Now that they have opened back up they block off the seats next to you which are of course not six feet but there is barely anyone there anyways. The movie selection is kinda slim and showing times are not as frequent. The concessions is not serving everything they usually do like nachos and the only bathrooms open are the ones towards the exit. But on the brighter side they now have this thing called 4d and its seem cool I dont know exactly what it is but ill try it eventually.

Had a great time bringing my daughter to see Frozen 2 at this theater for the first time. She enjoyed the seats and watching her favorite characters on the big screen while munching on snacks. Just cant figure out why snacks are soo expensive!It is kept clean and staff are around to help you find the correct theater. We had to buy our ticket inside and was surprised but they were prompt.

Great two level mall in NY state just off of I-90. Some places have closed... probably due to the pandemic, however, its still got so much left to see and do. Well worth it!

I think RPX is worth it, $5 extra for way more space and much nicer seats. Glad to see them open again

The theatre was very quiet on the weekday I was there. The specific theater inwas in was amazing with large reclining seating. I will use this theatre again.Plenty of free parking.

This regal theater has reclining seats which is great but someone overlooked the fact that the first two rows require you to strain your neck. If you can bring a small pillow for your back you can get into a more natural reclining position. Also note, the employees here will be generous with popcorn butter if you ask.

This theatre is amazing! Seats are lazyboys and extremely comfortable. Employees are super nice! However, dont plan on eating the fried food and expect to hear some sounds from the neighboring theatre, depending on what movie is showing nextdoor. Otherwise experience is great!

The movie we say was great and the seats are great. Everything else sucked. We went to a show at 1240pm. They really just opened. Popcorn and messes everywhere. Thank God we showed up a half our before start of the movie due to literally standing in line for popcorn for all 30min. They had two lanes open but one register was not working. While waiting we watched 5 employees and the manager standing around laughing/joking where the check tickets to get into show. The girl behind the food counter was trying to get help. A customer actually said they need help and the Manager Mike told the customer we only run two lanes. The customer had to tell him they needed help again. He was rude. Then instead of helping he rearranged candy in a glass case way off to the side for no reason. Finally got to order our 2 drinks popcorn and pretzel bites. Go figure no one made pretzel bites, so we had to wait even longer. Manager again was hiding rearranging candy inside the glass case. Maybe he should have filled the empty napkin holders, people were using them for garbage. Left his employees out to dry. Watched movie and when we were done took my son to the bathroom to watch toilets and urinals to be over flowing. Very disappointing. Mike the manager should be ashamed of himself.

Took kids last night theater is very clean no problem there. Only problem I have is. You keep the theater way to cold it’s not summer to have the ac blowing like that it’s bit munch. My kids were cold. Hard to sit and enjoy a movie if your so cold..

The theater itself is a great place to watch a movie. Its not that old and in good shape. The only draw back is how expensive it is to see a movie now.

Its not the most modern theater, but its fine. The air conditioning is always on, even in winter, so if you like it chilly, this is your place.

I went there with a friend to EPIC church for a service. They didnt have their own building yet a d Regal theater gave them a theater room every Sunday till they get their own and dont charge them. Thats really great of them. It brought them business I expect as well as some may have gotten food and a movie after church.

Superb RPX experience. I particularly appreciate the ample space between seats. Even as the seat next to you is fully reclined, getting around is not an issue. Sound quality is another highlight. Service is courteous and professional.

I had an absolute HORRIBLE experience. We ordered food at 1233pm after waiting in line over 15 minutes. I had to wait well over 10 minutes for my cheeseburger. The woman didnt even know we ordered a chicken sandwich as well. I asked her what was going on and all she had to say there was no buns. Finally I got the manager. Later I hear the woman in the back yelling and cussing. Over 20 minutes waiting I got my food. The manager was nice and refunded me but I will not be going back anytime soon. Completely disorganized and rude staff

Chairs are unbelievably comfortable. Electric reclining with leg support. 60 foot screen and the whole theater vibrates from the tons of subwoofers. Would see any movie there anytime.

I watched a movie in theater 4 (one of the RPX theaters). Very spacious recliner seating with plenty of room for people to walk around extended seats. More importantly a well calibrated sound system. I cant speak for any of the other theaters but #4 is golden.

It was our first time in the recliners and they were very comfortable. A great way to see a movie.

Very clean theater. This theater has stadium seating which made you feel like there was noone behind you. The one thing I didnt like was the regular ticket window was closed so you bought your ticket at concession stand which made for a longer wait time.

