A true great and marvelous resort for anyone, family, honeymooners. You get utmost attentive services with texting. Whatever you want, text, they are right there for you. You also get a private beach, two swimming pools, beach covered cabanas, cabana beds by the pool, etc. Like most high-class resorts, parking here is $49 per day, guest visiting parking is $28. If you are a Hilton Honor member, you get $30 per day credit to use, food or services. Beach benches are no charge but if you needed an umbrella, $32 per day or $320 for a two-sleeper covered cabana on the beach. The prices for food poolside bar is reasonable and there is a tag tied to each bench or chair which you can just scan with your to order your food and drinks. The view of the sunrise is breathtaking. The ocean water is clear, waves are not hugeand the sand is not powdery white. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast place with the table not being cleaned. I had to ask the servers twice to wipe down the table. Please take notes for breakfast items, Coffee $5, OJ $5, toast (2 pieces with butter and jam) $8, eggs, meat and potatoes $21. Room charge for two nights, plus tax and charges total around $1600, not counting any food prices. The room is nice but not spectacular. I do highly recommend this place to visit. I will visit again.

We risked it all and flew to Florida for our favorite Thanksgiving tradition--a long weekend at the luxurious Boca Beach Club. Although we opted to eat meals in our room to avoid unnecessary contact with many people, the pool area was well staffed and organized to provide social distancing. Guests and staff alike were respectful of each other. The place was immaculate. We loved every minute and dont even mind quaranteening for the next 7-10 days.

Overall, very disappointing two-night stay. I did receive some resort credits for the numerous problems, but it did not fully make up for the lack of relaxation and time spent dealing with all of the issues. I dont recommend this property if you expect to work remotely, expect small crowds, are not willing to shell out big bucks for food and drink or expect your Diamond/Gold breakfast benefits to be honored.The Good:Nice rooms (though maybe not as luxurious as I expected)Great viewsHotel taking COVID precautions wellStaff professional and courteousThe food was quite good (and the drinks too but very small)As a Diamond I was upgraded to an ocean view which was very nice. Breakfast costs more than twice that.Shuttle services not running between this property and sister property; if you plan to use any of those facilities, you must drive or pay for a Lyft.Restaurant automatically gives you $9 bottled water if you ask for water...waste of moneyEmployees were very persistent with giving their name; at some points it was just uncomfortable; felt like there is big incentives if they get compliments. The valet repeated his name 3 times and even wrote it down. The front desk was not quite as persistent but noticeable.The pool area was not well social distanced and was packed with club members; way too crowded for me to feel comfortableTemporary issues that were frustrating during my stay:Lobby was closed for renovations...no place to sit inside and relax.Air Conditioning didnt work in any of the rooms for most of the day (85 degree weather).Hot water didnt work for a day...cold showers.Toilet in my room ran about every 5 to 10 minutes; I adjusted it and got it to only do it every 30 minutes. Happened mostly on last day of stay, so asked to have it fixed after I checked out.

We hade a great experience all the staff was super friendly. They upgraded our room for no extra charge, to one with a big balcony. Ryan, the valet, was definitely our favorite staff member. He is awesome. Amazing beach great food will definitely be back again.

This resort was absolutely beautiful and luxurious! They took cleanliness to very high levels. Temperature checks at check in, with other temperature stations around the hotel. Masks were required inside as well. Sanitation stations everywhere. The restaurants were top notch, along with excellent service and friendly staff. We had an oceanfront king club room and it was very very nice! Lovely, spacious bathroom too! And of course, the beach front was beautiful and 3 pools were wonderful too. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in town. The food and drink prices are a little pricey but that’s to be expected at a nice resort like this! Thanks again for a lovely stay.

Absolutely beautiful resort with outstanding service. We made a reservation here because our choices were limited with Covid. The hotel has done everything to ensure our safety and sanitizes rooms overnight before allowing another guest to stay. Truly a wonderful experience. We will be back

Our ocean vista room was incredible, great view of the pool and beach, we loved how the sliding glass door opened up to bring in some air when needed. The room was a great size and included two sinks, a big shower and tub. The TV was humongous!! The pool and beach were both fantastic, comfy chairs by the adult pool and the attendants by the beach were great with setting up the chairs and towels. The fitness center was very nice and had a lot of equipment. They offer a bunch of options for breakfast but the continental breakfast was definitely worth it! So much food and it was allll very tasty!! Everyone we came into contact with at the beach club was so nice and friendly, I cant say enough nice things about the property and employees, I highly recommend! Well definitely be back!

