Such a fun place! We brought our six kids, ranging from 1 to 16, along with a couple of teenage cousins and everyone had a blast. The weekday family special was quite the deal. All of the kids went back and forth between bowling, laser tag and the trampoline. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the food service to the front counter. The place was super clean and very well maintained compared to a few similar places we’ve been to in the past. Can’t wait to go again, maybe even without the kids so my wife and I can play!

Our first time there, went for my grandsons birthday. The kids had a lot of fun. Wasnt very busy for a Saturday. Staff very friendly and helpful. Arcade games are over priced, worse than D&B. Kids loved the Virtual Reality games. Will go again.

Best place to have a party. Celebrated suprise 40th B day party for my wife and staff and management were very very helpful in decorating the party room, setting up tables and keeping the surprise. It was pretty hi-tech that staff used radios to communicate that my wife was walking to party room for people to surprise her. Very accomodative staff and management.

I had a very positive experience at this location. Very clean. My 2 children really enjoyed themselves. I think I will go back next time for some adults only fun. The ax throwing g looks like a lot of fun.

Went on a Sunday shortly after opening. The opening staff didn’t seem to enthusiastic. We asked to play laser tag and it took a really long time for someone to come back and set it up for us. Once she set it up, she left. Didn’t supervise the game or stick around to see if we wanted to play again or anything. Very unprofessional. By around 1:00, they finally got a permanent guy to run laser tag. This guy was a blast! He has some fun interactions in our games and even gave us options for other games than traditional laser tag, such as Zombie mode! Great laser tag course. One of the best I have ever been to. Lots of places to hide, cool lighting, and even hidden power-ups!

We had our company year end event at this place. Overall, it was a nice experience. It is quite spacious facility with various activities including, Bowling, Axe throwing, arcade of games and many others. Axe throwing was quite cool and much fun with colleagues. Since it was company paid, not sure about the prices. I gave it 4 stars due to the lack of availability of the bowing balls (especially lower weight range with good size for gripping) compared to other bowing lanes.

The venue was okay. It seems like its trying to accommodate too many entertainment activities at once. The food tasted like they took bagged salad and frozen pizza from Kroger and served it as their own. The employees seem to lack direction and motivation. I dont expect this place to last the next couple years.

The Lady At The Bar Is Disgustingly Rude And Full Of Herself. Due To Her Attitude Alone I Will Definitely Never Recommend This Place To Anyone And Refuse To Ever Participate In Anything Held At This Establishment . I Dont Recommend Ordering Their Food Overpriced And Not Good Better To Eat Before You Go . Honestly Just Save Your Money And Go Somewhere Else Half The Price Same Fun If Not More .

Very overpriced for what’s there. Also only like 3 people were wearing masks. Is no one aware we are supposed to be social distancing and wearing masks???? The stuff for VR and laser tag were not even being sanitized after use.

I was there with my niece today and there happened to be an employee smoking The bathroom up . Luckily my niece wasn’t in the bathroom during the time she’s very asthmatic. I called to speak to a manager and a manger name Justin I think had answered and was very rude telling me I some other person when I was trying to explain to him what the issue was and how serious the matter is. I will never be back here with my niece, it’s an asthma attack waiting to happen.

We had our company Christmas party here. It was a lot of fun for the kids and adults. Pizza was pretty good. Staff took good care of us.

Had a great experience all around here. I booked a group event with bowling, food, laser tag, Axe Throwing and a game card. Everyone had an amazing time from the bowling to the end. We stayed much longer than expected because we were having so much fun! The customer service was on point. They are were always willing to help and patient to all our needs. I would definitely recommend this for group events.

Five start fun but understaffed for a Saturday night, the employees there were working extremely hard but they couldve used some more help. That being said Im a big kid and I had a blast with my mini me.

