Beautiful new park in December of 2020. Great playground for older kids. The trail is scenic and along a small creek. There are some steep hills, but worth the walk.

This trial is awesome! I didnt think it would be this beautiful! Gorgeous river that winds through the side of the trial. There are several bridges that goes over the river. No bikes allowed which is nice. Gravel and wood planks for walking surfaces

The trails are fun to navigate and feel very safe. Due to some of the hills being rather steep, I do not recommend them for small children, strollers, or those with limited mobility. There are no playgrounds built yet possibly due to Covid.

Amazing trail. My kids 8 3 and 1 love looking for the painted rocks and even bring there own.

Scenic, well kept, nice workout equipment. Not very long, but nice for a quick walk.

This is a gorgeous trail with some decent grade changes compared to most trails in the area. Beautiful wild flowers and four walking bridges make for an enjoyable two mile walk (back and forth). Just be aware that the path is not paved and can be a little muddy.

It’s so pretty and the landscape is beautiful it’s also very close to my house, maybe a 3 minute walk. every time i go out there it’s usually a little wet cause the weather hasn’t been the best here, but once it dries up that’s going to be one of the best trails in channahon! definitely recommend to go there to walk dogs, hike with friends/family, run, whatever it’s super nice and full of pretty trees and flowers along with pretty water!

Great hike....some short steep inclines and declines with loose gravel so wear good shoes. Very beautiful walk through the woods. Nice wood bridges.

No biles allowed but nice lil creek and It was pretty. Sounds of night r beautiful. Lotta frogs

Trail grade is real steep in some Spots and can be unsafe for some people. Over all trail is nice.

Would be nice if it could be longer but a good start. Great job Channahon.

Excellent trail for hiking. Feels a little like Starved Rock. Some sections are steep.

Great new trail that follow the creek. Even though its between subdivisions one still gets the out in the woods feel. Would be great if it was longer

Really cool little trail, only complaint I have is wish it was twice as long

1st time for me , just start out a female runner who is behind 3 medium to large dogs off their leash ! Had to pick my dog up and hold her for fear of a confrontation. Not happy people dont follow the trail rules .The trail and wooded plank walkway are nice but a little concerned about safety from other people on the trail.

A real hiking trail in a beautiful location that is close to home. Great for a quick trip to explore and see nature

Supposed to see wildlife, but wildlife avoid people. Loaded with bugs and poison ivy. Avoid it like the plague. Too many other really good trails around there.
