I only get my piercings from Eye of Jade! Stephanie is super quick and knows exactly what shes doing. Very professional and really cares about her work, and shes super friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place for piercings.

Top of the line tattoo and piercing facility. Since I was getting my first tat at 58 years old, you might say I did my homework on all of the shops around. Cleanliness and safety are paramount here. I started with an idea and set up a consultation with the owner, Ben Lucas, who really listened to my concept and provided great insights and expertise to derive the desired layout before we scheduled my first tattoo session. I started with the full day session which, quite frankly, was a bit too much for this old dog to lay all day. Now I schedule half day sessions which are just right. Their website shows all of the available artists and their work. Im pretty sure my artwork will end up on the site when my project is finished later in 2020.

Stephanie is very professional, kind, and quick. I will definitely recommend her and return for future piercings.

Me and my bud got matching tattoos this week, and neither of us had been here before. It was the best experience either of us have ever had at a shop. Bobby was professional, easy to get along with, and INCREDIBLY talented. He redrew a rough sketch and made it into something amazing, listening to what we wanted and offering creative suggestions that we were both into. He was upfront about the price, the staff was sociable, and the artists have some crazy good talent. Youd be missing out if you didnt give it a shot.

Getting my first tattoo at Eye of Jade was a wonderful experience. They were wonderful about answering my questions over email, and when I made a deposit and couldnt get my tattoo after all, they counted it toward my tattoo when I finally could get it done. If there was an option for zero stars, I certainly would have chosen zero!!!What a mistake of going to Eye of Jade!I wouldnt think that a tattoo artist could screw up 2 birds on a wire. My idea was very simple and not too large on my forearm. I ended up with what looked like a goose flying in the opposite direction of what it was suppose to have been. The lines were not smooth and straight, the artist doubled back over some of the lines. I had asked him if he could do some shading on the birds and he flat out said no!The end of the story is I had run into someone at Bidwell Park and complimented her on her tattoos and I showed her mine and my experience at Eye of Jade. She recommended Radiant Ink in downtown Chico. I waited 3 weeks for my tattoo to heal and ended up having to pay more money to cover up the huge and embarrassing mess that Eye of Jade made on my arm.At Radiant Ink Josh IS a true artist! Josh listens to what you want and takes time drawing it out to my perfection. The colors and shading are out of this world, beyond amazing. I got the tattoo that I wanted and walked out of the shop with ear to ear smiles.

I got my nostril pierced by the lady with pink hair (I forgot to ask for her name) but she not only was extremely professional, she was very informative of the steps she was taking. She also was extremely friendly. I have had my nostril pierced one other time and this time at Eye of Jade was completely painless and quick! Thank you so much!!!

I went there back in December and got 3 piercings on my ear. Stephanie Ditty was very professional and informative. However, the piercing loft couldve used some work. I did not expect to walk in on other people getting pierced or people walking in on me. I had about 4 people watching and waiting. It was quick and easy, though.Stephanie also replied to my emails quickly when I had a problem with one of my piercings and offered her advice and help if I came in.

I have wanted to get a tattoo (I want more) for years. I had gone in and talked to Bobby about what I wanted leaving the details up to him. I went back a few days later to get the tattoo he showed me the stencil and I was impressed. I did not look at the tattoo at all wail he was doing it due to my stupid fear of needles. So once he was done I went to look at it in the mirror all I can say is wow. Bobby is an amazing artist!!! So pleased with this tattoo. If you want a tattoo he will not let you down.

I have gotten two tattoos here on two separate occasions by Jason and Ben, respectively. They are both highly personable, made sure I was comfortable, well taken care of, and most of all happy with my tattoos.Ben did a stellar job with my first large tattoo. He checked in with me often, was patient when I was trying to figure out the placement, and did a thorough job at describing the aftercare involved. I felt comfortable asking him any questions and expressing any concerns.The shop itself is very clean, there is always someone there right on time when it opens, and the rest of the staff are all friendly. They chat with you, walk up and check out the work being done, and are just generally nice guys. I hope to be back soon for another one!

I went in just to ask about a walk in and any upcoming availability, I had already visted a tattoo shop earlier that day and had a bad experience and I and was hoping for this shop to be different and I guess I was very wrong. I was absolutely not met with open arms. I came here 2 months prior to ask about a piercing and had a very similar experience, I gave them a second chance because I saw such good reviws but...telling a potential client you are busy is different from making a potential client feel absolutely unwelcome. Now I know not to return ever again. My apologies to the staff for being such a nuisance.

I felt very comfortable getting my first tattoo here. My artist was recommended to me by a friend. I received a good balance of ideas and suggestions as well as support for what I wanted when I gave my thoughts on the tattoo.I planned my appointment a month in advance and showed up with two friends who rotated in to hangout with me while the artist did his thing. The artist would jump into conversation with my friends and I had to try not to laugh so I could hold still while he worked.The artist communicated everything he was doing, everything I had to do for the tattoo, and why it was important. After, I paid in cash and tipped.Im writing this the day after getting my tattoo, and as of now Im stoked. I personally believe that if you put time into the process, are patient, and communicate with the artist, you too will enjoy your experience. Jeremy was my artist!

I had just recently gotten both my nipples pierced at Eye of Jade on June 1st, 2018 and I must say the whole process was wonderful! Luckily it wasnt a busy day when I came in for my walk in and I was only there for about 20 minutes. Stephanie Ditty was the piercer that day and she was very professional with me and made the proceedure quick and easy on me. I highly recommend you come here for piercings because it is quick, clean, moderatly great pricing, (paid $80) and you will leave satisfied with your new piercing(s)!

I have been wanting my septum pierced for quite some time now and I recently got denied at another local piercing shop. I have a deviated septum and was told it could not be done. This is a wonderful place to get your tattoos done at, very clean & very friendly staff. My husband and I went in to get our very first tattoos together and Christopher was just awesome. I of course was nervous but he made me feel very relaxed and talked me through the process of the tattoo as it was happening. The pieces my husband and I got are very unique and were pretty decent size, they are something he and I could add on to when we have children. Once I got the stencil on, my nerves really kicked in and Christopher was kind enough to draw an example of what 2 pieces added would look like once we had kids and then for me, everything all fell into place and I was just overwhelmed with happiness.These guys really understand that tattoos are a permanent thing that will be on your body forever, they are patience and understanding and you cant really ask more than that. OH! and did I mention the place was clean???? Highly recommend!!