My husband and kids went in this evening around 6:30 they played until about 10:00 and went to cash out to get their prizes. There was 3 kids in front of them who cashed out and once my kids got up they told them they couldn’t cash them out because “the system was down” my husband asked for a manager who then came over and became rude and belligerent. My KIDS were told they couldn’t have their tickets nor chips and they would have to leave immediately. After spending close to $300 tonight and to have children treated like this I would not recommend.

We went in pretty randomly in the morning and wanted to check the place out and we ended up going Axe Throwing!The place was crystal clean, the prices were reasonable, and the staff was super helpful and charismatic.We will definitely be going back at some point.We do wish there was a bigger sign by the street because we just happened to see it and almost missed it. (It’s behind the Home Depot where the K-Mart used to be for reference)

They were completely understaffed, making the wait incredibly long for just about everything, when the place was almost empty. They also advertised on the sign that you could use arcade credits for things like laser tag and VR; however, the woman working the counter refused to let us do that, we didnt even want to really play the arcade games but we purchased a card to load with credits for the other things only to be rudely refused even after we showed them the sign which I have attached a picture of. I would not recommend this place to anyone due to blatant false advertising and rude slow service.

We had a family of 12 that came for some fun. Ranging in ages 3-65. For the most part we had a great time. The adults did axe throwing and the kids did the trampolines for the first hour. The axe throwing was fun but our board was well worn out and really hard to get an ax to stick. It would have been nice to have a newer board but we still had a good time.The 2nd hour we did bowling. I dont think the bowling lanes have ever had oil put on them...LOL. Im the only one in the family that actually uses spin on the ball and it was impossible to keep the ball on the lane. If you bowl a straight ball youre perfectly fine.The third hour we played the arcade games. Overall the games were running and fun. If you have kids under 6, there arent many games they can play.The biggest complaint for us was the food service. There is no wait staff in the bowling area and they only had one person working the bar that was handling all the food orders. It took forever each time we went to order food and there were many customers that had the same experience we did. The food was fine but nothing special, and knowing the venue I wasnt necessarily expecting great food.Overall the family had a good experience. The staff at the main desk were all great and helpful. The food service and customer experience were really lacking however.

We went ax throwing. The targets were so over used, the ax had no wood to stick to. They had booked someone else over our reservation, so we had a long wait. The food was awful (Kraft Mac and cheese), they had 1 red wine which was chilled to ice cold. If that wasnt enough, the bartender told me I had a lot of grey hair, but dont need to dye it yet. -- Can I leave a negative star?Spoke to owner, and he acknowledged everything in my review. He said he had gotten same feedback from other people. As for his statement that they dont even sell Mac n cheese, they just stopped last week, and it is still on their web menu.

Very disorganized staff. No order to birthday parties, kids are set free to run wild (and they do) Bowling pins get stuck frequently and staff is in no rush to fix, which eats into bowling time. Main Event and Scene 75 both provide a better experience and a similar price.

We just experienced Omni Funplex for the 1st time. I had know idea what to expect. The place is new to town. It was clean the staff were friendly and took extra time to explain everything they had to offer ... We bowled .. ate dinner and had a few drinks we also ended up trying Axe throwing for the first time.. It was a blast! Justin the AxePert was great ... Good date night spot.

Always a great time. Great family place or date night. The food is delicious!! Kudos to the cook today! A little pricy but well worth it, nice portions.

We have gone here a couple times now and although most of their games have glitches and/or dont really work, their customer service is phenomenal.

Bought the summer pass kids enjoyed it.Kitchen was closed so the only thing we could get was drinks no one was at the bar when we needed refills. I hear that the kitchen is never open on the weekdays now Pretty sure the place will not be open much longer. very disappointed i had to leave to get my kids food but they want you to eat in your car because they do not allow outside food but ALSO DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO BUY THEIR FOOD! I will be contacting the better business bureau. I do not usually complain. But this is very upsetting

Went for a company event. Being new to the area we were blown away by what all they had to offer. In addition to the banquet and drinks they have Trampoline, Bowling, Laser Tag & Arcade. Definitely our new go spot !

