Tyler at the front desk was so polite and helpful! She helped me pay for my moms hotel room the night of her wedding . She also helped me setup an amenity and extend the room an additional night. I would highly recommend the Waterstone due to Tyler alone. Hopefully next time I will come visit the beautiful property!

The hotel opened just in time to accommodate me and the guests for my wedding. Although they just opened, they didnt miss a beat and made sure that we were attended to. What a fantastic stay with beautiful views! I cant wait to go back!

When I checked in. I went to my room To find out that no safety seal on the door. No biggie. I get a key to another room. Guess what no seal. Of course I didnt go into either room. I finally get a supposedly clean room. All good until I get up to take a shower. I open up my wash cloth. And a huge mat of hair on it. Farhan the front desk manager was very apologetic. And promised to make it right on my next visit. I wasnt unhappy with my stay. Just disappointed.

Lovely resort with great views of the intercoastal waterways...especially from the 10th floor. Service was good, and employees was respectful. Dining was good and tasty. Entrance area was congested and tight and parking looks challenging, so Valet service is a must here, which was fast and effecient. Overall a lovely resort, close to the heart of downtown Boca Raton. Excellent venue for group events and especially large groups.

It was situated nicely. Everything was clean. Probably needs re-decorated; the 80s are best looked best in your rear view mirror. My dog is a certified support animal. When checking in the reception wanted to charge me $125 for the dog for two nights which hadnt been divulged...until I showed his support medallion. The amenities for a 2 day stay which we never used were charged $27 per diem. I kept getting emails from Amexco and havent checked the charges against my receipt.

Fabulous views of the Boca Inlet and lake Boca. Great place to watch the boats go by. I also like the restaurants. I will check out their happy hour soon. Parking is difficult though they have valet. They should give free parking to locals! We love free parking in Boca!

We called ahead to make reservations. Our jet ski was ready when we arrived. There was plenty of free parking. The young man who helped us with our jet ski explained all of the ways to drive it.The price was about par with everything else. Part of the registration fee could be used towards food and beverage in the restaurant which we did use.I would definitely go back to this place and would highly recommend it.

Staff is extremely friendly! Beds are amazingly comfortable.Cable channels are very basic surprisingly. Beautiful views..Drawback is parking Definitely wouldnt stop me from staying here again ... Its very worth it!

Had a stay with this resort that I booked 4 weeks ago in June. Little did I know they closed in March but left their reservations online open. My trip was booked for mid July but they aren’t opening again until September. No one contacted me to let me know my reservation was not valid. I bought plane tickets, and rented a car specifically to stay at this resort. Thankfully I called to see what amenities would be closed due to COVID, only to speak with an unapologetic “customer service” representative who didn’t even realize the hotel was closed until 5 minutes into our talk. Yes, the tourism industry has been effected, but get it together. At least call your current reservations to let them know you’re not even open!

Rooms are nice. View of Marina is scenic. There is a bar and restaurant in the lobby. Very close to Boca resort where most of the big conventions are held. Reasonable prices.

Pretty property and good location. Very close to downtown Boca and they even have a free shuttle they will take you anywhere within 3 miles which was great. I wasnt the most impressed with there customer service though and expected better care.

The setting was nice on the Intercoastal by the water. Heather our server was outstanding. Drinks were excellent. Food was mediocre at best. I had the snapper and it wasnt good. For the money there are much nicer places close by. The others in our group said the same about their meals. Mediocre at best.

Great place to stay. Good breakfast. Comfortable plush beds and plenty of pillows. Nice balcony on the rooms. Good location. My room overlooked the noisy drawbridge. When I asked them, they immediately moved me to the other side of the hotel. Quiet. Note the resort fee of $27/day. Probably would have given 5 stars if there had been robes and slippers in the room.

I’ve been coming to this location on the water since the mid 80’s New ownership came in and refreshed the whole hotel and restaurant several years ago. It’s much nicer now.For the past couple of years the food has gone downhill. We always seem to get Milo as a server who is also rather drab and doesn’t seem to like his job.Today, I ordered a mango daiquiri but received strawberry. It was very good so I didn’t say anything.I ordered my burger med well and it came out rare. Grossly rare in the center. I pointed it out to Milo and told him I didn’t want anything else. He took it away without a word and never mentioned it again. You’d think he would be apologetic, maybe send over the manager, but nope.Milo has been this way for years. It comes to a point where I blame management for keeping him on. My wife said, “Maybe it’s because no one complains?” Even so, a good manager can tell he has ZERO wait skills. Watch him for 10 minutes how he interacts with the customers.Will I keep coming back? On a rare occasion because my wife enjoys the view on lake boca but besides that, this place is a waste. I also, won’t get Milo again.UPDATE: I did call the food manager as suggested. Believe me I have no problem telling someone where their service has dropped the ball. Left a detailed message for her on her answering machine. Never heard back. Dont think I will be back ever. There are plenty of other places to go to for a nice meal on the water.

