First time there. Wide selection of craft beers, good food especially the pot roast sandwich with a generous serving of french fries

Have been to every other theater in this area but had avoided this place because of some news article Id seen many years ago and to say I was delighted by what I found would be an understatement. The seating was incredible and both of my friends were completely impressed by the recliners and the sound system of the theater we were in. What a great new find thats actually Central to everything! Loved that crazy candy machine too and the plentiful bathrooms!

Always love going to the movies here. Always clean. Like being able to pick your own seat and recline to where its comfortable for you. Plus having your own snack spot is nice when you get popcorn and dont want to have it in your lap you can set it down

Super nice theater. Recently renovated and is now probably the nicest theater in Buffalo. Seats are great. Projectors are throwing a clear picture and sound is surprisingly good

4.5 out of 5. Was pleasantly surprised! We had not been here in a while. This cinema has steadily improved over time. The staff was really friendly. Place was very clean. Comfortable recliner seats. We had a great time.

The Star Wars movie was exciting. There was an issue with a gift card balance. Jordan- a manager listened to the problem and quickly applied a solution. He was friendly and provided great customer service. Thank you for your assistance and positively ending our evening out.

Another spot that I have been coming to for atleast a good 10+ years now. Always been a good spot to go to... May be busy depending on when you go but thats a given if its the weekend or Tuesday when its discounted pricing. The area is usually clean and the newer seating and cosmetics are great!!! Staff is usually friendly and eager to assist you. I will recommend this theater to anyone who is looking for a nice time in the town and want to get away for a few hours on their off time..

Great movie time with family! Downside was the immature teenagers the entire time while watching a movie! They ended being real jerks when the movie ended, hit my seat with their bodies, threw a popcorn bucket at the back of my seat, and said “hope you had a great night, ma’am!” It was a very unpleasant event with my family and some kids around me!

Had a great time on $5.95 Tuesdays.

Great food and their friendly and fast

The theater itself is great. This is an older regal in WNY because I believe it was the companys first. However they have updated all the theaters so its a lot nicer now.The main problem is the clientele. I would avoid this place like the plague on weekend evenings and holidays. Afternoon shows and early matinees are fine though.

Always comfortable. Sometimes people just wont shut up -- but rudeness happens everywhere. Love the theatre.

Prices Are just right on Tuesdays. Had to sit in the front roll due to not rsvp and the movie being sold out which wasnt a problem. However my recliner didnt recline so i couldnt watch the movie. I lapped it with a friend which was uncomfortable.

Comfortable seating. Strongly suggest you sign up for Regal frequent attenders club and attend on Tuesdays for Best value. Also, AARP discount on tickets and snacks 7 days a week.

Reclining seats and trays. It was great. Always loved this Regal. It was worth the drive out there.

10/2/19 I came to this theater to see the movie IT with my kids who wanted to see it. The guy at the counter says i couldn’t bring my kids that were under 6 to see an rated R movie even though it says as long as the person who with the kids are over 21 which I’m in my mid 30’s. I will never come here & spend another penny, i went to a different regal who let me & my kids in with no problem

The seating is great, people are great. Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries for the movie, it was better than most fast food. One of the best theaters in the area, even among the other Regals. Make sure to check the Regal app for deals, rewards and movies you dont always see listed.

Listed start time at 10 pm...actually started movie at 10:27pm after several commercials and about 9 previews of coming movies. Waste of my time and the other 5 people Ii was with felt the same. No problem with 2 or ,3 previews, but they should shown before the listed feature start time.

I feel like theres always something wrong at this theatre. Bed bugs, rats, what have you.

Queen and Slim for 5 dollars was a good movie on date night Tuesday.

WONDERFUL movie experience for someone as a teen and adult...now senior who loves the movies....it is still just as I have kept in awe. Most of all the attendants and concession stand personnel was so very professional and nice to us old timers. Keep up the good WORK. It pays to be kind.

The seating was great but the experience of the armed security personnel was a bit unnerving. If your going to check people for guns, weapons etc. then you might want to get a metal dector instead. I do not imagine those guys ever find anything.

One of the nicest seating setups ever. The food trays are the best idea I have seen in a long time.

The theater is modern and comfortable. I like the reclining chairs and drink holder with retractable table. I thoroughly enjoyed the last movie I saw there.

