Seen a Few Movies here. I love going to this Theather to see movies in the heart of downtown buffalo.

Downtown hasnt had a movie theater, it seems for over 10+ years. To finally come downtown again, and enjoy a nice clean quiet theater is greatly appreciated. The seats are comfortable leather recliners, with a heating option. Also the seats have personal food trays for your beverage and other food items you may have. Parking is always a challenge downtown, but well worth the effort.

This theater is wonderful. I took my kids to see Addams family and i loved the overall experience i had. Its clean,helpful staff,and i like that unlike regal,they charge less for childrens admissions. I live for their heated seats and that drinks are refillable,plus you can butter your own popcorn. I love this way better than regal. Great if you have kids.

Best seats in the world!!!!!! Reclining seats with cup holder and table. Very comfortable! The wait at the concession stand was a bit long, even though there were only 2 people in front of me. I decided not to have popcorn. The cinema is in The Theatre District (naturally) and easy to get to. Wheelchair accessible for those in need, and just 2 monitors for ordering tickets.

Well this has already proven to be a little gem in the theatre district. The place is absolutely beautiful, and well renovated. It boasts generous quantities of heated recliner seating, albeit a bit narrow each seat and the tray tables cant be moved out of the way, thats a little annoying. The audio and visual quality is hands down the best in the region, which made me mind less the tight seating. All in all I was very impressed with my grand opening visit tonight, and I look forward to seeing more films here in the future!Note, there is no dedicated parking for the complex, and you can only enter from Main Street. However, the M&T bank lot and the nearby garage are affordable. Another option is to take Metro Rail in, and exit at fountain plaza station.

The theater is ultimately pretty serviceable. The chairs are very comfortable with a heating function. The prices are reasonable. Or at least they are competitive with other theaters. And you can buy beer and wine. My only real gripe with this theater is that you have to use the public paid parking or be very lucky to find a parking space within a reasonable distance. Its not a serious gripe. Its just how it is in a city. But in terms of convenience it is something to think about.

Awesome movie theater in downtown Buffalo. Seats were amazing, they are reclining and heated. They also have bar inside with variety and great drinks. Also, you can order food online and they have delivery to your seat. Great experience and worth my train ride to downtown.

Great place to see a movie. Seats are a bit smaller then AMC in Amherst, NY but this place does have a fully stocked bar. Parking can be tricky. If you park on Washington you have to walk around the block to Main St to get into the AMC theater (good luck trying to find parking on Main St), have to keep that in mind with the Buffalo weather. With all the places to eat around the theater its in a great spot for dinner and a movie.

Awesome city destination. High class theater with personalized seating, complete with tray tables and reclining plush seats that are heated!Lobby is small but very nice, as are the bathrooms.Even has a bar!

Very impressed with the seats. Reclining and heated. First time Ive been to a theater like that. I think they also had delivery of your order to your seat. I know they had cocktails and beer.

You got me with good food and you can have adult beverages. Then you sit down to enjoy a recliner that is heated or not your choice. Not to mention a table that goes across your lap for snacks. Bring that special someone and you will have a good date.

Seats are great with full recline and drink and swivel food tray. They just renovated so it still has a new feel to it. Good exciting feel and vibe when you walk in. You purchase tickets at a touch screen kiosk which is fun. Overall enjoyable experience.

Great theater, everything is new and its never been too busy when weve been here. Theres a full bar which is pretty unique to a movie theater. You can even add your own butter to your popcorn, as much or as little as you like.

This movie theater in the heart of downtown Buffalo is a hidden gem! Usually a theater chain as large as AMC may feel corporate or cookie cutter, but the Market Arcade location is far from bland. The cinema is right on Main Street in a unique and cozy space. The theater has heated seats and expanded food and beverage options, far more than any other cinema around. Also, it is so great to finally have a movie theater back downtown after so many years. It is perfect for spending time in the city for a few hours and then being surrounded by wonderful restaurants within walking distance. It is so cool to walk out of AMC Market Arcade and seeing the historic Sheas theater. For me, there is a certain magic coming to this movie cinema that locations in the suburbs just lack. The Market Arcade location finally restores a movie theater in Buffalos theater district and it is by far the nicest cinema offering in the whole region!

