Great park for kids of all ages. There are two pavilions and plenty of parking spots. There is a walking path with exercise stops, a tennis court, sand volleyball pit, and a basketball court.

This park is really nice and has a walking path that is nearly a mile with a hiking/nature trail. Its located next to the river and has boat access. The geese are mean.

I love taking my kids to the park they do exercise and play nicely with other kids they make new friends every time we go

She loved the slides the little spaceship looking thing she got on the other animals the ride but they need Paint bad and the spaceship needs a little money put into the place. She enjoyed it though

This yr we just walked our Grandpuppy. It is always a good clean park! Looking forward to going back there with the Grandchildren!

The park is well maintained and has a wonderful playground for kids. The park is a really good place for families, kids, dogs and lots of fun can be found at all parts of the park. There are plentiful tables for picnics or games to be played on.

A great park for families of all sizes and people of all ages. Includes a smaller kids play area, an older kids play area, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, a walking/jogging trail and restrooms. There are also several covered pavilions that you reserve for a fee, or use for free if they arent reserved. Several large tables with seats are also located around the park. There is handicap parking and the park is largely wheelchair accessible.

Did not go to the park butwas near it. Looks like a fairly well kept park. Picnic tables for childrens birthday parties or family get togethers. Play/ Climbing equipment for kids constructed so its easier to keep an eye on your little ones. There are tennis courts and walk path with excercise stations adults of all ages.

This is a great neighborhood park with picnic covered areas, a walking jogging path and exercise stations. There is tennis and basketball. Enough room for soccer and flag football. There is a lot to see and do and plenty of parking as well as dog fountains and trash bags and cans for disposing of your dogs business.

Nice park, good variety of playground equipment. Shade and seating available for adults. There were a lot of bees around when I was there, but dont mess with them and they wont mess with you.

My friends and I routinely visit Coggin Park, its a great place to hang out often in an open space.Pros:- Generally is a safe place for kids to play.A good assortment of playground equipment, including;- climbing areas,- a playground for older and younger kids,- a walking path complete with workout area.Cons:Bathrooms; Ive found- pregnancy tests,- spaghetti in the toilet,- poop smeared on the wall; spelling out poop,- remains of what looked to be a meth pipe.Ill save you the rest of my cons.

Nice place for kids

While we were there 2 kids bikes were stolen! Its a very nice park, but Brownwood is a very high crime area. Make sure you lock up anything you value. We were there for at least 2 hours, and I didnt see a police car drive by one time to check on the kids.