$30 for a night at the movies... And they wonder why people dont go any more. Its $12 for a ticket, and then $8 for a bottle of water. Are you kidding me? The nice part is they have fancy recliners, however the acoustics were off which hampered the movie experience. It was almost as if the bass was turned down really low the sound was tinny and not the full audio you expect at a theatre. The place was clean and the bathrooms were tidy. The staff was pleasant as well. Overall a good experience hampered by corporate greed.

Godzilla(2019) was amazing! 10/10 would recommend and this place is really nice! They have a ticket machine and ths seats recline and have little trays to keep your snacks on so you dont have to balance your food on your lap

I was very upset at the price of a small bag of Twizzlers which wasnt even worth 5 bucks. I understand the cinema needs to make money but raising the price for candy when down da kind cost 3buck for large kind.

Great place to go get a movie for a date. Great place to take the kids for movie. They have a great Regal Crown Club that give you rewards and points for every movie that you see. The seating is very comfortable they have reclining chairs. Every time we have come it was very clean and very comfortable we had a great time. Tuesdays is one of the best days to go because if you have a crown Rewards Card the movies are only $6 and they have specials at the concession as well.

Love the 5$ Tuesday to see any movie you want just got to download their app I was able to take me and my 3 girls all for under 30$including popcorn an a drink heres a picture of me and one of my in the big comfy seats are they have

Great seats very comfortable and easy to get there from my house

Amazing food. They have a huge screen that you can see very clearly. The bathrooms are neat and are never very crowded. They have any movie that you would want to see and they most likely have them in 3D too. They have great times for the movies and it doesn’t take a while for the commercials to stop playing and I don’t even mind the commercials. Also, the seats are very comfortable and they recline, and all the workers are very nice.

This is not how I remember going to the movies. This is so much better, large comfortable recliners with a fold out tray to hold stuff. Very useful if you are bringing children who often want popcorn or pretzels but dont want to hold them. Concession prices are what you would expect, expensive, very expensive, $6 dollars for a bottle of water expensive. Be ready to refinance something if you want to see the movie and eat there, but it can still be fun.

They have reclining seats and you choose by yourself where you would like to sit.Not a bad seat in the whole theater!

I think there was only about six people in the theater so picking a seat was not a problem. I just love the roomy reclining seat. Good experience all around. I cant say enough on how clean the whole place was. Definitely have to say I will be back for more movie viewing.

Always see and enjoy the latest shows and found out that I saved a few bucks by seeing the matinee! I just found out that tickets for the Tuesday shows are only $5.95.Thats still a buck more than AMC, but good to know!

Best theater in buffalo to watch a movie, especially something you and other fans have been waiting for. You truly will not regret ur visit but i might not promise that when it comes to the twist of your movies.

When you first arrive the place has that old theater feel. When you get inside however its very modern. The lobby was clean and well maintained, the snack area was also very clean and well stocked. I absolutely love the seating in these theaters, powered reclining seats with foot rest. Big seats with plenty of room and pretty comfy. The sound was crystal clear and not over powering like some places. Picture was spot on. Definitely a great theater.

Comfy but uber expensive! Cost a dollar more for 2 small drinks and small popcorn than for 2 movie tickets. Seats were very comfortable, they recline with power and have swing arm table. Theater appeared clean. Great speaker sounds that accentuate explosion sounds. Clean well lit mens room. Enjoyable experience all in all. Have heard questionable security when warm weather and large younger crowds mix.

The best cinema experience in US so far for me. Seats were super comfortable with high recliner ability. Sound system was excellent with high base, which almost gave a 4D experience in action scenes. Didnt try out the snacks here but they seemed good visually.

Theatre is large with multiples screens and very comfortable recliner Lounge seats...However... Management does not place care of customer near top of mission...unimpressed with managements inability to do help the four concession representatives who were servicing over a dozen customers in each line.humble self asked for popcorn refill assistance and was sarcastically informed to get in back of line.I get it there is no cutting in line and we have all been there before hoping to grab a quick refill...but to have arrogant managers tell me she cannot go back there and help its not her job....well I wanted to spill my remainder popcorn kernels over her head. mom....oh yeah, and the **** screen kept blacking out.....WHERES MY MONEY!!!!!