3d movies with rumble seats are really fun to experience. Standard concession food items and quality reclining seats. Book ahead of time on fandango to get the best seats. The reward card also gets you points and upgrades. This theater sometimes has people that bring in crying babies, but that is no fault of the theater, just an annoyance that may detract occasionally.

I enjoy the placement of the theatre as it is in a mall so you can kill two birds with one stone. But it seems to lack cleanliness as the last time we went there was grease / oil all over the leather chairs which was off putting. Other than that it is a nice little theatre with very comfy seating

New layout is extremely. You can walk out in the middle of the movie and not disturb anybody

I came here 10/2/19 after having a bad experience at the one Elmwood so i was already upset. I came in got my tickets from cashier then ordered my kids & concessions one of my kids was in a car seat so i couldn’t carry him & my snacks. I’m not sure who the gentleman was but he walked me & my kids to our movie while he carried my stuff all the way to my seats. Let me get comfortable then handed me my snacks so i could enjoy my movie.

On a humid hot muggy day I figured it would be a good idea to beat the heat and watch a movie. The theater was so warm that i literally sweated for over 2 hours. Youd think they could at least keep the theater cool with the amount they charge for popcorn

This theater may look nice, but it doesnt act it. The reclining seats dont recline until the feet are all the way up, and one was broken; the headset we were provided for hearing impaired was damaged (sound cut in and out), and frankly, the audience was annoying. I realize the theater isnt strictly responsible for customer behavior but they do set the tone.Topping it off, staff had excuses (not even apologies). This was a repeat of a Fathom event wed already seen. Next time well drive the other distance instead of coming back here.

Mary Poppins Returns Movie was wonderful for both Adults and Children! It was a positive experience and songs and plot was creatively written. The Banks were going to lose their Family Home unless something is done soon to save it. The quickly had to find something written in the Will that would save their home and find the proof of what is true. the song with words If its lost, follow the Light... actually made me cry on Christmas Day! because the words were so positive with them dancing and energy that gave me hope for a difficult issue happening in my life that has made me feel hopeless and lost with a family members addiction...Mary Poppins Returns gave me hope on Christmas Day!

The Star Wars movie was great. Loved the reclining seats that vibrated !!!

RPX is a complete and utter joke. It’s not worth’s dollar. Watched Angel Hasn’t fallen on the opening Friday. The chairs are old and squeaky. The worst part of all is the projector. The picture was constantly flickering for the entire experience and there was a fly flying around in front of the projector. It was pure garbage. Left with a headache. If you are looking for a place to get a migraine. This is the place for you. Pretend that one star is a five star if you need a migraine.

Rude employees working the concession counter. I watched the 10:30pm showing of Joker on 11/09/19. I asked nicely for extra butter on my popcorn and recieved almost none. Girl who buttered my popcorn laughing to herself and not making eye contact as she gives it to me, and ignored my thank you. Girl is power tripping with the popcorn butter, haha. I prefer my usual theater where you can butter your own popcorn. Also the theater was freezing. I was wearing a thermal layer and wool socks, with a hoodie. Thank goodness i wore my winter jacket in. Other then that it was clean, the seats were nice and the sound was good.

Went and seen Gemini Man and had an amazing experience and the customer service was great. Looking forward to seeing Hustlers next.

Havent been to the movies in about 5 years oh, boy was I surprised at how clean and spacious and comfortable it was. The chairs were recliners that you could put your feet up in and you had a little space between you and the next person. The popcorn was great and we learned that a medium pop was way bigger than we needed. I was sort of surprised to see that you have to pick where you want to see sit when you get your tickets. Really enjoyed ourselves

The experience is awful. The workers never stay so you get subpar service from whoever applied that week. Do not order food at this location unless you arrive 40mins early. They always burn the popcorn. The only thing they do right are the drinks and even then.DO NOT SEE SPECIAL SCREENINGS AT THIS LOCTION. They always fail.RPX and convenient showtimes are the only reason why I go to this location.Two stars

I went here for a movie last night. When we walked in we were prompted to purchase our tickets at concessions which was not a big deal. The problem was that only 3 of your employees were actually working the stands while others were hovering around the back or were talking in the corner. With people standing in line waiting minutes for food and tickets, I found this slightly ridiculous. Once we finally got our tickets, we walked into the theater which seemed like its hasnt been cleaned in a week. There was popcorn all over the lobby floor and the bathrooms were gross. Not to mention, theater 9 was also not cleaned after the previous movie because there was trash in the cupholders that was there when we walked in and some of the seats were sticky. Not to mention the disaster above, when we went to buy our tickets the screen showed the movie theater almost full which was no problem we figured the movie is newer so obviously it was going to be busy. When the movie started we came to realize that it was only us 3 and our friends 7 people in the entire theater when the screen at concessions showed it almost full. How do you justify this? This is a repeating problem at this theater, I honestly dont understand why I keep going back.