Beautiful layout. Clientele leaves a lot to be desired. People had the audacity to be arguing during the movie!! Will stick to visiting AMC on Maple Rd.

Had a wonderful experience at this theater. It was very clean and well staffed. The new seating is very comfortable with plenty of space.

The movie theater offers reserved seating, has a good selection of food, and there is a bar inside that offers special cocktails and drinks based upon what movies are showing. Tickets can be bought in advance or on site at either a kiosk or from a person. The seats are very nice with plenty of room for reclining and the seats are able to be heated to various settings. Overall this is my favorite movie theater in Buffalo.

Its a very classy theater. Everything from the ticket counter to the bathrooms to the snack delivery service was an enjoyable experience. My large popcorn and pop came on time. The popcorn was fresh and came with a bag that had small cups if melted butter, napkins and straws. The reclining seats were clean and comfortable. I liked that there was a small swivel table to hold your drink and food. Overall, I would definitely recommend the AMC theater in the Market Arcade.

A super clean and modern movie theater. There are Freestyle Coke machines as well as an Icee machine. The snacks get some love too with a dedicated island for napkins, flatware, and butter. One thing that separates Market Arcade from other theaters is the bar, which serves a variety of mixed and bottled drinks. Another cool feature are the reclining seats. While other theaters have reclining seats, at the Market Arcade the seats can be heated with the press of a button and there is a handy snack tray, complete with a cup holder. It should be noted that this theater doesnt have a box office. Instead you got to a kiosk and have your tickets with just a few taps. I dont know for sure but it seems like the ticket machines are cashless. I always buy my tickets on Atom so I have never had to use the kiosks. My final note is that there is only one entrance, which faces Main Street. In the past you were able to enter from the backdoor but now that is an exit only. If you have to park before your show please take that into consideration.

Nice theater! Not really busy on late Saturday nights which is good! Seats are comfortable but getting stuck sitting next to a stranger is weird because the seats are really close together..... definitely prefer it over a regal!

Seats are comfortable and heated, the screen is amazing, sound is pretty good. I think it could use more bass. Only movie theater you can drink alcohol at as an added bonus,a definite must for movie lovers!

So comfortable and location is great connected to all Downtown and buslines. Food is excellent and if you preorder they bring it to your seats!

This may be a complete biased review since I grew up very close to downtown Buffalo. I used to come to the Dipson Theatre all the time since the early 2000s so I can for sure see the difference in a good way. They also have the bar area now so you can get a drink if you are 21 and up. Overall, the place is clean and the seats are pretty comfy.

Great clean movie theater. Heated seats and can have beer and popcorn just like being home. Parking is tight around building and I parked in garage which was free (Sunday night)

This movie theater was very clean, very comfortable seating and with a great view of the screen even while sitting up close.

1st time there since I was in my twenties (In my forties now) very nice BUT Kinda Pricey. Best part was the heated seats went to go see Black and Blue must see

Overall, the theatre was very nicely built and the seats were comfortable however our experience was terrible. This was our first time on a Saturday and we were looking forward to the bar that was added but it was closed. Not a huge deal breaker, but thought it was strange that it was closed being a Saturday night. Then we go in to finally see the Avengers. A woman who sat behind us was talking throughout the entire movie. These were not quiet comments. At certain points, we could not even hear the movie she was so loud.My boyfriend got up to tell an employee as she was disturbing us and a few other customers around us. An hour went by after they said they would take care of it. No one came. Then the man next to me and my boyfriend went to go talk to an employee about the woman and another half hour went by, still no one came. I finally went to talk to someone and waited until someone came with me into the theatre. They escorted her to the back of the theatre, so she was not near us. Now people in the back of the theatre were listening to her, and we could still hear her!I emailed AMC to tell them about our experience and let them know that they should listen to their customers when they have issues. The store manager responded, asked if we wanted vouchers and for an address to send them to and then never sent them out. Total lack of customer service.

