Hunter was polite and sold us a used claw machine but it broke less than a month of purchasing and he wont come out to repair it like promised that he supports issues. He handed the manufacturer number and said to call them..of course Im not technically inclined to fix these machines, so over the phone support wasnt helpful.

So far I’ve purchased 5-6 games from Hunter over the last 2 years such as crane machines, redemption machines and even a token machine. Every time he offers his games at a better price than I can find anywhere online, and he has connections with super cheap shipping rates and also offers pick-up if needed. He also goes above and beyond to help with any maintenance later down the road if any machines act up or if you have general questions. He is a young entrepreneur who works hard and provides excellent customer service. Whenever I’m looking for more games in the future Hunter’s arcade house will be my first stop for sure!

All my son wanted for his Birthday and Christmas was a claw machine. I contacted Hunter a couple of months in advance to see what he had. He did not have the machine my son wanted at that time. I just purchased an old (decade old) Tropical Treasure Coin Pusher from Hunter. The entire experience was great thanks to him! Buying was a breeze, the unit arrived 1.5 week earlier than expected (thanks to Hunter) and the machine is in nearly perfect condition!!! I was enjoying my V-BUCK claw machine courtesy of Hunter. But as I was about to get the $10 bundle for free, EPIC GAMES broke down my front door, confescated the machine, and arrested me. I wish Hunter told me that V-BUCK machines are illegal because EPIC GAMES took my home away and Im currently homeless :(I heard that I will find a job only if Hunter joins my NitroType Clan

Excellent service and really made the transaction of buying a first arcade game easy

Hunter called called us up and asked if we wanted to by a Barber Cut Lite for $650 plus a $150 finders fee. We sent $800 dollars over to him. Later he called and said he wasnt able to get his hands on the game after all and that he would refund us the money. He refunded us $650. We were like what about the finders fee. He was like oh, thats non refundable.To hell with that. He didnt disclose that upfront, nor did he find the game. Not the brightest kid in the world. I just dropped $30,000 dollars on setting up a new arcade and we have plans to spend 3xs that much this year. Hunters Arcade sales might be ok if your looking to over pay for used stuff for your house. But chances are you can find the equipment cheaper on ebay or something.

I bought a Target Toss Pro recently, everything was as described, great arcade game in great condition. Delivery was quick and promt and everything from purchase to delivery was very profetional. Thanks again for the great game and great service!!!!!
