With Corona being so big and taking so many lives right now Hamilton County is in a level red so I bring my daughter here for her birthday I have counted already 20 adults that do not have on a mask and its okay but theres a sign on the door that says You must have a mask and they dont me and my kids decided to leave after I pay $30 for them to jump I just didnt feel safe

I was told that I could cancel without any fees or further deductions from my credit card! Ive reached out to multiple people about this issue and him being blown off. I need some resolution. I am tough on giving stars but this was a good place to go with the kids. Go early because once the crowd kicks in, its not as much fun (fear starts to bother me with too many people) Friendly staff and great exercise!

This place is amazing and they let you do almost any tricks I recommend it for people learning basic tricks on a trampoline and for first time beginners on a trampoline theres an airbag you can jump into

Great place. Very clean and well illuminated. Plenty of areas for the kids to play and comfy seating for the parents. There is a kids American Ninja style area with challenging obstacles for the kids.

All 3 of kids love this place. Clean and the staff is watching to make sure others are following the rules too.

It’s a place to let the kids wear themselves out. I feel its a little pricey. Snack bar onsite. Lowering my original review. There are three basketball trampolines but only one ball, it’s been like that for a couple of weeks now. Their staff says they don’t know where the other balls are. Another attraction has been closed for three weeks. These guys are making money at $16.00 a head so why can’t they fix what’s broken? I spent $ 70.00 on two 30 day passes, wish I’d kept my money.

If I could ZERO stars I would. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR CHILDREN! I took my son here for the first and last time Saturday, April 6th for a birthday. We were the first visitors of the day and the place was practically empty. My son had gone through the ninja course several times and on towards the end of the party he went through one last time while I was in the party room. I saw him approach the desk outside the party room and noticed he was visibly upset. I asked if he was hurt and he said yes and told me the attendant at the ninja course saw him get hurt and sent him to the desk for first aid. HIS ARM WAS BLEEDING AND HE HAD BEEN CUT BY A WOODEN STRUCTURE THAT HAD NOT BEEN SECURED TO THE FLOOR. UNDERNEATH THE STRUCTURE THERE WERE JAGGED METAL PIECES. ONE OF WHICH SLICED HIS ARM. I spoke to a manager on duty who informed me their safety protocols werent followed. I spoke to the another manager via phone who offered me free passes. As if I would EVER trust them with my childs safety again. My son NEVER wants to return. I also asked for follow up from the manager and have yet to hear form anyone. If I find other instances of negligence and pending lawsuits I will pursue legal action to stop this company from feeling as though they can profit at the expense of our childrens safety. My son now has a 6 inch scar on his arm. SHAME ON YOU!!!

My children had a great time, i did notice that at times certain areas were not attended to which made for a lot of kids and raised safety concerns.

I loved the place but me and my brother got a slushy and they didn’t give us our money back. I gave the man four dollars and I got no money back, and my brother gave him five dollars and he only got one dollar back and the slushes were only $3.20.

Kids always have a great time we go at least twice a week. Place is clean, BUT every time we are there we try to get food, which is right there on their menu, we are ALWAYS told that they ran out of every single menu item listed or the kitchen is closed you can only get drinks. Not sure how true that is but its EVERY time were there. Not sure if Employees just dont want to work and do their jobs because they would rather stand around talking to each other. Need older people there at all times to oversee and some of them need to lose their attitudes.You need to work on getting concessions together

Run by children. Everyone is miserable to work there and doesnt know how to do their job. The kids are rude and their parents dont watch them. Kids still had fun but this is way overpriced and the pizza is gross. Not worth three dollars!

Weve frequently been to this place since it opened and have had and attended multiple birthday parties there and everything was fine and as expected. However, on November 16th we had a party there and it was a horrible experience from start to finish. When we arrived there was one person working the front desk trying to organize parties and deal with walk in customers. To go along with that, only one of the 3 computers that you use to fill out waivers was working so kids had to wait to play since there was a bottleneck at the computers. Inside the park was just as bad. Weve been there before and had people working the different attractions that paid attention to the rules but there was one person out there that just stood by the obstacle course. Everyone other attraction was unsupervised by Rocking Jump staff. About a half hour after our party started the rock wall opened. Once it came time for out party room we were informed that they forgot to make our pizzas so we had to wait for those as well. Once we got the pizza and cake underway we looked in the drawers and there were plenty of knives and spoons but no forks. Once the party wound down I asked to talk to a manager and I was told by the shift supervisor and the party coordinator that managers dont work weekends. This place has gone from a great place to take the kids and have fun to a dump that is being run into the ground by supervisors who dont care and managers who dont show up. When I mentioned the lack of forks in the drawer I was told that spoons are just fine, which they are but it demonstrates their lack of caring. As we were leaving our room the party coordinator was putting forks in the drawer with her bare hands right after working the front desk. I told her that was disgusting and she should be wearing gloves since people eat with those utensils. I left my name and phone number for the manager to call me and a week later I still havent gotten a call.