Definitely a resort worthy of five stars! I stayed at the Beachhouse Resort and it was magnificent! The staff is really friendly! Huge shout out to Sam, Danielle and Adam at the resort bar! These three made my stay even more amazing than expected. Also, big shout out to Rachel at the front desk! Her smile was amazing and she was so friendly and helpful! The cleaning staff did such an awesome job keeping the facility tidied up and worked hard every to make sure every detail was covered!

Though our trip was cut short due to COVID 19 we enjoyed the 3 days we got to stay. All the front desk, wait staff, and beach employees were wonderful. Kat, Michael and Nate were fabulous to work with. Really all the staff. My only complaint is paying $30 a day additional for umbrellas at the beach. If you must charge at least do a discount for multiple day rentals. We are gluten free and all the restaurants on property were very knowledgeable. We would definately go back.

Probably one of the nicest resorts I have ever stayed at. In the words of a well traveled inspiration, expensive but worth it.. Golf course on the resort is in great shape. Staff is very attentive. Would come back if it stays in the Costco rotation.

Amazing hotel with great amenities. Came here during a work trip. The Beach resort is nice and modern, the staff treats you like gold. Downside is the prices. $9 for a bottle of sparkling water or $9 for a beer. Breakfast for 2 can set you back about 80 plus tips.

Check-ins was a nightmare. We spent two hours to be accommodated properly. They sent us to the beach location, telling us weve got upgraded, but the room was small and two double beds, room facing a parking lot. We waited 25min for our car to be back from valet, when we head back to our original location at the mainland, to our original reservation of the king size bed, our anniversary by the way! It took the staff additional 25min to accommodate us. We end up having no dinner, because it was too late and the all the restaurants were closed and only one Rudy bar was opened. Very memorable stay! Two star, not one because of the bellman!

My wife and I spend several weekends a year at the Boca Raton Resort and Club. Currently, however, it is not open because of a massive upgrade. So we decided to stay at the Beach Club.The place is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the service is outstanding.

We love this place. We return every year. The staff are more than amazing, and the amenities are better than fantastic. Its clean, prestige, and relaxing. Would 100% recommend. They cater to your needs, and make it worth your stay since its pricier than other resorts. Ive heard of celebrity visits, but its perfect for them since its gated.

We had a wonderful stay at the Boca Beach Club this Thanksgiving weekend. The service was impeccable. The breatkfast buffet and poolside food was great. Three pools divided by adults only, mixed use and a shallow kids area allowed us to stay where we wanted. The beach has pristine white sand and is shallow for a hundred yards. A great place to go as a couples retreat or with the entire family. There were 16 of us, including 7 kids under the age of 12, and we had a blast. Well be back again for sure.

Beautiful resort! Mizner architecture retains its beauty. Shuttles run regularly between golf, pools, beach. Conference goers and vacationers. Restaurants, bars all on site. Lovely views. Beautiful private beach. Helpful staff.

We stayed in a standard king room with a small sofa bed, facing the ocean, with 2 small children and we all fit comfortably. View was amazing. The staff was friendly, helpful and informative. The hotel was very clean and had safety measures (temp checks during check in, face masks in indoor common areas, etc). Temp checks were also mandatory before you entered the gym. During our stay we were guaranteed lounge chairs at the pool and beach but still had to make reservations for your party ahead of time. We made reservations 30 minutes prior to the time we needed with no issues. Food and drinks at all the places we ate (room service, restaurant and pool cabana) were excellent. We will definitely be back here again.

Super elegant place. Very great, helpful, courteous, respectful staff everyone seemed like they wanted to be there and share a great experience of the place. Everyone treated equally and nice whether your a silver gold or diamond member youre treated fairly. Definitely a place for the more wealthy though lol.

