink, kinda hidden and ducked off. Nice place to have a kids birthday party. Really crowded, but thats to be expected with a roller rink, and not enough seating.

They need more games and better prizes for the money these kids pay to win.

It was a Wonderful Experience.And I have bought Myself a Brand New Pair of Beautiful White Skates so I can go back. I also bought My Sister a pair of Red Skates for her birthday and She Cant Wait to go back with Me.Im 57 years young and I Im giddy just thinking about going back.You know they have Dodgem Carsand Racing Cars on the machines.They also have Bowling Games for tickets. They have Really Great Food and Wonderful Desert Treats. Did I it...AHHH YEAHDo I recommend The Place...AHHH YEEAHH!!!

My daughter and her friends love going here theyve reported to me that the staff are great and they feel safe when they are there. But I think the packages and the single attraction could be a little less expensive, and they should serve free tap water for the guest, youd think you could get a cup of water for free if you pay for admission.

It’s a nice place and offer nice packages for birthday parties but it is extremely over crowded you could hardly walk through the place and so so crowded on the skating floor we had to leave .

So much has changed, it was my grandbabies birthday and I dont know what happened with the scheduling of the party but we ended up not having the birthday package for 4 kids. I just wanted to bring their cake and let them cut it at the front table we were at. Nope unless schedule a birthday party NO CAKES ALLOWED, broke their hearts. After having over 15 events here with my whole family every 2 months, we decided well go somewhere else from now on.

We had a blast! Lots of fun stuff for all the kids. Only giving 4 stars because they could do a better job with explaining how the pricing worked. Points vs attractions and that you can get something to help new skaters not fall (sorry dont remember the name) that you have to pay for at the front. Made 3 trips to keep adding instead of paying all at once when we arrived.

Its a small skating rink but a good place to have fun with the kids.

Went as a chaperone for the school. Some in the area may have felt an earthquake, since we only went skating and I fell several times! :)They had a great lesson for the kids with the history and science behind skates. Kids had a blast. Those that never skated were able to use a Walker type device to help them learn.

It was cool. Lots for kids to do. We reserved for a birthday party. Price was 200$ and we had like 15 kids.

Love the place even they got a lot of things to do and police there witch is very needed. I rate it 2 stars only because there are still a lot of teens and some small kids and some teen inside and outside that are very rude and disrespectful. I know is a work in progress if it was not for the police there I will not go.

Don’t go here in the evenings. It’s a Lady and a Sheriff at the doorway, no “Hi Welcome” they make as if your entering a jail. Teens can’t be Teens anymore, they have to have an Adult that’s 21 & up with them, to stay with them during their skating session. They are not allowed to dance & do the stomp as their skating. They play out dated music just so the kids can’t dance & have fun, and hear music that’s current. Oh..... and there are a ton of Sheriffs walking around like they are policing a jail/prison, like they are Corrections Officers. My child won’t ever be back. Stop giving your $$ to this place & others like it. They want our $$ but don’t want our kids to enjoy themselves.And it’s trash on every table... I’ve been sitting with trash on the table for the last hour...,,

This place was awesome, we went with a group of friends, for a proposal, she said YES! It was so much fun! We made some great memories, staff was helpful and very polite! Well worth the money and the hour and a half drive!

Money hungry. My kids loved it but not great value for your money. Have cops everywhere that stare at it for no reason. Not the most black friendly place. Charged for water and cups.

I grew up going to the Skating Place. Always loved it. Now that they remodeled it, it is kind of one of those i miss the old layout yet this new layout is cool feeling. The atmosphere is hit or miss depending on when you go but that is the crowd it brings, not the places fault. The workers have never been an issue. Management has been helpful when needed. Pricing isnt too bad. We went and did everything. Overall still enjoy the place!

Kids basically grew up here... wonderful ownership and great environment. The food is also very good, if you haven’t had a pretzel you should get one. Very clean place to take the kids for some local entertainment!

I personally loved the place because we had a nice host, it was clean and every staff member always tried there best to make my group laugh and have fun.

