I LOVE MY RESORT!!!! I’ve been a member for 16 years. Never been disappointed. Now with this pandemic the club has gone above and beyond the call. The staff and management has succeeded in making the best of enjoying a rescue from the outside world. Safety of all has been the first priority, making it easier to cope. I thank them all. If they could get 10 stars I would give it.

Great resort. Place is huge and provide great food and activities for the family. Pools are all great and you can either hang out near the beach, find a pool near one of the many buildings, or find outdoor fun activities.Food was also amazing inside the resort. Really enjoyed the wings/burger for lunch and amazing breakfast!Also can’t forget the friendly staff!

If you havent had the opportunity you really need to check this place out. Its stunning. The walls are made of real limestone, there is a polo field (and yes theres equipment to play), two pools, an old timey boat that takes you to the beach, an old fashioned candy store, and gardens throughout. Its magnificent.

Very nice place. Comfortable beds. 3 pools. Beautiful vistas. Very clean. Beach access with plenty of chairs. Very nice staff. Seagrille has a fantastic breakfast buffet. Kids room. All kinds of events and activities. Nice spa. Free shuttles and ferry to rest of resort across the bay.Wasnt a fan of the mandatory valet for $45 a night. But at least it was convenient and fast/professional.

Have had the pleasure of attending numerous professional and personal events at Boca Resort and throughly have enjoyed the rooms, the beach club, the golf course and the spa. The staff is absolutely amazing, the grounds are immaculate and their Passover Program is second to none! One of the best resorts I have stayed at anywhere in the world.

Im still traumatized by this experience that happened months ago at this hotel and feel the need to share it. At about 11 pm when my 3 children were sleeping there was a knock on my door. As I walked towards it, the door started opening and I immediately pulled it opended and stated I couldn’t believe they were entering my room at that hour. A man and woman stood there holding towels and looked to be hotel workers. They asked me if I had called for towels. I said no and slammed the door. I should have called the police but didn’t. I talked to a manger in the morning and told him how upset it made me. He said that was standard procedure and they could enter at that hour. I still don’t know if they were actual hotel workers, thieves, or what might have happened if I was asleep and they just came in. I will never stay here again! Be warned!

Location, location, location. Sure, the place could use a little love, and maybe some of the employees arent performing at their best (Are any of us right now?) but you cant beat the views, the proximity to delicious dining and an abundance of activities.

Beautiful resort, wonderful amenities, spectacular service on main property. Originally stayed in bungelos, which I would not do again. Very worn, dated decor, charger in room for iPhone 4... fire alarms went off at 1:30 am took well over 30 min to turn off.. Beach club, bars were nice, very pricey drinks. Beautiful grounds & delicious buffet.

This resort is beautiful, with the best service of any hotel in the area. Every detail of the service was extraordinary, no stone left unturned. Every inch of the property is maintained to the highest level and the staff are beyond wonderful. We loved all the activities on site , including the golf, tennis, pool, beach access with drink service and the bar. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you!

AThis is a very nice property. The rooms were fresh and clean, maybe off a recent remodel. Service throughout the property was good, especially the service at the golf club. There is 2 courses accessible to guests of the hotel. The resort course which is on the grounds and Boca Country Club which is about a 15 minute ride.... shuttle available. The resort course is the best value and in the best shape. Country club amenities arent up to par nor is the course itself and its a ridiculous green fee. Not worth it. The resort course at 6200 yards from the tips is fun and forgiving. Obviously they have a great pool and gym. Marina out the back door. Enjoy looking at all the boats. Landscaping around property is very nice. Lots of great banyan trees. If there is anything to complain about if would be the price for food and drinks. Although this is a good place 5 diamond it is not. They charge those type of prices though. Think 7 dollar coffee and 10 drinks at the bar. Lucca restaurant was awesome and well worth the price.

A litmus test of how much attention to detail a resort pays can be done by making a small, simple, trivial request. If the resort is thoughtful enough to grant said request, they are clearly paying attention to the needs of their customers. Boca Raton Resort is this kind of resort. Natasha came through!Also, Ben Sugay, their Bell Captain was incredibly accommodating and friendly.This resort is top notch and they truly went above my expectations. I plan on returning.

I spend a couple of nights here, it was generally a positive stay. You can definitely feel that its a club as well as a resort, and there were some really awkward situations. But we enjoyed it a lot.

