Beautify city owned building, next to the river. Peaceful and nice place

Beautiful building but the City of Cedar Falls doesnt keep the ground as nice as it could be. . Goose poop all over, weeds, untrimmed.

Beautiful day to be at the park. Boat ramp was packed.

Nice little swimming area. Pretty sharp drop off, so watch your kids.

The location was central to any place our visitors wanted to go, for those who wanted to catch and release we were right on the river, the ground allowed for parking and a play area for children the building was huge allowing for seating and dance area, the draw back for me was there was no heating or cooling element and we were not allowed to see the inside of the building until the day of rental prohibiting a time figure out placement of the various things we wanted to do.
