Just minor things here and there for improvement, but my kids love it. Great for 12 and under. I love kids can use the slide with life jackets and parents can either go with or wait in the pool area below. Huge bonus. Water is warm and perfect for swimming.Happy hour is swim area was great!There was one great lifeguard on Sunday, the rest did not even pay attention or had friends near their station and just visited. However, there are signs that say no lifeguard on duty. I would suggest the hotel find a system for the tubes as families waited for 25+ minutes as others lack consideration of others and would not give up a tube for families waiting.This is not the cleanest hotel, but not horrible. The swimming area locker rooms and drains were the worst.These are not deal breakers for us, we will return again.

Great hotel all around. The rooms are nice. Staff is friendly. The waterpark was didnt seem too crowded considering how busy it was. Only problem was there were only about 15 tubes for at least 200 people. What happened to all the tubes? You cant even go down the waterside without a tube. Laser tag was lots of fun. One problem is that there is only one elevator which is always crowded and always have a long wait. Three floors and hundreds of guests trying to use one elevator is not very ideal. Overall this was our second visit to this hotel and our experience was very wonderful

We had my sons birthday party here. For the most part everything was good. The only bad things they didnt have enough tubes and one of the women in the point redemption place by the laser tag was kind of rude to some of the kids. The pizza was very good and we did have mozzarella sticks that were very good as well.

Well its not clothing optional which is nice. The staff is friendly and lifeguards were babes that werent to much on rule enforcement so going down the waterslides was a blast. Had a blast with my 3&2 year old boys. Just hoot

Very fun place for the whole family!! Can spend all day here. Love that they allow day passes. It was a lot cheaper than we thought. Very nice and clean. Staff is friendly. The waterslides are HUGE! Stuff for bigger kids to do and little kids. Big bucket dumps water and all the kids run under it. So cute!!

Hotel and waterpark were as we expected. It was a nice get away for the night for a bit of fun. It isnt the biggest we have been to, but it was still nice. Our room was clean as well. We would stay here again.

I reserved a room this past winter and had to cancel due to bag weather. When I called to confirm this would be ok and Id not be charged, The first person I talked to said it would be no problem and they understood wanting to keep families safe etc. etc. I asked her if she was sure, because if I was going to be charged, Id just come a day early and stay during the snow storm instead driving in it. She said yes. When I called back to see why it had not been reimbursed the lady I talked to said they dont refund and didnt really sound like she cared. I asked her to get another manager to call me back to see what we could work out. She took down my name and number, and to this day I still havent heard anything.

Kids had a blast. So many things for them to do and yet relaxing for the parents.

Great water park. Has a little kids area, with a small water slide for them. Has a medium to large pool, lazy river, 2 hot tubs and 2 large water slides. This is a great place to take the family for a day of fun.

We always love coming to this water park. The kids had fun at the water park. I got my son and nephews a pass to the Lazer tag and they said they had a blast.

Best area water park for younger kids. They have a smaller body slide kids are able to go down themselves, the big dump bucket has a bell so you dont get soaked if you dont want to and there is a separate area that is just a pool which was nice. Life jackets are free to borrow. Life guards are present let, but not overbearing.

From the day they opened we have gone there only because they are the only place that has an adult only hot tub, it is not cheap to get in, but we thought it was worth it, we also buy our drinks and always eat there, so its at least 50.00$s my husband and I spend, but usually more. I dont think we will be going anymore as loud teenagers and adults bringing their kids into that hot tub, the upkeep as well is going down, the water fall has not worked in years, and I never realized plastic plants do die and they look terrible.

Had so much fun spending the day here with the family. Theres plenty to do, prices are fair and the kids never once complained about being bored. The waterpark was great family fun and had an adults only section which was nice to sneak away to while the kids entertained themselves. Would go back repeatedly!

My entire family enjoyed the water park. You could use a few more tubes with bottoms. It would also be nice if there were a pool for the littles.

This is a great place to take the kids and kids-at-heart. They have life jackets for children to use and have no end to the excitement.

The waterpark had nice warm water. The kids zone doesnt have an actual pool but that ended up being excellent for us, since we wanted to just let the kids play. My 4 & 6 year old had a blast going down the red slide together, 500 times.

When we got there the outside temp was -12. It was impressive how warm they kept the water park in the cold. The hot tubs were actually hot which was very nice. The kids area was very well set up. The slides were great for wearing the kiddo out.A few drawbacks of the place. Its not very big for the amount of people they let in. The lazy river and normal pool are very small. And they used wayyyyyy too much chlorine. For some reason the water was greasy? After getting out of the water you feel disgusting and even after a shower I still feel like I have just rolled in a 14 year olds face. My skin burns, my eyes burn, and my hair is matted down.They really need to fix whatever is in that water. But the rest of it is quite nice.