This theater has changed so much over the years. Dont worry..... its a great change! Heated reclining seats AND a bar! I like that its not a massive size. I always enjoy going to our AMC theaters.

Clean. I hate going to movie theaters that are NOT cleaned thoroughly and properly daily. Extremely pricey but very good place to watch movies. Location is close & convenient to go to being in downtown Buffalo by bus or walking to.

You should show Lil Peeps new documentary “everybody’s everything”! Would bring in loads of business, it’s showing in many theaters across UK, Russia, many other European cities, and in 75 (as of now) Theaters in the US ! Much love

I didnt know theatres had heated seats now, but this one also has a bar so its safe to say they are on the edge of whats available in theatres today. Very cool. Plan to street park, like many downtown things as far as Im aware they have no dedicated parking area.

Best Movie Theater In Buffalo! In the heart of the theater district and directly accessible by the subway. Beautiful area and the theater inside is impeccably clean with very helpful, friendly staff. The layout of buying tickets and concession stand is good and they offer a lot of different food and beverages. The real treat is the inside of the theaters! The chairs are actually loungers that heat if you want it. So comfy! Nice little tables for your beverages and food. Seating is stacked so theres nothing blocking your view. The bathrooms are spotless.

The parking is still under construction at the time of this post. When it is done, or if the train is convenient, this will be a solid four star theater so I will grade in anticipation of that. It is all new furniture and is VERY well staffed. At 2:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday I would have expected someone to be floating between the bar and the snack counter. But despite the fact that no one even walked toward the bar for the entire time I was in the lobby every station was still fully staffed, which is impressive.

This theater is clean, leather heated seats that pull back and a raise the legs feature, full service bar, good service but parking can be an issue. Worse case park in back & pay $3 or if you get lucky look around Main St. Or around the back of the theater. 80% of the time I found free parking on the street after 5pm. Love that the subway stop is also not far away too!

Great theatre in the heart of Buffalo’s theatre district. Heads up. Entrance is on the MAIN ST SIDE ONLY! Lovely bar, clean toilets, the seats recline and snack trays/cup holders. Highly recommend for movie goers.

First movie theater in downtown Buffalo and it is beautiful. The heated recliner seats are heavenly. Another big a plus for this new movie theater is there is a full bar so you can have your favorite adult beverage while watching the latest movie release. One more positive is that it that AMC now has A-List where for $20 a month you can see any three 3 movies a week in any format. I used to always go to AMC Maple Ridge but will know always drive the extra 15 minutes to get to this beautiful theater.

Everything is simple and pretty straightforward, so as far as the service goes everything is great. However you have your problems with you know... people leaving areas a mess, not cleaning up and what not but I cant really blame that on the staff / crew.Went to see Spiderman Far from home

Definitely the best movie theatre I’ve been to in Buffalo. Sitting in the theatre felt almost like being in a new world (with amazing heated recliner chairs). It was very clean, which is always appreciated, and the snack counter seemed to have a good system to get orders out to customers in a timely manner. We did not try anything from the bar, so I reserve my last star until I can say for sure if the alcoholic drinks are worth it.Try this movie theater!

Only been here twice but I really like it. Seating is real nice and concession stand isnt way overpriced. I like how you can print your own ticket at a kiosk if you pre order. They suffer one star because the parking situation isnt the greatest.

Today was my first time being there, and it wont be my last. The staff was excellent, and so was the audio and picture quality of the movie. Not to mention the seating!

