Very clean - not much litter found by our Pik-e.com litter pickers this weekend. This premiere downtown park has nice trails, an off-leash dog park, and great historic buildings along the waterfront. The kayak rentals are something I would like to take advantage of in the near future.

Great place for a nice walk and run. It also connects with sammamish river trail for cycling. Parking is very limited and often gets busy during sunny and warm days. Restrooms are very well maintained. Play area for kids is small but good when there are not many playing around.

One of our favorites - normally (without Covid rules) the place ground is great, has bathrooms and a drinking fountain, decent parking and lots of walking...including the Burke Gilman trail across the bridge. As of this review - the new bridge is up (but not open) and the old bridge is removed. No way across unless you head east a block and cross over on the road/bridge. We love our local park!

Nice beautiful place. We usually go there with family and friends as starting point for hike/bike.These days the bridge over Sammamish river is under construction so youll need to take a little detour to get to the burke-Gilman tral which is not bad. There is a little dog park as well which makes the parking a bit tight in the afternoon/evening. There is a little over flow parking but entrance is few hundred feet towards east.

I really like this park. Not only does it have childrens playground but also nice walking paths by the river and plenty of space to lay down on your blanket and have a picnic or a barbecue. Its very relaxing and the air smells so fresh when walking into the area with many trees.

Grassy areas all around, large jungle gym with swings, and leads to the running trail that goes through the trees. Also, quick walk across the street to an ice cream shop, coffee shop, and numerous restaurants. Fun place to visit with my 5 year old when we need some air.

The park looks amazing, but I could not find parking for the dog park. The parking lot looks to fit compact cars only. This was very difficult to navigate the one-way street and narrow parking lot in a truck. I did not get to even check out the park.

Park has 2 adult and 2 baby basket type swings and lots of open area. It has other standard park/playground equipment as well.It leads to trails (walking/biking) that go all through the area and some trails that will eventually lead into Seattle. There is a kayak rental place (seasonally) and launch area if you have your own.Fun little park, can spend 5 min or 5 hours here. There are bathrooms and I think water fountains. The bathrooms have been open as late as 10pm, but unsure of actual hours.

It would be 5 stars if they did something about the parking. It’s always been horrible. Hard to turn around. The extra parking is down the highway and then when you leave that parking area you can only drive one direction and fight traffic to get over and turn around or get on freeway. Otherwise the playground is nice. Trail is good. Water scenery is fun for kids and peaceful. Connects to Burke Gilman trail.

Cool little spot as a jump off point for a walk along the bike path toward either Seattle or Redmond. Typically easy to get a parking spot, the bathrooms are open in the morning and clean (bonus).