Customer service was terrible not too much to do except for a few trampolines and a foam pit with 1 obstacle course overall it was fun but it was overly expensive

We Had My Nieces 4th Birthday Here Today. We Got The Original Pack For The Party Room. Our Party Host Was So Mean And Had A Attitude With Us The Whole Time And We Had To Continuously Ask Her For Our Food And Drinks We Ordered Because It Took Them Forever To Bring It Out To Us. Our Host Didn’t Check Up On Us, Let Us Know How Anything Worked Because This Was Our First Time Being Here Or Anything ! She Was So Rude. I’ll Never Go Back.

Fun for kids of all ages

Had a terrible experience during toddler only jump time. My daughter was badly injured and staff offered no assistance. I carried her out myself and drove her to the hospital where her leg was x-rayed and proven to be broken. The staff never offered to help get her medical attention nor have they followed through to see the extent of her injury and how she is recovering. Very dangerous for young toddlers. Do not go here. It was my first time and I was misled that it would be safe. I will not be returning.

Terrible experience. Even worse customer service. We arrived and 7:30pm to find out they were at capacity and weren’t taking more people until 8pm. This was not the issue. We bought a Groupon before arriving and were told we couldn’t use it. I’m still unclear why. “The computer won’t let me.” So we had to pay full price for jump time AFTER I already paid for jump time via Groupon. Then stood in line for 45 minutes while the employees let people cut in line in front of us, making us wait even longer. My son finally got to jump at 8:20pm. We had to pay for 2 hours because “this was the only one they were selling” but they closed at 10pm, so he won’t get to jump for the full time. There was also the attitude of the employees and the fact they clearly didn’t care to make their customers happy. I absolutely would NOT recommend. We don’t even want to come back to use the Groupon I originally bought.

The manager is exceptional. He was so kind to me and my children. He remembered us when we returned. I had and always have a great time there!

On our way we called about three times finally got an answerand asked if they had food..they said yes...once we arrived there they had bags of chips and a few candy bars .the fountain my dew was out of syrup.we saw employees getting takeout so we ordered a pizza ..we were told we couldnt eat it there. We went for toddler time, and it was the right amount of time to wear the kids out. The price was reasonable for 3 kids and the socks with grips at 26 dollars. The staff was friendly and it was clean too.

This was a great place to let the kids burn some energy on a cold day! They loved it! I would have given it 5 stars, but each time I went up to the concession stand I had to wait quite a while even though there was no line. Several employees saw me waiting there both times, but never did anything. I think there was one poor guy running the kitchen and the cash register on his own.

10 dollars for 1/2 hour. It wears the kids out in less than that. Make sure you do the online waiver to save on time. Bring your jump socks back each time to save money. Very clean and nice staff.

You pay for playtime in timed intervals, like 60 minutes or 90 minutes, so not necessarily an all day trip. They do offer birthday parties. The language for the waiver was not properly listed online. Be sure to read it in person.

Awesome experience for my 4 kids ages 2 to 13. Everything was clean, great parking, ninja course, basketball, soft dodgeball area, rock wall, lockers, snack bar, 6 and under only jump area, something for everyone! We bought a groupon which made it affordable! Reccomend!

I just had my daughters 4th birthday party here 10/26/19 & the place was great all the kids had so much fun, but having a party here was not. We only seen the party host one time & that’s when she gave us our bracelets & socks for the kids. She told us it would be another 5mins before the party room was set up. I got there at 3:57 the party started at 4 but I had to stand in line forever. The party host never came back & told us the room was ready so we all just went in there after 5-10mins of waiting. The kids jumped for an hour & I noticed that the party host never came & got us to go back to the room for the party or asked us if we needed any food or drinks. At about 5:05 I went to stand in line at the food stand to get pizzas & drinks, we ordered & thought they would at least bring us the drinks while we waited for the food. Nope about 20-25mins went by & nothing the kids were thirsty so I got back in line to ask if we could at least get the drinks the lady told me the party host is suppose to bring them to the room. 10-15mins later we found the party host & told her & she said the lady at the food stand is suppose to bring everything to us, the lady at the food stand was so busy she had a long line so she couldn’t possibly do it. The party host eventually brought us our pizza & drinks at 5:46 the party is suppose to be over at 6:00. After realizing nobody cared about us being there at all we just did our own thing. We left at about 7:30. Don’t book a birthday party here or at least not on the weekends. I’ll come back to let my daughter jump & play & to have a little snack but never another party.