I love the actual theater, it is great with reclining-heated seats, very clean, and the bathroom is spotless. What I dont like is the service I got from the bar. It is quite slow, and it appears the person in charge is a newbie. The management shouldnt let him alone, he should be with a partner to make the service faster.

Great staff, drinks and food. They have great deals for their members and upgrades with their $15 annual rewards card. Heated seats that recline with trays for food. Also free refill on large popcorn and they often give you your refill along with your large so you dont have to leave the theater to refill your popcorn.

It is a nice theatre but it was very warm in the theatre and I also ordered food using the app and it was never brought to me and when I went to go to concession stand no employee was there after the movie ended.Also rude people in the theatre making noises and cheering like they were at a football game.Will be sticking to the other AMC theatre as I have never had problems there.

The theater was amazing! However, there is no parking... we parked on the street because it was supposed to be free after 5 -we arrived at 9:45pm for a 10:00pm showing. When we got back to our vehicle at 12:23am we had a ticket stating that parking is not allowed after midnight until 6:00am! There was no clearly post sign either! We had to walk down to the next block to even find a tiny little sign indicating the above! The ticket was for $40! With less than 8 days to pay it! We received the ticket on December 22! ONLY 3 DAYS FROM CHRISTMAS!

It rain with emotions something that leaves you hungry for more it carry well plan direction of the movie. To see original and new faces to the projection of the movie was awesome leave you for a thirsty to go on a binge to watch the previous X-Men movies.

Must check this place out. Great theater. Marked down one star because there was no signage on Washington St. to tell me I had to go to Main Street to enter the theater. Otherwise, no complaints!

I am NOT happy with the ways available to enter the theater!! The best parking spot is in the bsck of the thrater in the large lot on Washington St. BUT they have sealed off the original entrance in the back of the build ing! Now the only way to access the show is by walking completely around to the front entrance on Main St. This is NOT a good set-up. I bad weather and most all other times it is very inconvenient to do. It would be very easy to open the back door snd then srt up cordons th guide customers to the ticket counter. Other than that I also think that the portion of popcorn in a small otder is way too large and therefore it is expensive $8.00!! It cost us $43.00 for the show and popcorn and a beer!!

The seats are comfortable (and heated)! Im not a movie person, but the fact that I can now comfortably ride my bike to see a movie downtown is really exciting. I saw Mission Impossible: Fallout on the theaters opening night. Everything went very smoothly. We also noticed that the sound system sounds better than we were used to. Overall, a good experience.

The new refurbished theaters are excellent. Amazing cafe and snack stand. They will also have adult beverages soon! With a downtown location, this place should bring some more fun to the city!

Nice to have a theater downtown again. It seemed a little expensive. We tried their chicken fingers, they were good but took a bit of time and werent delivered to seats so come early enough. New comfortable lounge seats.

Nice new theater right on main st buffalo. Found easy street parking half a block away and that was with Hamilton at Sheas, a show at Irish Classical and the Worlds Biggest Disco. Nice comfy reclining leather seats, clean, and they have a full bar.

The theater is nice, however the recliner seats are small and the tray table is functional, but make it hard to get out of when you have to get up. Security was in full effect, kinda made you feel like your being watched, like thieves, but I guess thats todays world. Kinda hard to find parking. But im glad that they are there.My sister did enjoy herself for get Birthday! I rate 4!

I loved how they remodeled everything thing only thing I don’t agree on is the liquor bar it’s should be a place for family and don’t have to worry about driving under the influence of alcohol With their children but other then that it looks really good and the staff are really nice

Arcade is like flying 1st class style... on a private jet. Plush oversized, heated, leather recliner seats with swing in table and cup holder. You have to experience it! I didnt fidget one time.

Love it! Seats are NOT narrow but if you do need the extra space, the arm lifts up to create a mini love seat AND theyre heated. Its a geeat addition to downtown and Main Street, specifically. The bar, reclining chairs, and just to stops down the metro from my apartment, perfect!