We loved this hotel! The decor of the place, the friendliness of the staff, and the room was lovely. We enjoyed the sun in amazing weather and the beach was beautiful..There were however a few misses. Upon arrival, the gate person had us wait while she dealt with the previous customer for 10+ minutes without allowing us to pass in order to check in. When we got to our room, the housekeepers keys had been left on a counter. No big deal, staff came to pick them up shortly. Next, I called down to see if we could get an ocean view room rather than the marina view wed received for our $600+ room. We were told wed get a call back in minutes. We waited a 1/2 hour with no return call and then went to enjoy the ocean and get some lunch. When we got to the beach, we told the attendants who set up our chairs that wed like to order lunch immediately. Service and food was prompt and good however they had our room registered under someone elses name and couldnt charge the meal to our room. After sunset, we returned to our room and had no message from front desk about a room change. We left it at that. The next day we were shocked to see a $49 charge for parking in addition to the $40 resort fee. That just seemed a little much.

The property is beautiful with the views of the beach outstanding. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Pool and beach staff were wonderful.A few negatives - the closets in the room were ripped. It was surprising considering the level of hotel.We had some issues with billing. When we checked out we were billed twice for resort fees. They adjusted it, but I was glad we checked.We had the concierge arrange a boat for us through their marina. Although she set a rate for us the boat rental didnt honor it and were not prepared when we arrived. The concierge compensated us, but the experience with the boat was not up to expectations.

Anytime we are in Florida, we always end up staying at the beach club! No other hotel experience can match it! I highly recommend staying at the Beach Club versus the main resort. There are too many guests at the main resorts; which keep the staff very busy...which means less focus on each guest. The Boca Beach Club experience feels very private and tailored to you. You feel as if youre their only guest! There are complimentary shuttles to and from each of the properties and you have access to all amenities. There is an arcade in the Beach Club location; which is available 24/7 with a room key....also, feels as if it was reserved just for you. We keep coming back often, I cant wait to see you again!

We stayed here for the first time and had an amazing experience! The hotel is beautiful and the staff was super friendly. They upgraded me as a diamond to an oceanfront room which was nice. The room was clean and they took great care of us. The pools were clean and perfect temperature and their pool staff kept up with our needs. The beach staff was also super attentive and they take great care of you. The beach was also well kept and beautiful. I would recommend taking the boat ride to their Boca Raton & Golf club. That place was incredibly beautiful!! We can’t wait to come back!!

We needed to find a place that can work for us, as our family grew by one. We have a 5 month old and a 2 year old. The resort so far has been amazing from the staff helping loading our things to the room to the amazing area with the beach entry pool for the kids.The room also is spacious with a master bedroom a living room area and 2 bathrooms.If you bring kids and need milk, snacks etc bring a cooler as the fridge is stocked with alcohol, cold coffees and energy drinks.

My bestfriend and I decided to visit here for a quick getaway tip relax away from work and life. This was the perfect place.Theres so many great things to say about the staff.At check in we had an issue but Rachel handled us with superb customer service! Brendon was sweet and patient with us taking us to another room.We spent most of the time on the beach and the service was impeccable. Nikko made sure our needs were met and beyond. He was so pleasant even when just reserving our cabana. He and his staff made sure we didnt have to ask for anything. Nikko even went the extra mile to find me this shirt I saw that had my name on it. I will never forget the best beach experience ever had. Eric, Josh, and the other Nicholas are perfect employees.Breakfast buffet was delicious and worth every penny. Hen remembered my omelet for the days we were there. Ben and Tony were our best servers. So welcoming at breakfast. Another server, Wesner, who wasnt our server heard me say I was allergic to pineapple but the specific fruit I wanted was touching pineapple. On his own he went to get me fresh fruit. I was in such awe.I cant wait to bring my family to this resort. The people are what I will definitely be back for!! It was the best mini vacation ever!!

The overall resort is beautiful. The pools and beach access are nice, The yacht and golf club side is 5 star property for sure. The beachside hotel area is dated, and rooms were small for the price. Restaurants selection within the resort was great. You will pay a premium to eat there, but prices were equal to other high end properties. The experience was good.

It was very short staycation , but we got home very relaxed.We will be back.