A bit more expensive than the other jumping place we would go to. My daughter and I still enjoyed the place. The workers should be a bit more mindful of their surroundings though. Every worker there is a teenager so I cant expect much but hopefully they get better. It is still fairly new. Overall we enjoyed they place. Would give more stars if it wasnt so expensive and if we hadnt been ignored when trying to do the rock climbing.

One of your areas were broke and they still had tons of kids on it with no staff watching. No huge clocks to tell you how long youve been there. No rules enforced or explained. Rude guests. Concession was disgusting. The guy at concession tried to keep my change, he was scowling the whole time, three my straw at me and handed me none of my food, didnt even tell the guy in back that I ordered a hotdog (the guy in back saw me and asked what I ordered), and he just moved on to the next person while leaving me standing there. Fire him. The locker didnt work. The whole place was dirty but half the tables at concession were empty but dirty(like pitchers and plates still at the table). A whole mess and waste of my money. Never going back.

Weve had a few of our daughters birthday parties here since we learned of it...and its always a big hit! Between all of the things that they can do, you also receive assistance from the staff to get everyone served quickly come party time!

Very clean well run place. Staff was wonderful and made our groups night. Parties seem a bit costly, but we did our own and had a great time. Pizza, was a lower end budget pizza, but we all really liked it. Would definitely go back

Each location is a franchise(disclaimer) Paid $300 for my girls soccer team Christmas party. They are 9 -11 thus they had a great time. However I have been to other locations and each was a better experience. MY initial communication was a debacle. The mgr stepped in to work towards a happy ending.

Great place definitely will return many times over.Lots to do. Ninja Course. Josting. Basketball. Dodgeball.One of my favorite things is the Parents Lounge with 5 TVs.Small Cafe for refreshments was nice.The Climbing Wall being included was a big plus too.Highly recommend.$16 per hour, so its not exactly cheap.

Rock climb was closed and you now have to be 54 inches for the foam. They also eliminated the half hour option. We won’t be back. Not worth $16. It was better when it was first opened.

All of the staff seem very helpful and courteous initially. The 2nd hour of the birthday party I felt rushed out of the party room because they had another party waiting but we still have another 30 minutes. The kids had a great time and the pizza was satisfactory

We came here on a sunday from 6 to 8 about a month ago and it was great staff was good and the food was good. I came today from 4 to 6 for my daughters birthday not a party just to do something for her birthday. They didnt answer the phone when we tried to call about hours, half the attractions arent open the ones with the inflatables. I tried to order a pizza at 5:30 pm you know a reasonable dinner time. They said they werent serving food at this time because they were closing the kitchen in 10 minutes. Probably because only 2 out of the 8 to 10 employees here arent working theyre playing and huddling in groups to talk and goof off i could barely get someones attention to get me change so my kids could at least eat icecream from the vending machine and they didnt even have enough singles. I could barely get someone to unlock my locker that jammed. And it has been an awful experience but they do make sure to kick you out 5 minutes til your band time is up. They cant wait to get people out of here. Its a real shame because the last time i was here it was a great experience and you know i was here later and ordered a pizza at 7 and they close at 8. I might give them one more chance cause the first time was pleasant but if its even half as bad as today was after dropping over 100 dollars on myself and my 2 children i promise i will never return. Check your employees they are lazy, childish, rude, and have no customer service skills. Hope you all look into this. I was going to pay for another hour but now were going to chuck e cheese so we can be fed.

This is a great place to let your child or children burn off energy! Theres basketball, an obstacle course, and of course trampolines. The staff was courteous and attentive. I plan on taking my little one back soon.

We tried to go here yesterday morning, but stood around for 30 minutes waiting for them to open... Eventually we gave up and left. I drove 20 minutes with a two and a half year old and 6 week old to try this place after having it recomended, but I wont be trying again. Extremely dsappointed with this waste of my time.

Had our 6 year olds birthday here and we had a blast. Staff was good with watching out for little ones at the party, and the owner i believe came over to make sure we were enjoying it. The play areas were clean, new, and safe. Kids had a blast and definitely plan on returning for future visits for our kids to have fun at.

