Great place to take children and walk your dog. Clean up their poop though. East Lake needs and seems to want to get back to that neighborly community. Im all for it. Nice little neighborhoods.

Newly remodeled with walking layout to stroll the park. Also sitting area for those looking to relax in the days weather. Great place to bring friends, family, or hang around solo to enjoy the view.

I have lived near East Lake Park for almost 12 years. It was an ok park originally. It had a big playground and the pond with ducks and a walking round. Recently they did a big reconstruction and now I personally think it is beautiful. They did away with the plastic playground equipment, put in a small creek with native vegetation. They put in a small playground that is meant to blend in to the surrounding environment. It is all stone. They expanded the pond and made it feel like you are closer to the water. I love the improvements. It is a great place to walk or spend time with family. There are still 2 covered areas with picnic tables for parties as well as the old concession area. It could have more but I think its great for our neighborhood.

I love the upgrade on the park. Though, the water looks contaminated but I think that would probably have a lot to do with the missing fish. What happened to the beautiful fish that were in the pond??? Please put them back.

It was recently remodelled and now it is absolutely gorgeous! Its a great place to take the kids to have a picnic and for them to run around and play. It has many picnic tables, a pavilion, a walking trail that goes all around the pond, and plenty of beautiful geese/ducks.

A beautiful little Park that really shows the progress of Eastlake; One that I go to almost daily. However there are still instances of stray dogs in and around the park, as has been an issue with 37407 for many years. Usually not a dangerous issue, but still be careful and maybe write your city authorities to continue to work against the problem until its gone for good.

As a long time resident to East Lake I was happy to see the old park shined up.The improvements looked great. I was sad to see the pond already with a lot of litter but it wasnt too terrible. Also sad to see the playground gone but theres always a chance they could replace it. My favorite playground there was the Pirate ship structure. Overall very pleased with the park.

Unique looking playground. Lovely stone benches built into the stone wall. Short path circling the pond. Locks of geese. However weird mesh fencing in the water and around the water makes the park look tacky and also caused a hoose to get stuck in it which was sad to see. Idk what the point of it is but had those not been there and the water wasnt so disgusting looking Id have given 5 stars.

Everything getting ripped off because unsupervised kids running around cursing and ruining different areas. The city did a great job with the new park its sad to see it get torn up before it will even get used.