This is our favorite getaway anytime of year! We love the spa, the golf course, the tennis facilities, and the staff! This is the best Hilton property in the Southeast!

What an amazingly beautiful property! Its HUGE. There was a large conference going on when we stayed but there was plenty of space not to ruin our stay. The best part was exploring the 300+ acre grounds. We stayed two night and didnt get to see everything. So much beauty and history here. We loved the original hotel built in 1926 but stayed in the tower; also beautiful but newer - built in the 70s. We had a corner suite in the 23rd floor with a great view of the pool and intercoastal. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Also The best breakfast buffet Ive ever had! This is the nicest place my husband and I have ever stayed and cant wait to go back.

We visit Boca Beach Club or Boca Resort 2-3x per year. 5 star accomodations and 5 star service. The ocean, pools, restaurants are all amazing. We dont need to rent a car, we Uber or Lyft it from FLL and never have to leave.I tell everyone I know about Boca when they are looking for a Florida destination.

Great hotel and near the inlet so you see a lot of boats coming and going. Some days you can find Dwayne Johnson walking around pretending to be a lifeguard.

This resort is nice but not worth the price. The rooms are beat up and need to be updated. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a nice beach acess and the pool area is nice. Most of the rooms at this resort need to be updated. Housekeeping does a nice job of keeping the rooms clean. I just think this place is way hyped up. Our overall experience was positive but I was expecting better .....

Beautiful resort. Try to stay in yacht club rooms. In my opinion, these rooms are beautiful with a spectacular outlook. There is also access to a private adults only pool if youre in the yacht club.

Always a great place to be. This time crowd was much longer than usual. Unfortunately the weather sucked but we still had fun.

I have been coming to the Boca resort for a around five years now. I have gone to many of their events that they host at the main clubhouse (located off E Camino Real road) including concerts, Mother’s Day brunches, New Year’s eve parties, Christmas and other brunch/dinner type occasions that have been amazing. Any type of food you want will be available here. The rooms at the hotel are obviously top notch as well which is what you would expect from a resort located in the heart of Boca Raton FL. My favorite part of the resort has to be the beach club (A Waldorf Astoria resort) which is located off A1A at a different location nearby the main hotel. I cannot think of a more beautiful and classier beach-type setting to bring your family, friends and coworkers to! The food, drinks and service here at the beach club are also top tier/five star.

The Boca Beach Club is amazing! From the decor, the staff, rooms, pools & beach access: everything is beautiful! Such a trendy place to stay. Pretty great for adults, but can be kid friendly as far as them enjoying the pool maybe.

A part of the Wardorf Astoria hotel in Boca Raton, the Beach Club and Resort offers all of the amenities you need to enjoy Floridas finest when it comes to drinks, food, smiling faces, fitness, shopping, and of the course, the beach. This property sits right on the beach. One minute you are enjoy a lite meal at the inside restaurant, the next minute, you are at the pool bar enjoying mai tais and mimosas. If tht does not tickle your fancy, you can walk down to the beach, and enjoying the warm ocean breeze while the waves crash at you feet. The hotel caters to adults and kids. There is. Shuttle that takes you to all of the Wardorf Astoria/Hilton properties so if you want to participate in activities or dining at other locations, you can at bo additional cost. My only gripe is that rhe shuttle was very slow. Beyond that, the gym is really nice. It faces the pool and the ocean. And of course, what resort would be complete with shoppin and spa services. I am happyvto report, check and check. Will definitely visit again. Higly recommend this location.

Very nice setting. The facilities and the views were quite nice. The food, though, was mediocre. I had grouper which was done correctly and tasty. The sauces were uninspired and the side dish with brussel sprouts was barely editable. Even the fresh chilled fruit dessert was mediocre. I expected much better. Next time Ill just eat ate the main hotel.

This is the best hotel in Boca! If you are the kind of person for who interior of the hotel is crucial for enjoyable stay, this it! Spa is amazing as well.

