Super cool place in the middle of Downtown, not the most up kept, but you can kayak, paddleboard, canoe, or boat our to here. There is a landing (on the north-east end) for the former, and a dock (on the southwest end) for the latter. Multiple campsites, not many people ever out there, quite if you stay away from the bridge the goes over it.