The view was amazing! Just want I wanted. I hate to be by the beach and have no view. This hotel is in a fantastic location. You an walk to the beach and views all around. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

I am so thrilled to have found this resort! From the moment you walk in, get greeted by Cliff (the most darling human ever) to the room, the view, staff, pool and the FOOD - dont walk, run to the Waterstone!

The parking was okay, $22 for valet I think, I was attending a wedding and there was no charge. The hotel is very nice and food was good. Pretty average for higher end hotel.

Best experience ever! We had a splendid view from our room. The staff send a daily to check on how our accommodations were. They catered to our comfort and needs. Breakfast by the water, you can rent boat, paddles, kayaks. It felt perfect and secluded. The rooms are big and comfortable.

We had an amazing time this vacation for 3 days. Its at a great location, all the best beaches in Boca are few mins away. About the hotel, this is a great place to relax for few days. Amazing staff, the front desk guys were were helpful. The breakfast place was really good. The breakfast staff is really attentive and remembers you the next morning, they also have great drop-off service for near by beaches so you can use that service when you dont want to drive.

We come to Boca Raton every couple of months and I choose the Waterstone specifically when I want to ride their bikes. The location is perfect for sail morning bike rides and the Waterstone is the only hotel in the area with bicycles.

The proximity to the beach and our water view was great. They had shuttle service available within a 3 mile radius of the resort which was awesome! The only drawback was the traffic noise was loud in our room.

We had my mothers 90th Birthday Party in the very pretty wine room at the Hotel Restaurant. There were 18 people. The food and service was great. They were very attentive to our requests and I would highly recommend The Waterstone Restaurant for dining and special events.

Amazing price for the caliber of hotel and location the Waterstone in Boca is! Customer service was excellent! Delicious free breakfast included in our room rate.

The good part was the breakfast, outside patio, valet parking service etc. However, I dont feel the hotel represents a Curio brand....falls beneath it. The rugs and halls are dark, not always vacuumed. The entrance is unimpressive. The room closet is poorly designed with a safe sitting on a base right in the middle...had to squeeze in each side to hang or get clothes. A simple fix is to at least put a bar across the top to hang short clothes. I probably will not choose to stay again. Note..I always hesitate putting a negative review because we always enjoy our Hilton stays but this was disappointing.

The Waterstone Hotel is a boutique like hotel located on the edge of Lake Boca Raton adjacent to the Boca Inlet leading out to the Atlantic Ocean from the intercoastal. The location is very picturesque and offers a nice pool and several terraces for dining and event spaces. #84WestEvents has provided service to many weddings here over the years. The patio overlooking the lakeside is perfect for a garden wedding and the rooftop ballroom makes for a very nice reception both night and day with its spectacular views of both the intercoastal and the Atlantic ocean. The hotel also has a very nice pool with an adjacent Bar and Grille. Try the Oyster PoBoy for something different and full of flavor. But even if you just like a quick burger, the food is always very good. On the weekends, sit out by the pool or at the Bar and Grille and enjoy the afternoon breeze with live island music and a few cold beers. Youll feel like your on holiday on a tropical island. The Waterstone is a great location to have your Staycation close to home, without the hassles of airport or cruise travels. The hotel is part of the Hilton family of hotels, so you can earn Hilton HHonors points or redeem points here along with all the benefits that Hilton HHonors has to offer.

The room space, the location, and the food are the best parts of this hotel. For the price of a stay, they could improve the building, as you can tell its aged and needs a massive upgrade. We stayed here for a discount as there was construction happening directly next door. Our room was on the 8th floor, and even though we were upgraded to a suite, it was dated. We typically spend a lot of time in our room, and although it had space, it didnt have a full kitchen; there was no stove top, microwave, or full size fridge and there could have been with the amount of space in the room. The view was alright, but we could still hear massive traffic in the afternoon and chose to use earplugs to sleep. For everyday price, I wouldnt suggest staying here. Its not worth the cost. The food was good, service was okay. No dvd player and both tvs were surprisingly small.

