We wanted to go for a cruise in Boston and drove to the harbour. We quickly bought tickets and we were ready for our boat ride. The sun was out and the weather was amazing. It was a gorgeous day to be out and about. We ventured out to the open sea as well which was quite an amazing feeling. Whale watching was quite special. The summer shandy was refreshing.

My boat was cancelled, but I was informed three times by email well ahead of time. Upon arrival, someone approached me, asked if I were going to P-Town, and showed me the way to the backup coach bus. (Also, for extra credit, one of the employees was a snack.)

We took the historical tour and really enjoyed it. Good to do an attraction in Boston that isn’t all about 1750-1850. Lots of interesting stories and anecdotes about how the city was developed. Bearing in mind that 75% of the city is man-made, there was lots of very interesting info.Boat was a nice size with plenty of seats, indoors was very warm and there’s a fully stocked bar that’s not too expensive as well. The toilets were clean.

We did a Boston Harbor tour this time. It was 45 minutes and was not cheap ($27 each I think). It covered some interesting sights but in all honesty we though the island cruise which we did was far better as it covered many of the same sights plus loads more.

Sunset cruise was alright. It is a tourist attraction and does give some nice facts about Boston. I would not recommend it if you had already seen the city up close and personal. It does provide a nice perspective from the water. The cruise lasted about 90 minutes and ended with a canon blast from the USS Constitution which will definitely wake you up! Tickets are $35ish each. There is a snack bar on board with reasonably priced items. Bathrooms are also on the boat.

Went for a whale watching cruise. Overall it was a great experience. We saw multiple whales with one very close encounter, the staff is very knowledgeable, loved the narration. The trip is about 4 hours and we also went to the aquarium afterward. Two tips though:My wife got seasick and was not able to enjoy the trip as much. So be prepared if you are susceptible.I want to get some good pictures so I was out on the deck all the time and only to realize I got sunburnt afterward. So some sunscreen should help.

We went whale watching and saw a whale (actually saw a couple but we only stopped for one as the crew missed it on the way back. Two complaints: first, when whale watching in Puget Sound and Glacier Bay the Captains cut their engines and kept a distance so as to not disturb the whales. It almost seemed like we were harassing them. Second, they always swung the boat around pointing the bow towards the whale. Problem is that has the least room for watching. It would be much better to allow passengers to view from the side where there is much more room.

If you plan on traveling to take the whale watch cruise...save your time and money. There is a chance (as happened with us today) that you will travel out 40 minutes to hear that they are turning the boat around. The reasoning given was that they were afraid of people getting seasick!! Unbelievable. Book with another company, go elsewhere, just stay away from this joke of a company. Complete waste of time. Spent 4 hours driving, a hotel room, overnight parking, and to top it off my...this was a trip for my girlfriends bday, she has always wanted to see a whale. Completely frustrated and dissapointed!

This cruise was really boring, to be honest, and is not worth the price. You literally just sit there for 90 minutes and the guide talks for maybe 30 of those minutes. At first you wonder how theyre going to fit so many people on one boat, but they have very big boats, so it doesnt feel crowded. Please do listen to the crew if they give a warning for rough weather though. We ended up with a lot of people throwing up. If you suffer from motion sickness it might be better not to go. Had a great time on the booze cruise with my entire office. The staff was very friendly, the drinks weren’t too crazy expensive, and the views were great. What drops it from a 5 to a 4 would be the lack of standing and seating space outside on the back deck. They had this giant coffee table that wasn’t used but took up a large amount of the deck space. Overall though, very fun experience and I am really looking forward to going back.

We utilize this service for a whale watching cruise out of the Boston Harbor next to the aquarium. The staff themselves are very nice and extremely knowledgeable on Wells and whale watching, especially in this area. Ticket prices are on par for something that we would expect to this, and the quality of the ship was very similar to other types of cruises around various other cities. The ship itself was in adequate shape, however, theres only two bathrooms and they were less than on par. The cruise itself was about an hour long until we got to the point where we are overall the experience was really fun and I would definitely recommend anybody do that if they have never seen anything like this before.