If you want old world charm and hospitality, this is your place . As a Waldorf Astoria, it is as good as the name suggests . What a magnificent place to just get away, for a wedding, or any other affair , or to treat yourself. The Breakers has nothing over the this Resort and that it is. I must mention Natasha Jean as the very BEST , in guest services . She made my stay super spectacular. I stayed for three nights , four days, for my daughter’s wedding and it was difficult to get out of my yacht club room. The spectacular view from my balcony overlooking the yachts , the ocean, and beyond , was just breathtaking. Having a suite was beyond a luxury. Even the chaises on the balcony were plush and mirrored. My sitting room had a beautiful couch and flat screen tv with Netflix as well as my bedroom. The full bar with every kind of liquor , dressing room, giant mirrored bathroom .The beach resort where my son stayed with his family was as beautiful for a family with two giant pools and beach, delicious food and drinks. Very modern if the main hotel is not for you and the little ones. Or just the people who love the pool atmosphere and upbeat , modern .I’ve traveled around the world to the finest hotels and the Waldorf Astoria is still the best in experience and staff.Kudos.

The resort is tired and is need of a good restoration. The rooms are way overpriced and everything, from breakfast at $75.00 per person or the parking at $42.00 per night is a rip-off. The only redeeming qualities are the location and the perfectly manicured golf course. Also, sometime in February each year, the antique car collectors from around the globe, descend on the resort for the Boca Raton Concourse d’ Elegance. The finest antique automobiles are presented for judging and the honor of being named best in show. All proceeds go to the Boys and Girls Club. It is a fun weekend of events filled with celebrities.

Every year CNS Summit hosts their annual event at Boca Raton Resort and it’s one of the most beautiful resorts I’ve ever been to. The resort is huge and feels like it’s own little city reaching all the way to the beach. Ive mainly only been here for business but I plan to go for pleasure very soon!

The staff could not be more accommodating and customer-focused. The food is expensive, but portions were large and always delicious. Although outrageously expensive, the upgrade to a pool/ocean view balcony room at the Beach Club was a worthy indulgence. Be aware, however, that there will be all kinds of monetary holds placed on your credit card...strange amounts and lots of them. They disappear within five days, but they are excessive. There is very little included in the room and resort fee, except a “free” lounge hair pool or beachside. Everything is extra. Still, there is something special about the resort beside its decadence. You feel welcome and doted upon.

A nice room, but the hottest the shower water would get was warm. Somehow, neither a clock or any sort of radio anywhere in the room. No complementary bottled water. Can hear gas-powered golf carts driving around at 11pm and 4pm. Who needs an alarm clock?Front desk staff was unenthusiastic. Very nice property, beautiful woodwork and sculpture everywhere. Enjoyed 501 E. restaurant. Good fitness center.

Sad that my first visit was an unexpected let down... There were lots of letdowns and I was going to stay again to give them a second chance because they have potential to be a great place to stay but it’s not gonna happen.I ended up canceling my reservation for my second trip.Now, I have to say, they do have the very best valet ... I give them that...but that establishment is poorly ran. They obviously don’t train their employees. They don’t care about customer service, they are a complete joke when thinking about what they think they are and the reality. They don’t deserve a star or diamond. they must have somebody in their back pocket.I will never ever waste my time or money on them again. They obviously think they are better than what they are. They need to go to a real resort that’s worthy of stars and diamonds and see a major difference!Let me say from the shuttle driver who was rude and would not let us know where we were when we asked, since he did not bother to let us know when he made stops... and took it as a great defense when we asked him and flew over every bump ... to the guy on the boat who would not acknowledge me, even though I said hello to the guy, and the bartenders in a couple of bar areas that would ignore a guest while talking among themselves and watching golf, even though I had to grab my own menu and even waited but never got service... so I left. I shouldn’t have to beg or work to get someone to help me. That morning for breakfast, I had free vouchers for being a diamond member but I was lied to and told that they don’t have free breakfast and it would only work towards their buffet breakfast that you have to pay for. The server totally lied to me and the front desk girl was completely ignorant to the fact and could not answer me correctly. After I walked away and saw them out the corner of my eye I approached the very nice guys that were in the bar area. They were the nicest guys and they helped me. I made sure I went back to tell the front desk girl that she was wrong and that this is where you’re supposed to send your guest. Sad... that she did not know itAnd there are many other incidents that I could describe but I’m not gonna waste my time. They have taken enough of it.I do have to say, there were some positive things to the trip, of course, and I liked my room once they moved me, but for the amount of money and/or points that they want. I think they’re crazy. It’s just not worth the aggravation that you go through and the disappointment you feel.After my generic email response from Mary Francis, I have concluded that this is a unworthy place and I do not recommend them. Of course, It’s your money so you decide. I’m going somewhere that’s worthy of me, my time, and my hard earned money!