I would like to start off by saying if I was able to rate zero or negative stars I would. I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience here was just awful. If you want to spend a lot of money and get treated very poorly by the staff, this is the perfect place for you to come. The cleaning staff stole money out of our room on the third night of our stay!!! The valet (which you are forced to pay when you book a room) took over 1 hour for our car to arrive. We tried to ask if there was any way to get our car faster and we were told by the VALET MANAGER to be patient because other people were waiting 2 HOURS for there car. We asked if we could get our keys and walk to the garage to get our car, but we were told we would be kicked out of the garage. They basically held our car hostage. This forced us to cancel our New Year Day reservations, and we had to pay for an uber even though we were paying for valet in the ridiculous price of our room. If they are unable to run the valet properly, then do not force the customer to pay for it or just don’t do it at all. They are severely understaffed, and not only in the valet. They are understaffed throughout the entire hotel, as they are unable to handle the giant crowds that we experienced during our stay. Also, the hotel is right on the beach... only problem is we had to look at the backs of chairs and other people. The beach is very dirty and littered with plastic cups. Almost forgot to mention... you have to pay 30 dollars for an umbrella. Even the staff there agreed that the prices are outrageous. You are forced to pay for chairs on the beach when you book a room, however they did not have any chairs available when we arrived at the beach. We were basically paying to sit on our towels at the beach. This hotel will get you by charging for everything. The breakfast buffet price is $35 per person, but we decided not to go to the buffet once we were told that there was a 35 minute wait. We went upstairs to eat at the other breakfast, where we had to pay $12 for a yogurt bar and $5 for a cup of cereal, which I can buy at a 7-11 for $1. If you enjoy paying an absurd price to be treated very poorly by the staff, have your belongings stolen by the cleaning staff, have to wait hours for your car to come from valet, and to not get amenities that you pay for, then this would be the perfect hotel for you to stay at.

Amazing experience! , we spent our anniversary and my wife birthday there and we truly enjoyed it. The amenities and the hotel itself are great, but the staff is something else; Ann, Bianca and Mihaela from the front desk went above and beyond! Robert the bellman was incredible helpful and welcoming! . Thank you to the rest of the staff and the hotel for the gifts and the special treatment, we are definitely coming back next year!!

The property is beautiful - gorgeous beaches, updated rooms, and stunning holiday decorations. I also cannot rave enough about the service from every staff member we encountered. BUT, everything here is so overpriced! I’ve stayed in comparable hotels before for much less. The resort fee is exorbitant and there is little food selection at each restaurant and it is extremely overpriced for the quality and portion. I don’t think I’d stay at this resort again.

Overpriced. Food and drink was very expensive for ordinary food. The staff and all personnel were very friendly, but I experienced a new young person at the conceirege desk that did not know the systems and was not qualified to serve in that capacity at a “high end resort.”

Lovely hotel , right on the beach . We booked a Skydeck room which had a massive balcony which was wonderful. Service was great from everyone . Couple of things that could be improved , hairdryer in room was dirty , also music played from speakers by the pool started at 6am , which rather spoiled the early mornings peace and quiet as our room overlooked the pool .

One of the top notch premiere resorts in Boca Raton. They have everything and typically great service. If you’re from out of town I highly recommend staying here.

You would figure that having the name Waldorf Astoria, youd expect 5 star treatment or better, however, as a Hilton Diamond member I recieved the utmost disrespect the moment I pulled up to the valet. I was not in a Lamborghini, Ferrari or the other exotic cars that were pulling up ahead of me so I received no courteous greeting when I pulled up in my fairly new SUV. That shouldnt matter, however it did as I was asked if was a delivery person. I was attempting to check in and see accommodations availability, however I guess my skin tone was a little too dark for their liking. As I went to the counter to check on availability, the front desk Waldorf Hilton associate told me that they were blackout dates and it was no availability for the next 2-3 weeks. Somehow I knew he was not telling the truth so I ask to speak to a manager. He said that there was no manager available. I further inquired about the different managers and he said no one is available. I knew not telling the whole truth. At that moment, I made him aware of my Hilton Diamond status and called the Hilton desk to get the real story on room availability. Funny enough, he then decided to go and get a manager.The Hilton desk and the manager said that they had available rooms so I was lied to. Of course I didnt want to stay there based on the initial treatment I received. The front desk manager assured me that I would get a call or email from the general manager. They asked me what I would like in return and I asked for some sensitivity training for the staff members. At the writing of this post, which is 2 1/2 weeks later, I have not heard from anyone from the Waldorf Astoria Boca Resort. I did follow up with the Hilton desk and its just a sad case of mistreatment that I feel is based on race. Signed, concerned Hilton Diamond member

