My child truly enjoyed playing in your playroom. The staff was very accommodating and kind to us. They even assist my son in playing in their stuff. Also, the room was a very good place to feel comfortable and have fun. We were greatly pleased with this playroom. It was all worth it and satisfying. We will be back soon!

Perfect spot on a cold or rainy day. Kids love it, parents will survive it and all will be happy afterwards. Clean facilities. Lots of jumping, sliding playing options for all ages. Good for BD parties too. Parking available.

A lot of fun! We loved all the slides and the pit of foam cubes for jumping. My husband lost his wallet in the cubes though, so empty your pockets before jumping. (The staff was wonderful and found the wallet for us!)

So much fun for all ages! We attended a birthday party for about 40+ people, in every age bracket, and all had a great time! The only challenge was trying to squeeze that many people comfortably into the party room for the cake-everyone was stepping on each other because we couldnt get around.

Great place for 4 year old birthday party! Great assortment of bounce houses, slides, climbing wall, foam pit, foosball, dodgeball, etc. We selected the 1.5 hrs party and it was a good length of time. We could bring in most of our own food and they provide helpers to set up/ clean up. The kids had a blast and there is plenty of room for adults to join in or just watch.

The kids were so excited when I brought them here. We had a great time and will be back soon. Hopefully theres new attractions there by then

Great place for both kids and adults. Been bringing my boy here dor 2 years off and on. Staff is friendly and place is nice and clean.I suggest you look at there web site to check for open sessions. Google is not correct on what time they open and when they are closed.

This is basically what it is described as a bouncy house for kids. It is mostly used for parties on the weekends and it is very assembly line orientated. One could like that or just like it but it really does run efficiently. And kids loved the place!

This was our second time visiting Jump On It for a little kids birthday party. Adult and children can have fun here. The staff was amazing as we entered the birthday party room they served pizza and cake to everyone so they dont didnt even have to get up. It was pretty awesome. I would say that they would need some new equipment because its been the exact same for 2 years.

My daughter had a great time. More geared for 5+ yr olds.

Its quite good but its mostly inflatables. Definitely want to be there when both gyms are open, so you might need to call. You can get a groupon for it.

I have to say they have the most helpful attentive staff.

Very annoying Zero stars, we come from afar and when we arrive the receptionist tells us that the place is closed to the public because they have a private party. There is no notice on their social media, nothing. Dont waste your time. They should publish when they have the place closed.

I booked a birthday party for my son. Both adults and children had a blast. Large facilities, a lot of rooms for children to run around. Stuffs are very helpful. I forgot to buy drinks and they are able to accommodate me at last minute. I will definitely go again with my son.

We had a birthday party here. The pros include convenience. They do take care of most of the things. Both the children and adults had fun. The facility is reasonably well maintained. However, there was a significant delay in start time pushing everything back by over 20 minutes. Not sure if this is common.

A bit far from public transportation. Indoor nice place for event. It does smell like rubber I think the ventilation can be better. Very affordable !!!

We attended a birthday party here. The kids had a great time. The staff didnt look very happy or acted very friendly, they all looked exhausted. Still, overall it was a pleasant experience.

This is a very good, safe and fun place for indoor parties especially ages 3-7.

Been here several times. The bouncy houses are starting to really show their age and I had to tell the staff to make it so the room wasnt 80 (in the summer!). Their response? Itll take a while to cool off anyway. Then they shut the few arcade games off before closing and no one could use them. Pretty sad place, if you ask me.

Kids Had a great time, but aids were not around and there was no aparent security.. Aids almost threw the food at the kids and had sour faces. Parking no where near enough.

Attended several parties here and the experience is well run and very nicely organized. The bouncy houses are well maintained and clean and we always have fun at parties here. The rental space where food and cake is served is on the smaller side

Fun place. Most weekends its booked for parties. Open hours are subject to availability especially on weekends. Kids under or close to 4 may not enjoy it as much. To avoid friction burns have the kids wear long sleeve shirts and pants/ tights. The compressor s are in the play area and not sound dampened so it does get a loud. Staff are helpful.

Fun place for winter birthdays kids 3 to about 9 yes old.. only thing I dont like is the fast pace, like cattle being led along from one room to the next. Clean, fun, safe, my kids love it, easy birthday if you dont want to plan it. It starts and ends EXACTLY on time!! Quick 2 hr Bday.

My kids love this place

I was so excited to take my 4 years old. The day we went was empty which was good for my little one. She got to use all the stuff without waiting.She had so much fun.However, the equipments were a little dirty. I saw so much hair and chunk of dust. Also some of them were didnt work properly.I had to plug in the air hockey machine myself. The air gun thing didnt work.I was expecting the place to be like I saw on YouTube video that was posted on Groupon web. It was very far from that video.

Unfortunately, this is not a place I will take my kids to again. We went there for a birthday party. The place was dirty and noisy, and felt like an in-and-out birthday factory. The staff, while hard-working, was not particularly accommodating to special requests, even though they could have easily done it. The air quality is awful. And many kids are really not into bouncy houses, and so for them, it was not a fun party.

Summer program took a group of international students and staff really engaged them with workouts and warm-ups. Great experience and helpful staff!

This is a very fun place for kids. Screaming, running, and jumping are allowed and encouraged. Inside there are two rooms with big inflatable play structures and a room or two for birthday parties. They run a pretty structured operation which works smoothly to get the kids in to play time and out for cake time. In my experience parties are 1.5 hours divided equally between play room one, play room two, and room with table for eating (birthday cake, etc.). I have only been here to bring my kid to birthday parties, so I cannot comment on any available open play hours. I can tell you that there is NOTHING to do for adults but converse awkwardly about what line of work youre in or some other thing. But tough it out, because youre there for your kid and they will have fun.

For a germ fest full of screaming kids, they do a pretty good job managing parties. Kudos.

For my cousins party,we went here. We had to wait two hours, still not having the party. Then we had to do the cake in the lobby, because we still had no service. So after the cake we left and went to launch instead.A very horrible experience for my cousins birthday, she was sad but was finally happy when we went to launch