Huge resort. Was located in the bungalows area. Free shuttle service organized within the resort. Easy access to the beach. Quiet area. Great place for relaxing, enjoying life. May also recommend for business meetings. Huge conference rooms.

Best breakfast buffet ever. Besutiful facilities and great views.

Stayed over Thanksgiving. The resort was old and charming but underwhelming. The beach club property on the other hand was beautiful. Overall I enjoyed my trip, until I came home and reviewed my CC bills to learn I was double billed. I have been trying to get it resolved since December and talked to several people who promise to call back and dont. Here it is March and still unresolved. Make sure you check your bill very carefully before you leave. You have to actually request a copy at the desk.

They are very unprofessional. i would give them 1 star if it was possible. Dont Waste Your Money Here.

Historic, charming, and comfortable! We had a fantastic experience with our family which included two young children. The flow rider is a fantastic amusement on property. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hope to go back again!

I’ve stayed at The Boca Resort a few times and I’ve always had an excellent experience. I feel like I am able to escape and have a time to relax and unwind. The staff and everyone is so welcoming and super kind. You can tell they truly love their jobs and their guests! The Boca Resort will always have a special place in my heart because I was able to have my wedding there! It was such a perfect day and I thank it all to the staff especially Marci, Sam and Daniel! I am forever grateful and look forward to more memories at the Boca Resort! I would definitely recommend staying there.

The resort was beautiful as were the buildings and the architecture, however they do want to charge you $30 for parking even if youre just visiting someone for 20 minutes. The pool area is very nice and so are the restaurants. But if you ever decide to order a pizza from an on-site restaurant, be aware that in a small pizza box they can fit two pizzas, since theyre so tiny. Youre better off ordering from a local pizza place and having it delivered.

A very grand hotel complex (see vending machine photo!), staff friendly and helpful. I was there for a conference, this was well managed, the food was great and service was excellent. Conference facilities were excellent.Its get 4 stars because some parts of the hotel are tired and in need of renovation. My room in the tower was a big let down (space wise, it was fantastic). Bed was comfy, pillows were not, the paint on the door in the toilet was peeling away... Just little things...Great service, great food, but parts were a little tired. Overall, a beautiful hotel.

This is a very nice hotel with its own beach club and a lot of pools. Everyone here is also very nice. The rooms are of good quality. There is also a place for people to park there boats. It is a nice place to take walks. They sometimes have celebrations. For example, on the day after thanksgiving they have a Christmas tree lighting.

Shaka grill poolside serves awesome food.Sushi grade tuna nachos, fish tacos made of daily catch delicious.Grounds are immaculate, service staff do an excellent job and are friendly.

Great one stop facility something for everyone

The first room we were given was old/had terrible view of a roof. After two calls to complain we were given a much nicer room down the hallway. The service at check in/check out was good. Check in at the spa was average, no one showed us around,we were told to walk around and explore on our own. The food at two of the sit down restaurants was average, not worth the prices. They charge for using umbrellas on the beach. Nice experience but will not be back.

Resort is beautiful. In addition the ability to use the Beach Club was a wonderful perk, the ocean and beach club were such a treat. we upgraded to the tower. While the room was more expensive and the view was lovely the tower is not to the Boca Resort standard. It was a plain shabby hotel room from 1988.

This was my first time staying in a resort and my experience was magical. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The food was amazing and the architect was breathtaking. I would recommend this resort to anyone and everyone.

This resort is luxe. The waterfront is unparalleled, the poolside bartenders are laid back and easygoing enough to confab with over a chilled hard drink. Pretty amazing resort! Theres lots to do there and great food! All of the facilities are clean and the staff are very friendly. Our room in the Tower was very spacious and room service came frequently. As far as the restaurants, Morimoto and the Blue have great food. The spa is incredibly relaxing; you can spend the entire day there. Guests at the Resort have access to The Boca Beach Club private beach and 2 chairs on the beach; also very relaxing. We spent 3 nights there and wish we could have stayed longer. Its an incredibly getaway and escape from the real world.

Nice resort with nice amenities. Went to a party there in the Grand Ballroom. It was really well put together, very accommodating and comfortable.