Got all day laser tag passes with waterpark access. Had a wonderful time.

I had six 11-12 year old boys. They had a blast with unlimited laser tag and waterpark. The pizza and pop that come with the package was a good amount. A few boys didnt eat breakfast so I was worried it would take more to feed these growing boys but we had leftovers. The staff was very friendly at the laser tag. The food doesnt open until noon.

Brought our kids here and called for price and seen online price matched. When we came we were charged another price. While swimming an adult woman took the time to tell my eight year old son to stay away from her kid and better not mess with her child. I told the crew leader and was told he was going to talk with her and let her know if it happens again she would be asled to leave. That never happen. I wish we would have tried the Paul Bunyan one instead now.

They were total life-savers for my daughters birthday! Every time my plans went awry, they worked with me with patience and flexibility to make my little girls say absolutely perfect. The staff are so very thoughtful! Also, the setup is excellent for being able to keep an eye on your kids while they burn off energy. =) Even if you dont live close by, this place is a blast and definitely worth the drive.

We stayed 2 nights in August of 2015. We had a very enjoyable time. Rooms were clean & updated, water park was a ton of fun for our 7, 6 & 1 yr old. We ordered a pizza from the pool snack bar & were able to munch while the kids splashed. The arcade was a nice distraction for big kids & husband while baby took a nap in the room with me. Nice breakfast choices too. We had a great time & the kids still talk about going back.

Nice, clean room with a huge bathroom. The water park was really great too. Decent size lazy river, really big hot tub, a couple of water slides that were pretty big, the park itself if big enough that quite a few people can be in there without it being crowded. The location is great with several restaurants close by.

There were three bears there. Cool experience talking to smokey.

Great hotel and waterpark for the price. We liked it better than the resort across the street. Been here a couple times during the week and has not been busy which makes going down slides quick. Our 4 and 6 year old love it. The laser tag also was a very fun option for our 6 year old. The bunk bed rooms were also a hit with our boys.

Ive been going here for years every Christmas break and Im little disappointed that the big bucket was not operating and seems place is slowly falling apart could use some work to get everything working properly again. Ill be looking for another place next year

The wait staff here are very friendly and go the extra mile for their guests. The water park is geared towards children, which is great as my five year really enjoyed herself. The breakfast buffet was bountiful and fresh. They served us omeletes, various cereals, yogurt, pancakes, muffins, bagels, and a couple different juices. Breakfast was served 6:30-930 am. Our room was very clean and individually climate controlled. I enjoyed being able to turn the heat on after coming back from the waterpark. If I could suggest an improvement I would recommend stronger drinks in the bar as my blended drinks were only one shot of white rum.

This place is fun when you can actually go. There has been multiple times that I have called and asked if they were open to the public and was told Yes we are. So I pack up the kids and drive from Little Falls and when we get there Im told Sorry theyre Not open anymore its Very frustrating and we will be going to Arrowhead from now on.

The park needs maintenance the water slides need to be smooth the park toys are broken the hoses are cracked so water doesnt come out of them on all of them The arcade half the games werent working and it says it prints out tickets when it doesnt

Wonderful family place. My kids had so much fun. Water park is fantastic. Laser tag is a blast. Pirates Cove down the road for great mini golf fun and go karts.

I love this place the staff are amazing. I love the water park. The breakfast is pretty good.

There was 2 life gards they were both males and were on there cell phones an awful lot. The one guys shirt said supervisor and was on his phone. Waited over an hour for the food I ordered. We ordered 1 cheese pizza and cheese curds. The cheese curds were over cooked and then they sat out for 15 minutes befor they were given to me. We will probably go to a different waterpark in the area from now on.

The waterpark is incredible, offering a wide variety of activities and attractions. There are slides, a lazy river, hot tub, pool, and massive fort for kids to play in. The main attraction, however, is the massive bucket that fills slowly, and periodically dumps over everybody in the pool below. Highly recommended, especially for events like kids birthday parties.

It closes pretty early so I didnt get much time to enjoy it, but the pooh bear lazy river was nice.

Great place to bring your kids. They even provide lifejackets which I wish I would have known before buying one. So hope this helps

Horrible! Over 20$ a person for not very much! And after paying over 80$ for 4 of us to go swimming I asked if I could bring food in instead of paying 15$ for a pizza and 4$ a drink I got told I absolutely could do that. So I left got pizza and brang it back we ate and 2 hours later the cook came out to our table and started cussing at us that we werent allowed to have that $*** in there and there were signs everywhere. (Theres one! In the whole place!) For a family oriented place that man should not be working there! The people sitting right next to us also had outside food and he didnt say a thing to them... Super disrespectful. Totally not worth the money! I would go to the zoo first!

