Large park with ample space and basic facilities. Their is playground equipment near the ball fields for little ones that cant sit still. The equipment looks to be newer within the last few years. The ball field is still in decent shape but in places starting to show aging. Still the green space is pleasant and the area appears to be safe. Ive seen police patrol the area or may just be setting up for speeders along the busy roadway. It should be a quiet place to pack a lunch and bring the family for a couple hours.

Nice mellow transitions! All painted steel ramps. Awesome set up...great place to create a run or just flow from one end to another. Well done! Met several wonderful people at the park.

Very nice park

We were at this park for a baseball game. Neither the men or womens bathroom had toilet paper or paper towels. We could not find anyone to talk to about this problem. If you must go there this weekend for baseball, be sure you stop somewhere first to use their restrooms.

I went here to watch my grandson play a baseball game. The field and bleachers were very well kept. I was disappointed with the restroom facility. It was dirty and all but 1 fixture was broken. No sink to wash your hands. I think this is an asset and hope the city continues to maintain it.

Roomy not very crowded theres a playground & field for sports too Theyre upgrading the pool soon. A big pool project, not sure when it will be available.

Very sad to know theres NOT going to be a swimming pool there any more. I dont know who the city talked to when they decided to put in a water splash area instead of the pool. I was under the idea that the pool was over 30 years PAST ITS S PRIME. And the city has been collecting money from the swim passes every year for over 30 yrs. Why didnt they put some of that money collected towards the NEW POOL WHEN NEEDED?

ONeal parks is really nice. We were just at the baseball diamond but it has a number of other activities. The baseball diamond is very nice and well taken care of with plenty of shade.

The park district didnt unlock the gates for us until 20 minutes after our reservation, so our softball players had to hurry through warmups. We felt like we should have provided tetanus shots after being in the dugout, the field was prepped like a ski mogul, and we had a homeless visitor stop by to pee on a tree.

Nice park right next to a school. It has a skate park, swimming pool, basketball court, baseball diamond, and picnic areas.

The pool is wonderful! Its big w/ designated lap lanes, two areas for free swim, and two diving boards and slides. All it needs is a new kiddie pool and a refurbishing of the locker rooms, and it will then be perfect!

A very nice public space. My son enjoys the skate park. Tennis courts, baseball fields and basketball is available for those wanting to get outdoors.

I go swimming here, along with a lot of older people. It is great, we dont have a whole lot of noise and a whole lot of people that we have to watch out for. Please dont tear it down

This is a nice park we brought our little guy here for his first time at the park it was a wonderful day. They have a swimming pool and a skate park here as well which is pretty cool too.

The playground is just ok. There is a lot of grassy space but usually overgrown and so more bugs. The pool is fun and pretty well maintained. My kids love the diving boards!

Really like the 2 shallow area for my 4 year old.. and the price.. $4 per person. They also do let you book the entire pool for events after hours (which is a little pricy obviously) but super cool to have the entire place to yourself

Took my son to shoot some hoops. So much garbage, we had to clean up before playing. Nice shade on the hoop court. Double rims.

Pretty cool skate park with ramps, rails, benches, and quarter pipes. The kids park right next to it is really cool with obstacles and different activities.

Great spot to go fishing, pool isnt bad either. But great fishing...

My son loves to go swimming there and play in the playground. He never gets bored.

Very clean restrooms for very clean people were very courteous there was no dogs running around loose people picking up after their dogs is very very nice you can get down to the water in a wheelchair you can go out to the Water Edge at one point where you can fish is a very nice experience

Pool is ok but rules are a bit strict and not allowed to go in swim lanes that no one uses

Its a nice big ball field with bathrooms. However, the bathrooms are kind of creepy and dont have soap. Otherwise, a good place to watch some softball!

I play softball there. Theyre kept pretty well. Drainage is a bit of a problem if there is a decent amount of rain.
