Really nice park to walk around. It connects to the neighboring communities.The parking is sort of odd, you have like 4 or 5 smallish parking lots.If you want to baseball fields, turn left when you enter park and follow the road to the end (parking lot). If you want tennis courts, they are to the right immediately when you drive in. There are a lot of tennis courts, given most parks I go to have 2-4 courts total).If you want the playground, turn right at entrance and follow to second parking lot on your left (right after tennis courts end). The playground is awesome for kids. Bright blues, oranges and greens; it has a seussical vibe with awesome sensory toys. My only complaint of the playground is at one side there are two sets of stairs...feels like they should have made this a ramp with the same rubbery texture so maybe kids could roll and play on it...because my toddler just wants to play on the stairs.There are also two soccer fields. One to the right of the playground. Another below that one, with another small parking lot.Overall, a really cool park with a little of everything.

Great park! Baseball fields are well kept, and theres spots for just about every other sport. Its always clean, the city does a great job of maintaining the joint.

This looks like a great park. We were hoping to eat lunch with a friend at the picnic tables, but it was too windy. We did watch many soccer players coming to practice at what looked like a great soccer field.

I brought my eight year old daughter and six year old son to this park for the first time today and they rated it a solid “B.” “Not an A because it only has two slides and no swings,” said my daughter.The parking lots were packed but the park is spacious and plenty of areas for a little privacy.

Huge park with so much available! Basketball, baseball, tennis courts, soccer all here. We came for a picnic and there was lots of room with grassy areas and trees that provided needed shade. Overall great park, would recommend if you’re in the area

Went there early morning at 8am where there were about 3 kids playing and no one was really there. Very big and spacious and cool and breezy. Only been here twice and its been good! There is a side for the big kids and one for the babies so it makes it convenient for all ages and some moms do playdates here so you can meet other new dads and moms and their kids who want to play with yours. The only thing though I wish they would have is to install some swings. And more slides but other than that its really nice. Didnt use the bathroom so hopefully its not as bad as other playgrounds but parking is spacious

One of the most beautiful parks I have ever been too. Plenty of grassy areas. Multiple soccer, baseball, basketball courts, indoor soccer court, tennis courts and play grounds. Enclosed dog area coming soon! Cant wait.

This park is always clean and rarely crowded. There are plenty of facilities and lots of open area. Ample space to play almost any ball-related sport. This is one of my favorite parks.

This park has it all. Baseball & soccer fields, brand new playground equipment that looks super fun & unique (with mounds of turf to play on), nice tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball courts and a walking path that goes around the park. There is a lot of shade, too! And large grassy area

Beautiful park with so much to offer. Two huge softball fields that are big enough for hard ball, tennis courts, a couple of basketball courts (pickup games on some nights during the week) and a huge soccer field with artificial turf. Picnic areas and playgrounds as well. Left it at four stars because no dogs are allowed. I think Carlsbad is the only city where dogs are allowed in restaurants but not in parks. So if you dont like dogs, bump this up to 5 stars. However, I do see dogs there, and Ive never seen it being enforced.

This park is one of the best in Carlsbad. Brand new place structure for kids, 10 tennis courts, 8 pickle ball courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, and 3 baseball fields. All facilities are taken care of meticulously.

Beautiful Park we ended up doing a 5K marathon . The park is very well-maintained and very.Would be a great place to take the family on a weekend. Lots of room to play .

It was a pretty cool park. Different than what I have seen before however, did see some tampons in the ground so it could be better kept.

The newly renovated park is now the most appealing in the Carlsbad area: great walking paths, excellent mix of sport fields, very nice playground. My only complaint are the absolutely awful concrete benches: cold, uncomfortable, with a concrete hump in the middle to thwart a homeless person who might need a place for a nap. Remove them and start over . . .

Nice park with areas for just about any sports activity you could want to do. The one ding is that its so geared to entertain that there is no real area to picnic or just hang out. A place to just relax and maybe talk s#^t about sports and not be in the middle of it.

Well maintained fields, places to walk your pets, restrooms actually clean compared to a few other parks. Its a nice place to spend time at and relax. This next comment is NOT a complaint... but you may encounter kids and adults sports teams playing. Theres also soccer, and tennis. Overall its a well maintained park.

Nice place to take your kids to run around. The park is somewhat hidden so have to use GPS to find the park and then youll know where it is which is good because it keeps the park clean.

There is not a lot of sitting areas along the soccer fields but there is good view from the upper parking lot. Fields are nice ( turf ).

This is az beautiful park. Its shady and gets a cool breeze in the summer, but doesnt get too cold in the winter. No real protective areas from rain, but eh. Has basketball and soccer facilities. The park tables can be rented, so be aware if you do not rent sometimes those spaces can be taken. During soccer season all field space, including that around the tables, are taken up by socket players. These people often do not care about others enjoyment of the park and can be quite rude. Avoid birthday parties here during this time. The playground has a good range of equipment, and the bathroom facilities are usually well maintained. The drinking fountains do not always function to full capacity. I come here often because it is such a nice park and good for a wide range of activities.

A nice park with tennis courts, soccer fields and walking paths. Its quiet in the early mornings and late evenings. I come here to do sprints, abs and stretching when its nice weather.

What a lovely park. With soooooo little parking, especially handicapped parking. Its getting to the point where I almost cannot make it to my grandsons Friday Night Lights football games. Wheelchair access is difficult at the fields, too. Few entrances, uneven pavements, dangerous drop offs from paved areas to non paved. Sidewalks that tilt toward the street. I have noticed that others who used to come in wheelchairs, dont anymore.