I had purchased a Groupon {60-Minute Axe-Throwing Session for Four} thinking this would be a great time for my family with adult kids as they came in from out of state over the holidays. I had been axe throwing with my work at a different location and had a wonderful time but that was far from our experience @ Omni Funplex. I called to set up a time and was told they dont reserve slots for Axe-Throwing it was a first come first serve when I asked how busy there usually are during the evening, I was told it just depends. So I thought it would be best to arrive early to beat the rush. We arrived on the Friday after New Years Day around 6:00 PM and completed our waiver then was passed on to an employee who was very happy to be working there- no personal interaction or friendly exchanges. As we walked to the bays I suddenly felt disappointed seeing (4) very short bays that were poorly cared for. The chain-link fence restricted the area and the targets were worn out and (2) needed to have the wood replace. The young guy quickly showed us how to throw each way and then said you have 1 hours. When I proceeded to ask about any target games (like I had played at the other location) he said yeah, you can keep score on the white boards. I quickly noticed all the markers were NOT working and then wood needed to be watered down to ease the axe to allow it to stick. As others started to arrive they moved us to another target and we noticed those were in worse shape so there was another employee who seem to know a little more went about to change & replace the wood right then which cut into our 60 minutes. I never made it know HOW UPSET I was to any employee since I didnt want to upset my family but I was burning up inside. Who would have thought being a FRIDAY NIGHT that their staff wouldnt have done a walk through and notice that those bays should have been replaced prior to it getting busy in the evening. Overall we probably only threw for 30 minutes from changing and waiting- it was enough since it wasnt very impressive being so short and poor condition. We should have just asked for a refund, but knowing I purchased it through Groupon it probably wouldnt been considered. I would not recommend this location for this time of event - perhaps the other things they offer are different. But if you want an evening of fun for adult axe throwing - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!.

Its a very nice place to go to so the children can injoy a fan place call them up to get more details on all that they have for your money . All I can say is, its a great place to go for them to have fun and were there self out so you can get to rest later that evening.. Its cheap enough to go twice a week every week.

You have tables with menus on it implying food service at the tables. I had to go up to the bar to order the food. Ordered 3 waters for a dollar each and expected to recieve bottle water but it was tap water from the soda gun . My app came out and the cook called me to the bar instead of bringing it to the table, served me without napkins. Bartender never checked on me.Pizza came out and it is definitely overpriced bland frozen pizza. One of my kids refused to eat it. He didnt bring out paper plates or napkins and again I had to go up to the bar. The bartender said they would bring them out. I sat at the table for another 6 or 7 mins. Then went back to the bar where the bartender said (spmeones nane) didnt bring them out to you?No because I place my order with you and tipped you at the bar! Dont blame other staff for your lack of attention to a customer.Games lazer tag were fine but I will be sticking to main event unless I catch a groupon and eat prior.

Not quite ready for primetime. This center in the middle of a parking lot, looks pretty lonely from the outside. Once inside it looks like a fun place. They waiver kiosks were not working while we were there. It took 15 minutes for us to be checked in for our axe throwing session. Once checked in, we got a drink from the bar and headed over to throw axes.The instructor basically handed us the axes, heard that I had thrown axes before and left us alone. The boards were too hard, or the axes not sharp. Prior to this stop, I had been throwing axes weekly for the previous 8 weeks at a different venue, so I know it wasnt just me. We paid for an hour, left after 20 minutes and went to Full Throttle down the road and had a much better experience.Bowling, or jumping or lasertag might be excellent at this place, we went to throw axes.... if you want to throw axes, Id recommend Full Throttle or Urban Axes.

