This place is great! We went for their Monday morning Toddler Time and and tons of fun. The place is clean, the staff was nice and helpful, and theres even a section for adults only to jump and see their toddler through safety netting. Theres also a section open on other days off the week for American Ninja Warrior type fun

We went for the Holiday Glow Night. It was advertised as a special themed event. Unfortunately there was no theme, nothing holiday about it. There was no difference from any other night.....I wouldnt recommend paying for any special events because that was def false advertising. OTHER than that....the kids had a very good time, and it wasnt crowded. The employees were all friendly and helpful. When one of the girls slammed a basketball off of the other ones face, ice was immediately brought over! I would go back. The only other issue we had....a man that was there with his kids pushed one of mine up the obstacle wall and she couldnt get down as the only way is to slide down a full height fire pole and she is six.....she was crying and staff had to rally, and eventually send someone up for her. Not the fault of Skyzone but maybe post something so adults with little common sense know better? I am not sure how else that could have been avoided. He was just standing there and pushed her up. Anyways, kids are resilient and they did have a blast.

Staff wasn’t very accommodating or helpful. I over purchased socks and they couldn’t figure out how to refund the “extras”, and I waited in line 3 separate times for issues/misunderstandings relative waivers. It was definitely a, “figure it out yourself cuz I have no interest in helping you” attitude.

We had our kids birthday party here, and it was a wonderful time. Terrance, Anthony, and Abreya went above and beyond to help us and all the kids and parents for the entire 3 hours. I had doubts that SkyZone could keep 20 kids entertained for that long, but honestly, the kids could have been there longer. Everyone had a blast. Highly recommend!

Personally this place is just to small compared to all other parks I have been too. We paid and my daughter and her cousin didnt even Juno because there were no squares available for them to jump as it was to crowded and the again, the space for actual jumping is just WAY to limited. On the other hand it does have a run up the wall and little jungle gym obstacle course which was cool. But for me today was just a waste of 40 bucks, stayed for 15 minutes as my kids just couldnt get themselves to be happy about the space they had to jump.

This is the WORST trampoline park Ive ever been to - and Ive been to numerous parks in different states. DO NOT waste your money here!! The toddler area is a JOKE, and they will not let your toddlers anywhere else in the park. The staff was incredibly rude to our kids and to us. They have an obstacle course that no one can complete, so our older kids were just incredibly frustrated. They tried to complete it different ways, but every time were told they couldnt do that etc. Also, my kids were so frustrated that we couldnt jump with them. If youre looking for a fun, family activity, steer clear of this place! They literally had a rule for EVERY little thing. I am a huge safety freak, but this was absurd. We were incredibly disappointed with this place ️️️

This was the worst place I’ve ever been. It’s a disgrace. It was understaffed, and the staff that were there were mean. It’s very small and squished. It’s is not well planned out, so you sometimes have to wait an hour to play something. Little kids are crying everywhere, and it’s sad. The food is overpriced, and they rake in money. You can’t jump with Launch socks or anything. You have to pay like 3-5 dollars for socks, and if you are over 7 years old, it’s no fun because little kids get the run of the place and you can’t jump without almost or sometimes even bumping into them by accident. Never go here. Go to the one in Everett or Westborough, but not this SkyZone.