Daughter and I usually dont go to the movies this early, but we wanted to see the Train your Dragon movie -- realizing its a Kids movie - we got seats in the last row, which turned out perfectly as most of the younger kids were lower down. Comfy seats, but our recliner buttons were broken and we had to find the pressure point inside to get ours to recline.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Had an issue where the fire alarm went off and everyone was forced to leave the theater. I understand these things happen and safety comes first but after the fire department cleared the theater we were not allowed back in and were offered no refund. Spent over $50 on tickets and concessions for previews and 20 minutes of a movie. I emailed customer service and they said they dont refund unused tickets but had added two tickets to my regal rewards account, which is great except I dont have a regal rewards account.

Clean and updated. The seats are comfortable and and the floors are not sticky. I love it for the atmosphere and location. One of the best around if not the best. Some in the chain are do for an update to this ones level

We frequent late movies. We know by then the staff is only thinking about going home. This is easily noticeable by their less than enthusiastic customer service and care.Large popcorn and large drinks, are supposed to offer free refills. We have NEVER been able to take advantage of this.And the LAST 3 VISITS our popcorn looked like the tiny little crumbs at the bottom of a bag, not popped up fluffy popcorn. Our entire bucket was like that. It looked like it had been run through a food processor. Why is your staff serving paying customers mulch?Just like early movies are discounted, the last movie should have food discounts. False advertising.

Great! First time visiting since the remodel years ago

This theater has gotten worse and worse every time we come here from being sold wrong tickets to theaters not being cleaned at all honestly i wouldnt recommend anyone go to this location. Even with recliners its not worth if go to AMC or Quaker crossing even transit with those uncomfortable seats is better then this location. Employees chit chat with eachother instead of helping guests, employees on phones instead of working and theaters riddled with trash all the time if you manage to go to this theater and not have any of the above problems or any problems I would be shocked. Bottom line avoid this theater at all costs. I would never come back here if it wasnt for the fact I pre ordered tickets to a few movies already.

Bathrooms were disgusting there was piss & toilet paper all over the seats the bathrooms were clean. The movie theater was clean

I recommend if you want anything from concessions to go early, or even just reconsider... every time I have gone the line takes a ridiculous amount of time to get through, and half the time the popcorn was burnt as well. The people are very nice and friendly, but it seems like there are a lot of new people learning the ropes? I went 10 minutes before my movie started and there was a line of maybe 5 groups ahead of me, 30 minutes later (I held off as long as I could and was a minute late to the movie actually starting) I still had 3 groups ahead of me.Otherwise the place is clean, the people are positive, they have those comfy chairs, and they have a decent rewards program!

The actual theaters are amazing. But the complaint about this theater FOR YEARS has been how slow the concessions are. If u want to order at the concession stand AND catch the previews, u better make sure u get in line 20 minutes in advance (during prime time). I live in the area and this is my last choice theater. Not because of the actual seating and viewing, those are great. Its because of the concessions and that there have been shootings at this place throughout the years. Probably because the concessions are so slow (joke). There are other theaters in the area that havent had any shootings. Enough said.

The person behind the counter told me the wrong information about redeeming my pre-purchased tickets, so the guy scanning the tickets sent us back out to her, she had disappeared, he looked for her, we never did find her, I asked if anyone else could help, with no reply. I ended up having to buy 2 more tickeys at the kiosk, we made it inside the theater at the last second.

This is a nice place, with nice seats and good sized screens. Lots of bathrooms is a plus too. The parking for the mall can be hectic, but theres the advantage of having access to all the other shops.

Nice place for a movie, food counter help not up to speed on how to run machines. The manager was not able to see that by looking at receipt that points were taking from account but were not applied to purchase. Its is sad that companies want to sign you up for their rewards programs but dont know how to apply points to purchases, or do they and just dont want to.

Paid more for popcorn and drinks than I paid for admission for 4 people!! Overall it was clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. I went on a Tuesday. I would have gone to a different theater if it was the weekend because the kids are too out of control. All races of kids that frequent that mall are equally ignorant, the media only publicizes one side of the story.