This was my kids and I’s First time here, and we had a blast! It’s pricey but for the time of play and all the things you can do it was well worth it! We had a great experience, except for a rude employee. He was working one of the obstacles and was on his phone. Said some rude comments to not only my children but others as well. My son seen him push a child. He seemed like he hated being there and to be working around or with children this is unexceptionable! I told management and they were extremely sorry! I appreciate that and it seemed as if something will be done! Which again I appreciate! We won’t let this stop us from returning, just would like you to be aware of how some employees attitudes are!

Fun place 4 the little ones

In addition to the trampoline courts, there was a rock climbing wall, a ninja obstacle course, multiple dodge ball courts, and one of those courts where two people try to knock each other off a padded balance beam using foam lances. There was a good court, clean restrooms and water fountains, and for the weary grown ups there were massage recliners (you have to pay extra for the massage chair, but sometimes its worth it). Plenty of room for birthday parties or just letting the kids get their energy out during open jump.

This place is very entertaining for young people have quite a few bouncy things trampolines a place to have snacks and enjoy yourself as a family a very clean place including the restrooms

Spent over $100 on 4 people here which isnt bad. I was expecting more stuff to do? I could have spent $10 a person at jump run and play and had more activities. The customer service was fantastic which is the only real reason Im giving it 3 stars.

We have been to this trampoline park twice in the past few months. They have toddler time in the morning during the week. Our two year old has had a blast both times. There are a variety of different activities for kids of most ages.

I had purchased gift cards for my grandkids for Christmas. We went last week and it was a bad experience from the beginning. We filled out the waiver and went to the register. I told the guy that we wanted the 90 minute playtime which was $19 per person. I was told they were having a special that the kids could play for 2 hours for the same price. So we thought we were getting a deal , but when he rang it up I was charged for the 2 hour rate. I told about this and he said it was the special rate. After several minutes of trying to make him understand it was not a special rate if I had to pay for the extra time, he changed it to the 90 minute rate. When I proceeded to pay him, I gave him the $35 coupon card I was given when I purchased the gift cards which clearly said it was worth $35 , he took off $5 and proceeded to charge me the rest. So we then had words about the cost again. The manage stepped in and corrected the error. Finally they get to go jump and I was hoping that things were getting better. The kids work their way to the back area and keep coming to tell me that they arent allowed to do flips. I go back to watch to see see what is going on. I read the rules to see what they are allowed to do and what they are not allowed to do. Double flips are stated in the rules as a no-no, but nothing else about flips are listed. I told my grandson to do a flip to see what was being said. The girl in charge told him he wasnt allowed to do flips, so I asked her about it. She said she was told they could not longer do flips. I pointed out to her what the rules said and was told the signage was outdated and was going to be changed in the future. I told her that I would like to speak to the manager about this. We went to the front to speak to a manager ,but he was too busy to speak to me. The kid at the register said the manager said they werent allowed to do backflips, forward flips were allowed. He went back to tell the girl this info. At the food counter, we had to wait and wait for someone to take our order. When we did get our drinks, mine was omitted. Had to remind the girl to get it. I ordered 3 drinks. Then I asked if we could use the gift card to pay for them or did I need to pay for them, no one knew and we had to wait for her to ask. We have been there before and never had problems like this.

I spent $64 for two children to jump and play for two hours. Between it being way too expensive and the rude teenagers working there we wont be back. Similar facilities arent as expensive.

We had my grandsons 6th birthday party there Saturday November 4th. Our early afternoon time was perfect. The facility was not overly crowded, and the kids had a great time. This is the ideal place for a group of various ages. The 3 year old girl could do as much as the 11 year old girls, as could the 6, 7, and 8 year old boys. The climbing wall was well supervised and the children were safely harnessed. They played basketball, jumped on bouncing surfaces and even could flip into a foam pit. Some adults even happily joined in. The pizza was great, our party helper was very attentive and the whole place is clean, bright and welcoming. We will definitely be back. It is SO great to have a place like this on the west side.

Great place to take the kids, depending on your party host. Not a good place to work as a student. Scheduling is a huge issue. 20 minutes to leave school and clock in for your shift isnt enough time. You can try for weekends only but they will still schedule you through the week. There are just too many other places for young students to work with flexibility than to deal with this headache.

I brought my two boys up yesterday night they had a blast it wasn’t over crowed and one of the employees looked like kid and play was very helpful he talked to the boys and played basketball with them they are still talking about him even the next day everyone was nice and helpful will definitely return

Plenty of things to do. My girls jumped for two hours and they loved the Ninjia course. My onlyComplaint was that it was rather warm inside and I wasn’t even jumping just sitting.

Rockin tots is great! Not to busy and just kids 6 and under. Great way to run off some of the morning energy.