I had a birthday party today and the experience was horrible, the pasty host we had wasnt really a host I did most of the work. When we went to the laser tag we had to wait 5 minutes and another party host brought a another party in before us and they claimed it was her first day of work, they rush you to hurry up and finish your food so they can set up for the next party. The people that work there are not friendly and helpful, you stand at the bar for 10 minutes before someone even acknowledges you and they help everyone else but you. Our experience was so bad we had to get something refunded back for it, dont waste your time money here. We will not be back

Its a fun little place and I love that it is so close to home! This is our second visit in the last couple months. With my family, we easily drop $150 each time we come tho. So its not a cheap place to go. It could be depending on how many kids you have, but we have come here twice for birthdays and the kids have had a great time. We have not purchased the birthday packages, only the unlimited jump packages, just to be clear! We will definitely come back as it is super convenient! Have not eaten he as the menu is pretty pricey.

Company party. Place was filty, staff had no clue that people were coming or even how to handle a group of our size, the drinks were WAY watered down, and the food was garbage. Never again. Zero stars.

Could have potential, seems like a good place for families. However, there are many teenagers working there. Some seemed to not be working at all. My partner and I bought the VR experience and the employee was having a personal cell phone call while setting it up, and did it wrong. One of the screens constantly flashed off and my partners headset what is left hooked to a bungee that should have been unhooked so he couldnt even move in the VR area. When our time was up and we mentioned this, she just Shrugged and said, oh well, Im sorry (like she would pass our opinion on). Im not sure she even really heard what we had said because she was paying more attention to the conversation she was still having on her phone. It was a Saturday evening and the place seemed pretty dead... I dont expect it will be open very long if someone doesnt step in and get the gears rolling. On the upside, its nice to have a new business in the neighborhood. Maybe after theyre open a little bit longer they will work out some Kinks.

Cool new place in Fairfield. We had a great time Are throwing and Bowling.

Weve gone a few times since they opened last year and always have been impressed with the cleanliness of the business and friendly service. The drink and food specials along with playtime deals make this very cost competitive with a national chain offering similar entertainment. Last week we tried the wings and spinach & artichoke dip and both were excellent. I hope word spreads about this place they clearly invested a lot of time and money making it very nice!

Nice place and kid friendly! They were not staffed appropriately to handle drink and food orders. They had one person staffed at the bar who was responsible for taking food and drink orders, bartending and bringing out the food. This is unacceptable on any Saturday night especially during the Holidays when kids are out of school and visitors are in town.

Great place went for husbands work Christmas party! Kids loved it games, trampolines with dodge ball and dunking area, laser tag and VR game. Food was yummy too! And it has bowling lanes also!!

The virtual reality is amazing I wish it lasted longer! Theres Lazer tag with two levels, bowling and a bar with INSANE happy hr soecials and the trampolines are monitored while there are kids on. Great place.

Not a good experience. Bowling was fun but service was extremely slow! Bartender only knew how to make one drink then she couldn’t find anything on the ordering screens. She complained about other customers right in front of us. I’m pretty sure she was bartending AND cooking the food. Because when orders were placed, she was nowhere to be found to order drinks. No one ever checked in, the two girls at the front desk sat there the whole time even noticing that people were waiting at the bar. Terrible customer service.

I week makes. The Omni burger colossal burger that i received last week for $10.99 which is overpriced anywhere was excellent enough for me to have ordered it again. Perfectly cooked double burger on a amazing brioche bun.This week the burger was as juicy as jerky or shoe leather and the brioche bun was more like a brick bun. The double colossal burger was now a single patty for the same $10.99 price, what a rip. Still managed to spend over $80.00 but never again.Hey did you guys ever get virtual golf. Everyone in Fairfield plays golf.

Normally when I go to the bathroom I expect a quiet, clean, family oriented restroom. But when me, my girlfriend, and her boyfriend and their kid showed up, I was digusted. There was a hole drilled into the stall wall that I was using leaving a very big gap in my privacy. I was also in the stall from the fast, American food that I had eaten at the bar and grill. It taste good and came out very fast. Food is good, maybe could use some repairs and some updates. Would consider going again
