It is a good well rounded park. BBQ shelter. Volleyball area. Bring your own net. Disc golf course. Kids playground. Kayak launch area. Bicycle dirt path or access to paved bike skate trail. Bathrooms. And good parking lot. Big grass area too. Watch out for flying discs in some areas!

So on september 7th this park had a social gathering near 100 people with probably 40 children present playing all over the playground. Not one person with a mask. Despite local, state, and federal warnings this was the location of a very dangerous gathering.

Large green park with lots of easy trails for biking and hiking, big trees and pretty waterway. Kids play area, pavilion and picnic tables with restrooms near the parking area. As of the date of this posting, 7/31/20, the play area is closed due to Covid-19 concerns and there is construction in progress in the front parking area which blocks of some entries to paths and limits parking.

The riverside is idyllic. I enjoy the trees along the trail, too. Signage could be better. Plus a trailhead for a major bike trail could use a couple of bike pumps.

Beautiful little Riverside Park providing shaded grassy areas with picnic shelters. It also sports the Howling Coyote disc golf course. 10 holes, most with tight approaches, it meanders up and through a woods, making it a mix of nature hike and sporting challenge in one.

This is a nice, well-maintained park for walking on a variety of paved and boardwalk trails. Theres a clean playground thats great if you have little kids. Ive been here several times and have never had any bad experiences with car break-ins or sketchy characters. Its located near a variety of food places in Bothell, also.We rented a two-person sit-in kayak for $33 for FIRST hour (after tax) from WhatsSup rentals there. We wouldve gone for another hour but had somewhere else we had to go next. The staff was friendly and helpful. Its definitely rent another kayak here this summer.

A hidden GEM! I love this park! Its big, has so much running around space for kids! I don’t know what the name of the game is, but there are poles with chains where you fling frisbees at them and this pole and chains catches them. And if you are in the mood for hiking, which is what we did, its a beautiful trek up the mountain! We didn’t make it all the way up because my dad was tired! But my kids loved it! It was a victorious trek! There is also access to the river if you want to kayak! There are shelters and picnic tablesAll around! Love it!!!

Beautiful park in Bothell. There is walk-on access to and view of the Sammamish slough, a large playground, a disc golf set-up, a short trail into the woods and the former Wayne golf course and flat grassy ground for playing frisbee, soccer and other activities.Plenty of picnic tables, two large shelters (one of which has a fireplace), lots of parking and clean toilets for park visitors. We had the added bonus of a mama and young deer sighting!

Great disc golf course! Clean park and clean bathrooms. Always come across friendly dogs and people! The disc course is called bowling coyote, it’s about 11 baskets I believe with one bonus. The course takes you a little into the woods too which is nice. Sometimes in the area that used to be a golf course people will set up their own baskets.

Great park for whole family. They have a playground for the kiddos. Full sun so not great on the hot days but otherwise it’s a good playground. There is an open field and Stairs down to the lake. Grandmothers, mom and six year old grandson had a lovely picnic lunch under the trees. We tried to find the trails but instead had our six year old screamed at by disc golf players when we inadvertently walked into course. We tried to pass by but the players yelled at us to get out. This is a park with people have right of way even on the course. The course takes up the majority of the park with most of the park devoted to it. There is only one sign that shows where the course is and we didn’t see it when we parked. Our six year old grandson was still disturbed about his experience the next day. Signs should be places that say pedestrians not allowed or do not walk near or on the course placed next to the playground.