This resort, overall was great. The only issues we had, were service related. Ill give a few examples in a moment, but I must say, the room was great. We had an ocean view with a patio. Bathroom was superb. Breakfast buffet was really wonderful. The property is very well maintained. We also spent a day at the spa, pure serenity. Absolutely heaven. Ok, device failures. 1. When I called front desk in am, employee was unsure of the cost of breakfast. $30 To 40 was what I was told. 2. Called front desk from the beach to inquire to what time beach staff come on duty. Agent unsure. I was told 7, 8 or 9 am. I ask agent if I could set up a couple of chairs in the interm. I was told NO. Service failure. 3. Asked for a toilet plunger at about 5 am. First request ignored, called 20 minutes later, I was once again, told one was one the way. Manager called me about 5:40 And said I had to wait for engineering to come on duty to get one at about 6 am. Really?, for a plunger? Anyway, other than that, phenominal stay.

Excellent service, location and amenities were oustanding. Catherine and Anne at Conceiege were extremely responsive.

Disappointing experience! They nickel and dime you on water, beach umbrellas etc while charging $2,000 per night. The concierge didnt know how to make a reservation for an on-site restaurant. The room didnt get cleaned. Valet took forever to find the car. Long wait at breakfast despite empty tables.

Beautiful 5 star resort. The service was impeccable. Never an issue or problem.

Awful service, overpriced, and had to wait 40 minutes for valet. Mind you, this is NOT the first time this all occurred. Use what I’m saying as a warning. DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY BY STAYING HERE. PAY HEED

Terrible, just terrible. The manager is rude. Privacy is poor, rooms were dirty, long wait. Pool was disgusting. Restaurant is a rip-off. Vitaly!

Nice hotel and very well maintained property. Spacious rooms. Top notch staff. The sky deck room had an amazing view of the ocean and the terrace was great for having some wine while relaxing in your room. Great dining on property or you can take the complimentary shuttle or water taxi to the main resort for additional outstanding restaurants. Will definitely come back!

Gorgeous property. Love the soaking tubs in the rooms. Food is delicious & fruit from the breakfast restaurant was the freshest Ive ever tasted. Ciara was wonderful at check-in and Alan is the greatest bellman of all time!

I’m completely shocked to read some of these reviews. I’ve been coming back to this hotel for the past four years.The staff from the moment you check are superb. The food in both restaurants /outstanding. I think some of the people who are writing reviews are just doing it for the sake of it. The rooms are spotless. And the service is outstanding.The pool area and staff,work incrediblyhard.They do an incredible job.Trust me me I spend 40 nights a yearbetween both resorts.Kudos to all the people who work in the hotel.

Service was so bad I thought I was at Motel 6! Safe your money and go elsewhere, they literally only take care of their Jersey Shore looking Snooki type members. God forbid you don’t wear your jewelry to the pool or beach, they might mistake you for a peasant and won’t look at you twice, let alone treat you like a human being. Compared to the 4 Seasons or Montage this place is a dump.

The resort was beautiful! It was huge yet comfortable, big yet cozy. The staff is what made the property couldn’t have been better!

Not a good experience at all.I got stuck in the elevator, I pressed the alarm button several times but nobody came. It was very hot and there was No ventilation at all. I am claustrophobic so I was in panic. I tried using the emergency phone button because my phone had not signal at all, but it was not working ( it is supposed to be used in an emergency ). I had no idea how long I was in there but for me was an eternity. I almost broke my hand knocking at that door until another guest called security. When they open the door I was lying on the floor with my heart rate over 130.A hotel stuff member escorted me to my room and send me a bottle of wine, but nobody called my to apologize or ask if I was ok.The following day I was told but another guest that she also got stuck in another elevator and had the same problem with the emergency phone button.Also, don’t stay in room 40346 it overlooks a trash container .
