Definitely recommend this wedding venue. Jessica assisted us Saturday during my cousins wedding and we absolutely cannot say enough about her customer service! She mad our whole day so much better. Thank you Jessica! This venue is beautiful and so accommodating. HIGHLY recommend!!

Very charming. We took the tour and also enjoyed an exquisite lunch. If you dont feel like taking the tour, you must visit the restaurant for lunch. The food is outstanding! You can walk the grounds after lunch. The staff is extremely friendly. I look forward to trying out the spa on my next visit.

I cant speak for every massage therapist there, but as for Olivia...FIVE STARS PLUS. She is a healer. I have had many massages at some of the top spas in the world and she is fantastic. I had a deep tissue massage. She asked thoughtful questions and her instincts are amazing. I left feeling like true healing work had been done on my body. Would highly recommend.Also, the facilities and grounds are spectacular. The calming experience begins when you step foot on the property. They provide all the amenities from a steam room and sauna, outdoor quiet garden, to flavored water and plush robes and sandals.

We shot a wedding at this venue earlier this year and enjoyed it so much! It was a gorgeous venue and the tree where the ceremony took place was amazing! Highly recommend!

Dinner menu is a set menu & prices with limited choices plus it was extra for other choices on the set menu! Portions size was quite small, chocolate dessert was not worth the calories and no tea or coffee offered. Guitar player was great however, it was short as he was gone before we finished dinner. The salad was good, grounds are pretty and the experience of the property was enjoyable in a nice relaxing setting with the gardens. I would come back for lunch only.

To have your expectations surpassed is a rare thing to happen and hats off to Cindy and Jessica for making this happen.Their professionalism coupled with we can do this attitude made the whole experience of dealing with them very enjoyable.Wether your just having a meal , spa treatments or like us planning a large wedding celebration then look no further.Beautiful place with great people.

I had my wedding here and Cindy was great to work with and very accommodating with some last minute changes. My family and guests enjoyed this venue, another plus is that its great for pictures/videos.

Cindy is amazing! She was there every step of the way with helping organize my wedding. She guided me through many options without overwhelming me and helped when I had a hiccup with a vendor and her staff stepped in on short notice. Her experience, organization and prompt email response time made planning my wedding a breeze. I could not have had a perfect wedding day without her help. Shangri La will forever be a magical place to both my husband and me. A million thank yous will not be enough for the staff here, however here is one more: THANK YOU!

Went there today with friends to have lunch. We all enjoyed our meals. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. Grounds are very nice, a peaceful place to walk around after lunch. Would certainly go there again.

Such a cool place. Great energy and history. The trees are magnificent and I especially love the mermaid statue at the spring. Excellent organic food and events. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates historical places and holistic health.

Beautiful place. We spent the afternoon filming a tango movie. It is a beautiful place with outdoor space on the edge of a stream. The exquisite decoration a mixture of Chinese objects, and oriental furniture. A restaurant operates in the back. They have a part with a bar where you can have drinks. It is a beautiful historic place in Bonita Spring, near Naples.

This place has beautiful grounds and buildings. Guest rooms are still under renovation. The spa is open daily. Once a month they host an evening of Art and Nature with live art, live music, mini spa treatments, and organic beer and wine.

This place is amazing such a beautiful and jaw dropping location - I filmed a client doing an event in the hexagonal room and man I can’t wait to go back to check this place out. I had my wedding here and it was amazing place to have a wedding! It was cheaper on a Sunday and I had my reception at Deromos because the cost of catering at Shangri La was quite expensive.

Beautiful, charming location for a special event. We had a group of 65 people for dinner. The octagon room was a perfect fit with nice lighting and proper noise level. Staff attitude was very positive and attentive. They solved every last mn problem we created with speed and efficiency. I would highly recommend the venue. I am also waiting for the opening of their new restaurant. It should be fantastic.

Made reservations of 4 for lunch. They had a self serve buffet that Wednesday. All food is organic. Fruits & vegetables are grown on premise. Soup & dessert are created (hand made)in kitchen. A small gift shop with unique jewelry & clothing is located inside main entrance also. After lunch we walked grounds, pool, spa, ball room & rental cottages. Elizabeth Taylor & other celebs had stayed there many moons ago.

Performed a wedding ceremony at this place. What a nice surprise this venue is. Set in the heart of downtown Bonita Springs, this beautiful place allows you to celebrate your special occasion in whatever style you would like.The Gazebo out back makes for the perfect wedding ceremony. The trees also offer perfect shade even during the hottest summer days.The bride and groom chose to have their reception outdoors. It was so lovely seeing all the tables set so tastefully. I would highly recommend Shangri-La Springs for your next catered affair.

Excellent venue for any event, but especially great for weddings.Historical hotel, with a dining room. Beautiful landscaping, with a pool area, long room and a octagon shaped room. Gazebo for ceremonies, amazing giant Banyan trees, a natual mineral spring, and creek. Its a one of a kind event location unlike any other venue!!!

Beautiful grounds! Stopped by the spa and had the most helpful and fun experience! Taylor took care of me and she was so knowledgeable and professional. She helped me select the right facials for my skin type. She really knows how to provide great customer service. Michelle did my facial and she is AMAZING!! Definitely the best spa experience I have ever had.

Really nice venue. We have art music events here. Beautiful gardens. You have really nice restaurant featuring organic food which the grow on site. You pretty cool gift shop a local crafts and art. Its a historic old hotel very cool. So you beautiful trees on the grounds.

Beautiful and peaceful property. The therapists are very skilled and personable. Great amenities like a choice of steam room or sauna to lounge in post massage. Once the resort rooms are ready for use this will truly be a special retreat spa.

We were turned away. We attempted to go to a much anticipated event , but had to leave because they are in violation of federal law and consideration to those wonderful, productive and deserving community members that are disabled. They chose to have NO disability parking at all. NONE! And likely many other barriers to access for our deserving disabled community members. Shame on them.

Ive been coming here for years, and its literally the heart of bonita, with springs and beautiful grounds.The restaurant is top-notch, with a fantastic lunch menu thats delicious, nutritious, truly farm-to-table (as they grow many of their own vegetables on site) and the spa is amazing and the staff are all wonderful.

A hidden Gem. Huge trees, luscious landscaping, romantic creek - a sacred place. Restaurant fully organic food also from own produce for very reasonable price. From season 2017/2018 guest rooms with cure packages by weekend or 5 days. Special events like anyversaries, birthdays, honeymoon or weddings unforgetable memories. Giftshop and art gallery for shopping. A must see.

As you stepped in the door you were met by the smell of spoiled fish. We ate outdoors, never could have eaten inside. Salmon ok but what it laid on tasted fishy and bad. Pretty outside. Mousee desert was good.
