Quiet condos located across the street from beach access. Clean and spacious. The pool area is nice located in the middle. No ocean view

Great location, plenty of room for a large family in 3 bedroom. .Have to walk across street to get to beach but its a short walk. Staff at resort very helpful and solve problems quickly. Gave 4 star only because some of things need updating.

This was a wonderful place to stay a pool, neat, clean and great AC. It was amazing we had our own private atrium with a patio. The ocean was only a block away.

3 bedroom is very spacious...

I came to this place with my family for vacation hoping that it would be a clean and nice place to stay at, but unfortunately, I experienced some things I didn’t like. The place was nice and the pool was warm but it wasn’t that clean and it had a lot of bees in it. We had good service and the people in the office were very nice and polite to us. I did not like how dirty the shower floor was and how dirty the bathroom floor was. There were a few bugs on the shower floor and on the step.The beds were comfortable to sleep in but when i lifted the pillow up from one bed, i saw a bug under so i slept on the other bed. i also saw a bug on the lid of a container i had which really bothered me. When i started seeing ants on my bed i started to not want to sleep there anymore so i slept somewhere else. I started reading reviews and they experienced something alike to what i did and i then knew it wasnt only me who had seen these bugs.I really did not like how many ants i kept seeing on my bed everyday and i also have two red marks on my leg which i dont know if it was a bug that bit me or not but i will never come back to this place again. I also saw a bug crawling on the floor going under the bed. I would not want anyone to have to experience what i did.

Used our time share exchange for this great place. Older (70s?) but very clean and nice. Staff was very accommodating and personable. Our condo was 3 BR/ 3 BA with full kitchen and laundry. Everything was provided to get us started.... i.e.....laundry detergent, dishwasher soap etc. Nice clean pool and other amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Probably one of the worst place inside ever stayed. We ended up catching 8 rats in our unit were planning on staying a week but could only stay tonight even if that I couldnt cook one single thing in the kitchen. Super super gross

Very clean and quaint resort. Close to the beach and downtown Deerfield Beach. I suggest visiting the Wyndham outdoor bar in the afternoon.

Great value, room is clean, bed is hard, made huge mistake by not having anyone around when we checked in. Luckily I was able to pick the lock and get our room keys for us and another family or we would not have head anywhere to sleep our first night.

The condo itself is a little dated, but absolutely beautiful. The other owners and staff are friendly, warm, and inviting.

Friendly staff! Beautiful location. The resort itself needs a major overhaul. 40+ years old and haven’t updated it. Roof leaks, and board refuses to fix it. Tons of water damage due to roof leaks. Needs a lot of work.

Wow! We stayed in a huge three bedroom, three bathroom condo with washer and dryer! I loved the enclosed patio and ALL the windows that let natural light in. Loved it. Short walk to the beach.

Staff was friendly and provided free snacks. Our room location was near the pool and very convenient parking lot was provided. The room itself was spacious and had a stocked kitchen and plenty of furniture. Overall I am happy with my visit.

My family and I have been vacationing here for more than 15yrs. The units are large and rooms are spacious. We always stay in a 3bed/3bath unit. The Kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washer and dryer, as well as laundry service mid-week. We love this place. It is peacefully tucked away from the chaos and right across the street from the beach. We are far enough from Deerfield Beach to avoid the masses of people and can enjoy our time either at the Beach or Pool without fighting for chairs/space. We have never had an issue with cleanliness and the staff are great! They know us all by name, its nice! If you are looking for a 5 Star resort with room service this isnt the place for you. This is ideal for families who like home cooked meals and quality time together!

Stayed a few evenings with family who had a weekly rental. Spacious rooms that still carry that 1970s vibe from when it was built. Has everything needed with nice pool area with grills full kitchen and easy walk to the beach. Beautiful location with friendly staff and neighbors.

Stayed with Family, we had a great time.

I stayed with family twice, two years back to back. In 2017 we had an awesome time, the beach was very clear and right near you, just a really short walk. We stayed in the 3 bedroom both times, and they were very spacious. We didn’t see any bugs the first time with the occasional single beetle or ant (but that’s florida) or a cute little lizard. There is a little patio thing inside the unit which was very cool. Pool is big with a comfty outdoor area. Some things were a bit outdated the first year, like the TVs are very very old, and the bed spreads looked a little dated as well as other furniture in the living room. Our table the first year had some parts put together with tape. Though still very comfy and big. It was quite clean, though in corners or behind things like the tv stand or nightstand there was some garbage and dirt. We didn’t care that much about it though.It’s not the best place for children or activities for them. Not much to do other than swim, or borrow movies, board games, or the few books they have. Last year they had a big outdoor box for pool toys and other fun outdoor things but this year the box was empty the entire time.This year was a little different. It was our second time going since we liked it so much, and actually got the same room as the other time! The dining table (that was a little broken) was replaced by a bigger and sleeker one, and there was more decor added in the areas which was very nice. Everything was pretty much the same, same dated TVs and im pretty sure it was the same furniture, though there were new bed spreads and something else was new in the unit but I forget.ANTS. Ants everywhere. Now last year there were ants outside the units around the pool everywhere, the tiny fast ones, but we didn’t really mind since it was outside. This year, there were MANY ants all over the unit. On the bed frames, all over the bathroom, floor, kitchen counters, couch, you name it. It was pretty annoying but we lived with it... One day we saw extermination so they’re probably aware and dealing with it, though nothing was done during our stay. I recommend if you want to stay in a chill, quiet, spacious place. Others complained of roaches but we only saw a ton of ants. Our first year there weren’t many people and this time there were many people the two weeks we stayed. There isn’t much nightlife in the area. But a big shopping center (though really only includes expensive boutiques and dining places) is usually a nice place to walk or listen to a concert. Oh and the beach was pretty full of seaweed, though a bulldozer came every once in a while to clean up. Beach has always been empty and quiet.

Timeshare resort across the street from the beach. Heated pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. I stayed in a 3 bedroom 3 bath unit with 4 girlfriends and there was enough room for all.

Very outdated... beds were hard, floors were dirty and there is no view. It was like walking into 1975. Staff were all very nice and helpful. I imagine this is a case of the owners forcing them to work with what they got.

We have owned here since 1986 and have been here every year. We have never traded nor sold our week. The staff are very accommodating and knowledgeable about new places to see or eat. We are a short drive to Delray or Fort Lauderdale where the shops and restaurants are as diverse as the people we meet at Ventura.The condo is clean and we have never had a problem with service. Several family return yearly and we visit with them. The development is older but is very up to date with its furnishings, good quality sheets and towels, free beach towels, and is totally gated. The pool is clean and very refreshing.We love it!

I have ownned here since 1985. My home away from home. Love this place. Restaurants within walking distance so I walk every day. Private Beach across the street. Staff is great. All kinds of water sports, scuba, easy access. Easy drive to Lauderdale.

Great place to stay. Just across the street from the beach, and a short drive or walk from food, bars and shopping. Resort decor is outdated but provides all the modern comforts of home

This was our 4th time here,plenty of room,nice clean pool,outdoor grilles,nice staff+ 30 seconds to the beach right across the street....restaurants + shops 1 minute away in Deerfield Beach +2 for 1 drinks at American Rock Bar &Grille 2 minutes away.......well be back
