Scary experience. Okay charges but I think 15 dollars for one open studio day is harsh for an artist. They are a decent business. I understand because it would be hard to keep such an art centered business. To be honest, I liked the other customers more than the employees.

Chico Ceramic Center has made being a potter in Chico so much more enjoyable! Supplies, materials, classes, workspace, and firings right in town. No more waiting for and paying for shipping. Thank you Angie for creating a workspace filled with like-minded artists to encourage each other.

I TRAVEL 2 hours to come here! I could go to Sacramento but I like keeping my business in my hometown Chico and in support of Chico Ceramics Center. Best help, wonderful space for artists to work, friendly atmosphere, wonderful people, beautiful pottery for sale, great prices and a good selection of supplies. THANK YOU CHICO CERAMICS CENTER!

Angie, the lady whom runs the studio and gallery/store up front, is polite and knowledgeable. When she found out she was out of elephant ear sponges in the shop she GAVE me one of her personal sponges until she could order more!