It was very fun there. They played good music( censored if needed), had good food, not to mention nice staff, and lots of space to skate. And if you dont want to skate there is also games to play and get prizes.

Mich improved! I havent been here for many years..I was delighted to see a new expansion, and well maintained parking lot and exterior. Inside was also pleasantly refreshed, clean, modern and well lit. The skates we rented were well maintained.

Awesome place for kids. We had a birthday and the kids had a blast. Birthday boy already said he wants to go back next year. Great service, lots of fun, set up for you, and cleaned up too.

Staff was nice and very helpful. Enjoyed all the activities. Was glad they had a 3 hour deal package. The games are pretty expensive for what they are. It would be nice if they were half the price. I understand why they are expensive, but for the the selection as well as the type of games 5 dollars can disapear in under 5 seconds. Every thing else was fun, lots of laughs and excitement.

Place is absolutely awesome. I gave my children a party here in February 2/2/2018. We were offered an extra hour to accommodate time spent in line. Even better we lost a pair of skates that we owned and today is 5/15/2018 And the owner went out his way to look through thousands of lost skates and four our missing pink skates. I like to add that they have an amazing $2 Tuesday night admission, food and drinks. Fun, exciting and adventurous games.

The Skating rink doesnt do a Epilepsy warning, i fear this for the kids who are triggered by this, to explain this, its calm and white, then rainbow frenzy immediately after. If triggered, i dont recommend coming here.

Kids had a great time as always. The only thing I think they need to upgrade and get more places to sit. We found ourselves walking around and trying to find somewhere to sit or lean on. I like how they made a time frame for three hours so thats the good excuses for us to leave.

This was my first time here. It was great. They have all kinds of activities for children of all ages to do. I only took my children skating but next time we are going to participate in laser tag and the arcade.

Love the new addition. Used to go when it was just the roller skating, and love everything they added. Hosted a party there, and everything ran smoothly. Staff was very helpful, no problems at all.

They never play black people songs and they don’t let you stay here by yo self like fo our parents gone come back leave us alone. Btw they only kick out black people just a heads up so if your white this is the perfect place for you and I don’t mean any harm just let yo workers know know this “owner” aka person.

Saturday night special is worth it! This place is the biggest little venue. Rock wall,aerial climb, bumper cars, laser tag, roller skate, and games for prizes...all in one!. I set up camp in a booth and my kiddos are almost always within view. I dont like that they charge for water and the soda tastes like mildew. Otherwise its good safe clean affordable fun. Kids love the pizza!

Its a great place

Great place to skate and have fun on a friday night. I also must say someone has lost there child while I was there and the manager personally walked around to help find the parent I thought that was really nice and made me feel like they cared about the safety of the children there.

The Place is a great place for kids and families. My kids (ranging in ages from 6 to 15) all had a blast!! So much to do and very affordable!

Awful awful experience. Place is dirty, staff is the worst. All their merchandise is off brand and overpriced! Husky, burly lady at door scares customers away by changing rules depending on customer shes talking to. Its hard to get past her! No snacks, and u better not have or bring more than 4 kids with u...you wont be getting past her. I think its a form of discrimination....

I love this place. I used to go there as a kid and always had a good time. I just took my family this weekend and it still rocks. They had a blast!! Also they have changed a lot for the better. They almost completely remodeled the place and it looks great! Highly recommend this place for some good ol fashion family fun!

This was so much fun!! There is a minimum you must spend on the weekends. Not sure about the week days. But so much to do and fun!!

A lot of fun and a lot 2 do there now employees are nice and helpful and excellent with kids. Would reccomended giving this place a try entrance is a little hard 2 find its in the back but once inside its a blast. Wish I could remember the guys name that helped my son on the wall climb very nice and excellent with kids.

Too many children running around unsupervised

It is a great place for the family, but in the skating rink, it is all ages. This means the there are a lot of younger kids to watch out for, and it is very crowded. Other than that, it was fine.

The only bad thing was the music they kept playing trash music and the same songs over and over again