I UPDATE: Although booking was a nightmare thanks to Jennifer and Farhan for trying to make our anniversary stay be much better than the experience we had via booking. The hotel was clean, staff courteous and friendly. The water view was beautiful. The room was well designed and spacious. The shuttle driver was awesome. I took off stars, it should say 3 and a 1/2 stars, for the headache of booking and minor little nuisances that transpired while we were there,but overall great time, great staff, great breakfast. will update later regarding the room and hotel, but this is for the customer service for booking. I called to modify my reservation, I am guessing the booking department is outsourced. I changed packages from celebration to the leisure package, I asked the representative can the credit on the latter package be reflected in the email because I didn’t want any mix up at the hotel she said sure, I am sending it now and put me on hold for 10 minutes till the phone hung up. I called back to a next representative that said she could not see my booking although I just spoke to someone less than a minute before and that there was no credit, I must be talking about the resort fee. I was confused.

Loved that it felt luxurious and yet completely low key....loved that it was pet friendly...even tho i didnt have a pet....lost mine recently and it was so soothing to have people at the hotel feel free to let me engage with their pets....just a lovely venue...very nice service..my parents have a place nearby and i will always try to get a room with waterstone whenvi visit...it was a delite and perfect!!!!

Very nice spot. Very enticing from the bridge. Even better When you actually arrive. Building doesnt do justice to the gem that awaits. Bar is very inviting. Our server Dina was outstanding evwn though she was working the bar as well as waiting tables. Food was better than expected. Everyrhing we had met or exceeded expectations. All I can say is...Enjoy!!!!

The people were friendly and helpful. However the hotel itself was dark, felt very dated, and sort of run down. The TV in my room didnt work. The water view just overlooked a highway that ran over a waterway.

Nice hotel. I called them prior to coming about the resort fee. I told them I was traveling on business and would not be using any of the perks offered with the resort fee. I was assured the fee would be waved. I am a Diamond level guest with Hilton and have done this in the past. I dont mind paying for something I am using but I dont ant to pay a resort fee if I am only sleeping in the hotel. I asked about this when I checked out and was told it would be credited to my card. That has not happened. I would rather be told no than lied too.The hotel reached out to me and took care of this issue. Its not how you start its how you finish and they finished strong.

Beautiful view, and good food, but was disappointed for my birthday dinner not being able to sit outside along lake due to a wedding party there. It would have been a courtesy to tell us when reservations were made for outside seating; we would have went elsewhere for water front dining that special night with my friends.

Id give it five stars but its abandoned. Was just a convenient place for us to unload the jet skis. Every other place was packed cause of St. Patricks day. It used to be a lovely place when it was kept.

Great hotel and restaurant, nicely renovated. Best outdoor dining in Boca. Beautiful waterfront patio.The hotel has a catering hall for weddings and other events, a patio for smaller parties, two restaurants. It is within walking distance from the beach.This would be a great place to spend a weekend. It is well located to get to downtown Boca or nearby Deerfield Beach or Delray Beach.

We were excited to be there, the restaurant was nice although we felt ignored several times like there wasn’t enough staff, the concierge was nice, friendly and most helpful, the atmosphere was very pleasant, we stayed one of the top floors if not at the very top- The view was AWESOME!!! After staying 4 days, we decided to drove down the coast and stay a few nights in Miami. My daughter left her cell phone in the unlocked safe- the moment we realized it, just a few hours later, we called and the phone had disappeared. Broken hearted, I would have assumed the staff would have been more honest about the phone. We never got it back, so we are out a cell phone that cost as much as one nights stay.

Friendly staff, good location, beautiful views, trendy vibe yet very welcoming. The rooms are clean with ample room and cute balconies. Enjoyed the restaurant too with a nice selection of seafood and meat options.

I hope to visit again soon. The stay was a dream and everyone was so kind.

Come by land or by sea. Dock hands are great guys and always helpful. Staff is super friendly and management has the place working like a well greased machine. Highly recommend. I made arrangements for meeting here and a lunch. They got the meeting room right, but we were supposed to have a private room for lunch and they really messed that up. The room was set up for 12 instead of 22 and nobody could get the problem resolved quickly. So we went to the meeting room and had our meeting first, but by the end of the meeting it was so late a number of our people had to leave and never did get lunch. This reflected very badly on me, not just the hotel, so I am really upset about the fact that they failed to keep their commitment.