I went there with my wife and my kids its definitely beautiful. we took frozen hot chocolate, it was good but I couldnt finish it.

Love this resort and beach club! The moet champagne vending machine was so cool, along with the all the different things in the hotel. We got drinks at the downstairs bar before dinner and hung out by the pool all weekend. The froze (frozen rose drink) was one of the best I have had. We didnt have to wait long for the transportation from the resort to the beach club, which was nice also.

We stayed both the main resort and beach club , main resort tower junior suite was large and clean with panoramic views of bay and hotel! Tennis was perfect! The spa was great, but better with treatments. The hotel is gorgeous, the beach was great however the beach club was terrible, the service sucked the waiters made numerous mistakes on our food bills (including charging us other people’s bills) overcharging mini bar which we never used. The rooms were small the beds were tiny (double bed was slightly bigger than twin)The beach overcrowded so was the pool , food was horrendous and overpricedI will never stay in beach club ever againI will definitely stay at the main resort

TOP NOTCH! Loved my time here. Met some great ladies - married but ready to hang out since their husbands were away on work! Nothing crazy, except the price of a martini! Wow was that an expensive date. Anyway, just go and meet ladies here. Great people work here too.

SUPER nice and accommodating staff!...in every department (front desk, shops, restaurant, bartenders, shuttle bus drivers, doormen, valet, maid service... seriously everyone SO nice!) Beautiful establishment, rooms were clean and nice size. Bathrooms fresh and pretty. Strongly recommend.

Boca Resort is beautiful! Great location and great music and drinks. I feel that the rooms can be slightly updated for the price, but nonetheless I enjoyed my stay for my business trip.

Beautiful resort. It was nice to use the pool whenever we wanted since there was no absolute, get out, closed hours. Serendipity here is a wonderful place to visit. The courtyards are amazing and the wave machine was cool

Gorgeous, elegant, awesome staff

We attended the Concours délégance and booked one night at the hotel. What an impressive setting! The old buildings are gorgeous and set among perfectly manicured gardens. There is not much to say about the service - it is excellent! From restaurant service, valet parking to reception. We found the valet parking a little pricey though... The hotel premises are so impressive that perhaps our expectations for the room were too high (of course, also due to the price). We feel that, aside from the massive big screen TVs, the room and bathroom were outdated and need some attention to be on par with the rest of the hotel. At least the views on the courtyard were impressive. Breakfast was a lot of fun - the variety is endless!

This hotel is extremely poor quality I visited recently and their staff showed a lack of respect towards me and my family. Absolutely disgusted

I stayed at the Boca Resort for Hurricane Dorian and I was so impressed with how organized everything was and the professionalism of every member of the staff during such a stressful time. A huge thank you to Marci Director of Rooms Control. That girl is amazing and one of the most dedicated employees I have ever witnessed. She definitely goes the extra mile. Thanks to all and I highly recommend the Boca Raton Resort and Club.

I dont stay at Hilton properties very often but I was very pleased with this Waldorf Resort. I even got upgraded to their Beach Club which would be an ideal getaway spot for couples and families. The amenities were high class, and the resort oozes class. When I come back next year, I will look forward to it.

This is our first time staying here. We were part of a conference. The hotel is very old which gives it a charming feel. But there were some dated things in the rooms and conference rooms that do not warrant 5 stars. Maybe at a low price point. But we did not pay for the room, so we can not compare it. I do think we will be back.

This trip is a company top performance gathering. The resort is peaceful, quiet and has many beautiful views. The food is amazing from each venue. There are plenty of staff to assist with any needs you may have. From arrival, the doorman, Lucas was very helpful and informative. One server, from 501, Damian was very kind and professional. The front desk interactions with Jon and Jessica were above and beyond helpful. The event servers, especially Pierre, were very observant and efficient. The water sports team were also very helpful teaching me how to sail a catamaran. Overall, the resort did exactly what it does great - delivers World Class Service. Thank you to all for making my visit superb!! I hope to visit soon with my children!!

Beautiful, sophisticated and pleasant. This upscale resort offers a vast range of services and accommodations all in one place. Facilities are very well designed and cared for. Building design is beautifully balanced between rustic structures and modern design. Great service, by a very efficient and friendly staff. Overall staying here and spending time at this place was an amazing experience and a good opportunity to relax and enjoy time.