***UPDATE*** I wanted to add a quick note to update my review of SkyZone Boston. I took the customer service team up on their offer to follow up after posting my review. I was honestly very impressed with Colleens response. She and her team took the time to reach out to their staff that was on location the day of our event and also spent time on the phone discussing my experience and addressing each and every one of the issues I noted in my review. I continue to stand behind my initial statement that everyone Ive dealt with at SkyZone has been kind and respectful. I felt that Colleen took my comments seriously and did what she could to help address things after seeing my review. I appreciate it very much and look forward to giving SkyZone Boston another try.We had my sons birthday party at Sky Zone. Although the facility and staff on-site were nice, and I would consider bringing my kids to an open jump here, I would NOT recommend it for parties. The day-of staff were very nice, but were disorganized on the day of. They held up a group of antsy kids on bleachers near the entrance for over 20 minutes of party time while they dealt with software issues and searched for signed waivers in their software (despite watching parents complete them at kiosks right in front of them). The kids had to line up and jump into the foam pit one and a time, which is fine in small groups, but takes a LONG time for 18 antsy toddlers - there should be a way to split the group so kids arent standing around bored. After the kids were moving into the jump area, I was asked whether the staff could change the theme based on an event held earlier in the day, despite having confirmed the party theme the day before the party. I called twice during the planning process to see if someone could help me accommodate a childs food allergy and no one got back to me; I finally tracked someone down and SkyZone did not offer an alternative or a solution, but simply said I could bring in outside food for $50. The add-on food options that were offered were low-quality and overpriced. (We opted for a fruit platter - the stop and shop fruit platter they dropped on the counter that day wouldve cost me under $10 had I bought it in-store or elsewhere, but I was charged $30 and the fruit was not good.) The beverages which were supposed to be included in the package were not provided until I tracked someone down to bring them into the party room. Also, they ran out of forks and spoons. (Try eating cake with no utensils!) At the end of the day, Id say the facility was great and ideal for parties, the outside vendors for pizza and cake are awesome, the staff on-site was truly nice, the tools to have a great event are all present, but the process is a mess and lead to a stressful couple of hours for the parents and guests! To top it off, I got an email from the owner asking that I complete a survey, never got the survey, and got no response when I reached out via email.

Pros: Four different activity stations. Good dodgeball on trampolines. Reasonable jump time prices. Lots of parking. Bathrooms are convenient to jump area.Cons: Bad signage. Waiver process is long and cumbersome. Launch is a bit bigger and has more trampoline area, but Sky Zone is less busy.Call ahead to make sure they arent booked. Save you socks for repeat visits.

The only thing I dont like about this place is that they keep all kids under five in a ridiculous little area away from the rest of the trampolines. Weve been to other Sky Zones where the little kids are separate but still get to do more and be closer to the action. Here its really difficult to bring your three or four year old when your older kid as a birthday party. Other than that, its great the kids loved it. And I love it.

My experience was horrible. i wouldn’t recommend going to that location. they are understaffed, which made it hard to do anything. because you needed a staff to jump. i paid full price for 5 tickets for 2 hours, and they have me 4 tickets and a chaperone ticket which made the 5th person unable to jump. we went back to ask for it to be changed and they gave us a hard time and wouldn’t. three of the staff were socializing the entire time, not supervising or paying attention. so again i wouldn’t recommend going there. horrible location. if i could’ve given 0 stars i would.

Came here for a friends childs birthday party. Lots of waivers to get in the door. Different trampoline areas are zoned and kids have to stick to the zone assigned. Parents have to pay to bounce or can watch for free as their kids bounce under the watchful eye of polo-shirted employees. Everything seemed timed to the minute, so we had precisely two hours for bouncing and pizza party. The kids had fun! No complaining when it was time to leave though.Warning: trampolines and loud music are the only forms of entertainment here, no video games or concessions, and there did not seem to be much in the way of neighboring businesses.

The manager Nicole said her systems was down, and she wasnt able to take a payment. But I tried to explain to her the host told me I could use the coupon for 30 minutes for free,I went as far as to explain Im not driving and I paid $30 in Lyft to bring my son here.Nicole customer service wasnt good at all she was totally unempathic to the fact I paid that much money to even get there. And I honestly was only going off of the information her employees gave me. That is not how you should treat a person. Or a customer, her approach was totally wrong.

Okay first things first this is a very fun place for kids and is a great exercise but the workers are rude as hell! Excuse my language but they have terrible customer service and i have never seen workers at basically a place for children so darn rude! The workers feel as if they can talk to the people that come to jump any type of way and i noticed that they are very rude to children, one of them made my little nephew very sad and then when i tried to speak to a manager they were no where to be found. Also the workers use very disgusting language in front of the children.