Good accommodations. Great food. Awful service!2 nights in each restaurant and both times were pathetic as far as service. Thankfully the food made up for it but it certainly didnt disminish the frustration.Im not sure if it was the waitstaff or the kitchen that caused the problem, regardless waiting over an hour for an appetizer or half hour for a check was stupid!Oh and we got out salads after our meal....Bring your own food and drinks and youre fine.

Laser tag here is probably one of the most fun things ever

Check in was easy, the room was well accommodate . . The water park was clean and fun for the kids. . Not to packed. . Kinda weird since it was the weekend. . Im sure this place can get busy and on the weekends they are closed to the public i was told. Definitely call ahead as they seem a little bit unorganized. Did not eat at the restaurant so cant comment on that.

BE CAREFUL!!! WATCH YOUR KIDS!!!1) watched a lifeguard, who’s responsibility is to watch kids swimming, WASHING OFF TABLES AND CHAIRS! So they have double duty as pretend lifeguards and custodial staff!2) at the top of the water slide, I watched a 2-3 year old sit on the lap of a 5-8 year old (ON A SINGLE RIDER TUBE), get sent down the slide by a lifeguard that looked like she was 15-6. BEFORE THE TWO GIRLS WERE THROUGH THE SLIDE AND ENTERED THE POOL, the lifeguard said to me ‘you can go’. I said, ‘no, I’ll wait a bit’3) with a packed indoor water park, at no time did they empty the pools, stop the slides, blow any whistle to have all children accounted for.4) RUST EVERYWHERE!!!!! SHARP EDGES EVERYWHERE!!!!WOW!!! COMPLETELY UNSAFE AND NOT FOLLOWING SAFETY REGULATIONS!BEWARE!!!! WATCH YOUR KIDS! LIFEGUARDS HERE DO NOT!!! THREE BEARS INDOOR WATERPARK DOES NOT FOLLOW OSHA SAFETY REGULATIONS!!!!

Weve taken the kids the last 2 Easters and we really like it... Let us check-in at 1:00. My only complaints would be its very loud at night. Kids running up & down the hallways but thats kinda on the parents. All in all will be coming back for sure

Waterpark is ok. Dont expect the life guards to actually do their job. Your safety means nothing to them. Also no structure so random abandoned innertubes floating in the tiny lazy river. I would only come back if it was super slow due to safety issues. And like I said THE LIFEGUARDS ARE THE WORST!!!!! YOUD HAVE BETTER LUCK LETTING A BLIND AND DEAF PERSON WATCHING OVER YOUR LIFE

Lazer tag was my kids favorite attraction, some of the machines in the arcade were broken and others did not have much for prizes (claw machines etc) and ticket prizes were slim to none. Rooms werent very clean and the drinks were really expensive for the amount you got. All in all the kids had fun, just think it was a lot of money for the amount we got out of it.

Couldnt check in until 1.5 hours after they claim you can check in. They didnt seem to care at the front desk! We were lucky to get in that early there were several people behind us that didnt get in that early!! Will never come back again!

Yesterday was our third year in a row, fourth year total, spending the day at Three Bear Waterpark with our community churches (with about 100 youth & leaders). It has been WONDERFUL working with Nicole organizing this event every year and just an awesome experience overall. Thank you to all the lifeguards, laser tag employees, concession stands employees, front desk employees and a HUGE THANKS TO NICOLE!Also, shout out to the lady who was cleaning up the hotels breakfast and told me where the coffee was yesterday. Wish I caught her name. She was one of the kindest & sweetest ladies who wished me a great day after I got my coffee. :)THANK YOU HOLIDAY INN & THREE BEAR WATER PARK! :) Our 6th-12th graders had a blast taking a day to be kids and play in the water!

When me and my mom went here (or at least tried to) they said that the water park was closed to the public even though there website said that the water park was open. This place is a disgrace to the state of Minnesota. Don’t Go Here.

Very disappointed! It was very fun for all of us but was a huge let down by staff. Front desk staff was crabby and VERY RUDE. No respect crabby attitude and very disrespectful. No life guards watching kid pools and when you found a life guard they were laughing and joking with each other not even watching the pool.We often stay at hotels but I dont think we will come back here. HUGE LET DOWN. Think they should have a training on respect.

No towels for water park all afternoon and evening, lifegaurds were not very friendly to our kids. Place was clean and a good breakfast.

Very large water park, my 3 year old was a little intimidated by the huge playground. Thankfully there are little geysers around that he splashed in. We didnt even get to the waterslides or lazy river.

Get what u pay for. Abit on the high side but is worth it. Comes with water park passes. Nice hotel room but wasnt as nice as the lodge hotel across the street. But the 3 bears water park is way better than the paul bunyan water park. Had a kid version slide that was awesome for the kids. My kids had a blast. 7,5,3 years of age. I Recommend this water park for a mini vacation. But if u are on a budget then go to the lodge across the highway.