I grew up in Boca Raton and I always wanted to stay here. Finally had the opportunity last October. Stayed in a lovely suite on a low floor in the tower. It REEKED of what smelled like cat urine. They said they were at 100% capacity and couldnt move us. They solution was to send someone to the room with deodorizer that smelled like bath & body works. Room smelled better for about 15 minutes. Just tried not to hang out in there much.The grounds of the resort are absolutely beautiful.Didnt have the opportunity to have a treatment at the spa, but I did get to speak to a handsome young fellow that was working in there. I wish I could remember his name he was so kind and had a great vibe.

I have been to the Waldorf Astoria several times, the Spa and Dinning is absolutely FIRST CLASS!! I have two Clients who own Condos in the back of the Hotel,( I am a High Profile Interior Designer) so, I have been with them enjoying Martinis and dinning. It is a shame, they havent changed the color of the Exterior. The Pink is really not appropriate and makes the entire Property look dated. ( we have several Pink buildings in Boca) Other than that, its probably in the top ten Hotels in Boca Raton. I really love the Hotel.

We celebrated new years there and the over all staff are simply wonderful, if youre lucky you might get the chance to see a celeberties whike you dine and tske on the amazing scenery. Very secured and safe.

Nice place to stay. Very nice personnel. I had to lower my rating as there was no draft beer at the 501 and the only other option was the pool which only had draft Bud light and a summer ale. Hard to believe you cant get a decent draft craft beer at a five star resort in Florida (where there is lots of craft beer). Pretty weak in the beer department if thats a factor where you stay.

We love this hotel, although we were taken aback by the number of dogs staying at the hotel. We did not know that dogs were welcome to stay at this Waldorf Astoria property. We would have preferred if the hotel put all dog owners on a separate floor or had given us the option of staying on a floor with no dog guests. The barking at all hours was very annoying, especially since we came to get a few days of peace and quiet. Otherwise, the hotel staff and amenities are top notch, and we loved hanging by the pool. The live music at various venues during our stay was also a treat. And a shout out to parents--please teach your children how to walk down a hotel hallway without running or shouting. This is just common courtesy to all guests at the hotel. Overall, you cant go wrong staying at this hotel. Oh, eat at the Blue restaurant. Our new fav!

I rarely ever take the time to leave a review, but I thought as special, kind and hard working as the folks are that work to make your stay so pleasing I could surely take a little time out of my day to say Thank You to them all..! From the gate guard, the valet staff, Joe and several others at the front counter, to the staff in general and the very accommodating folks that work the convention halls, the food staff and lastly my very special folks at the top of the 8th floor of the Yacht Club tower that really were so pleasurable to go out of there way to ensure we were happy no matter how inconvenient the request I just wanted to say Thank You All..!!

We came to this beautiful resort back in July for the Fourth Of July! I’m still thinking about our trip! One of my favorite amenity is the flowrider! The instructors were so nice and caring and really wanted to get to know us personally. The food was fantastic and so was our room. Boca Beach Club is also a great amenity and is easily accessible by taking a shuttle. Thank you Boca Resort for making this trip our favorite! See you next year!

Sorry, but this place is nothing like the Peninsula or the Mandarin. I was shocked to see the staff using the restrooms in the lobby. This is unacceptable in any five-star facility anywhere in the world, and disrespectful to guests. It is as unusual as having one’s household staff members sit at the dining room table trying to socialize with their employers. It is simply not done! There has to be a reasonable separation between employees and customers, unless of course you are trying to compete with the likes of a Motel 6.

I was not offered a refund and basically was kicked out of the hotel from complaining about the bed bugs i found on the bed. for $400 a night you would thing the hotel would be cleaner and not bes bugs infested!!

Absolutely enjoyed my spa weekend at the Boca Raton Resort and the service and facilities are wonderful. So much to do and not enough time to do it all!

Good location but service was terrible. Room wasn’t ready at check-in times, our suite only had one bath towel, had to call housekeeping every day to get the room clean, understaffed

How can you not love the hotel!?!With a 5-star spa, exceptional golf, and a great (though small) marina, the resort is ideal.Recently purchased by Michael Dell from Blackstone, it will be interesting to see what, if any, changes are made.Visitors can take the Mizner Dream boat over to the Beach Club which is a great resort on its own.The hotel has great restaurants and shops to enjoy. It also has great meeting places so various business conferences are held here throughout the year.Basically the resort is a small city within Boca Raton and it is nearly flawless with their customer service. Especially when you check in and check out. They make you feel special