Our stay was wonderful, cant wait to be back. The hotel is beautiful with stunning views of the sea and marina. The staff was lovely and very helpful. Cliff and Lakisha were the absolute best; they were hospitable, friendly and there wasnt a time they didnt make us laugh. Hensky, Markinson & Diego were also very helpful, polite and friendly. Big up always Overall it was a wonderful experience!!

Lovely location, easy parking/valet, enjoyable balcony, working thermostat that gets cold, and comfortable beds. If youre facing the water, you may find the sound of cars crossing the drawbridge to be a nuisance.The hotel felt a bit older in person than I expected, and the in-hotel food is just meh for the price.

It was a nice hotel, however, our stay there was so brief I wasnt able to sample all of the amenities. The room service was prompt and the food was tasty and well presented. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was some light ware on the carpeting, dated and warn bathroom fixtures and bubbling paint and rust in areas on the balcony. That photo was the night time view from said balcony.

They advertise the additional resort fee of $27 per day, but not the additional $22 parking fee to literally just park your car in their lot. When I checked in I explained that and the front desk lady said if you can show us in Travelocity, that it’s not listed we will take it off your bill. The next day I took time to look it up. and showed the man at the front desk and he showed me a loophole on the small print that basically they can charge you ANY random fee they decide to based on the statement. Take your $44 for two days of parking myself in your lot. I won’t be back.

For over $300 and I can expect a lot more I expect the light in the bathroom to work I expect all the towel racks to be attached to the wall and I expect a real chair for the office not a conference room chair the only highlight was the shuttle service which was excellent as for the restaurant to stay was very on attentive more interested in speaking to people they seem to know then taking care of the guest

Attended a holiday party in the penthouse, then once the party was over went to the bar on the first floor which has great drink options and a good atmosphere the outside of the building may look a little older but the inside is completely remodeled and very well done with a modern aesthetic.

Has wedding here today, if you are thinking of getting married do not do it here. I got married here today. We had room til 4:30 all my guests left at 2:30 because room was 85 degrees. We were concerned about this they promised it would be cool yet here we are. They ruined the day by lying and packing 150 people in a sauna. If management wants to answer this review I am in room 1001 and 1003, come on up.

Very nice. Room was perfect and had beautiful updates and amenities. The balcony overlooked the harbor and was lovely to sit and watch the boats. I’m not a fan of being charged for parking a car in their lot but I have found a lot of Florida hotels so this.

Positive: Pool was nice. Negative: Rooms on the ocean side have significant sound from cars going over a drawbridge. I normally never complain, but bad enough I had to switch rooms. The shower drain in the new room was clogged but was quickly repaired by the Hotel.

Too many additional fees. Parking and resort. Next trip will pick a hotel without these fees.

The hallways look pretty old and that makes it look not very clean/neat. Restaurant menu needs more variety for lunch hours. Everything else great, but not sure if price is worth it. Its a very pretty hotel and what it offers, but very small in its category, I believe. I like Hilton Ft Lauderdale Marina better and its cheaper. It just has a lot more space and therefore, common areas to enjoy. This hotel does not even have a nice lobby to spend time and hang around, or a business center, just two desks in the middle of the hallway,next to elevators, no printer. It is nice and pretty, but not for the price. There is a resort fee of $27 per night PLUS taxes, which I was not happy at all. It makes it an expensive hotel for what it offers. Staff WONDERFUL!!!!! Super kind and helpful. I go to hotels an average of every two months and have been doing it for more than 10 years. Most of the time Hilton brand. This is the BEST experience with workers/team/staff. Super nice.

Great waterside resort! Beautiful lobby and views. As soon as I arrived Lakisha welcomed me & set up with my room quickly. Then when I was headed out Lakisha again helped me with directions and making my stay easy and enjoyable. Also the room is awesome!

Our family of 3 had a wonderful stay here. The beds were comfortable, the balcony view was beautiful, the staff was friendly & helpful, and the amenities were perfect. In particular, we really appreciated the shuttle service to dinner and also the beach (complete with chairs, towels, and umbrella) and the complimentary champagne each evening. Also need to compliment Diego, the awesome staff member who took care of us several times. Really enjoyed his friendliness and helpfulness. Overall, so many positive things to say about our stay here.
